一种组合螺杆,其特征在于:所述组合螺杆包括主螺杆(3)及数根副螺杆(2)组成,所述主螺杆(3)能转动地设置于机筒(1)的内腔(11)中,所述副螺杆(2)能转动地设置于主螺杆(3)外周的机筒内腔中,所述副螺杆(2)横截面以行星状位于主螺杆(3)外周的同一圆周面上。与现有技术相比,本实用新型组合螺杆的优点在于,本组合螺杆能在80~90度的较低温下加工生产,通过行星状相结合的主副螺杆,不仅剪切力强,而且生产出的生产料表面光洁度更好,其生产量比现有技术增加3~4倍,从而大幅度地提高了生产效率和生产能力。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种组合螺杆制作的技术领域。
背景技术
现有一种专利号为CN200910052758.9名称为《组合螺杆式挤压装置》的中国发明专利公开了一种结构,其结构适用于多螺杆挤压成型设备,依次包括进料设备,螺杆挤压机,挤出模具,回转马达箱,涂覆设备,以及传送装置,所述的多螺杆挤压机的腔体内包括有三根螺杆。螺杆挤压机的腔体内具有一内层腔体,同内部螺杆整体结合;此外还设有一外层腔体,三根螺杆组成三螺杆结构,上下分层设置,下层一根螺杆与上层两个螺杆分别密闭咬合。但该组合螺杆缺点是,其螺杆相结合的结构不合理,其剪切不强,加工产量也有限,且生产后的出料表面光洁度较差,原因是,此螺杆的加工温度要高于90度以上方能正常工作,因此其结构还有待于改进。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种剪切力强、生产料表面光洁且能在80~90度的较低温度下进行生产的一种组合螺杆。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:本组合螺杆,其特征在于:所述组合螺杆包括主螺杆及数根副螺杆组成,所述主螺杆能转动地设置于机筒的内腔中,所述副螺杆能转动地设置于主螺杆外周的机筒内腔中,所述副螺杆横截面以行星状位于主螺杆外周的同一圆周面上。
作为改进,所述数根副螺杆的数量可优选为八根,两端分别能转动地设置于各自对应的机架上。
再改进,所述副螺杆选择为规格一致的副螺杆。
再改进,所述的副螺杆长度与螺棱的直径相比为1000∶43.6。
再改进,所述主螺杆的长度与螺棱的直径相比为1172∶106,所述机筒的内径为Φ171.5,长度为1025mm。
再改进,所述机筒的两端可分别设置有圆环形凸圈,在圆环形凸圈的同一圆周面上设置用于固定机筒的固定孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型组合螺杆采用主螺杆及数根副螺杆组成,所述主螺杆能转动地设置于机筒的内腔中,所述副螺杆能转动地设置于主螺杆外周的机筒内腔中,所述副螺杆位于主螺杆外周的同一圆周面上。这种设计的本组合螺杆能在80~90度的较低温度下加工生产,通过行星状相结合的主副螺杆,不仅剪切力强,而且生产出的生产料表面光洁度更好,其生产量比现有技术增加3~4倍,从而大幅度地提高了生产效率和生产能力,因此是一种很有市场前景的技术,值得推广应用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例的组合螺杆,所述组合螺杆包括有主螺杆3及数根副螺杆2组成,所述主螺杆3能转动地设置于机筒1的内腔11中,所述副螺杆2能转动地设置于主螺杆3外周的机筒内腔中,所述副螺杆2横截面以行星状位于主螺杆3外周的同一圆周面上。上述数根副螺杆2的数量为八根,副螺杆2为规格一致的副螺杆2,其两端分别能转动地设置于各自对应的机架上。副螺杆2长度L与螺棱21的直径D相比为L∶D=1000∶43.6。上述主螺杆3的长度与螺棱的直径相比为1172∶106。机筒1的外径为Φ300,内径为Φ171.5,长度为1025mm。在机筒1的两端分别设置有圆环形凸圈12,在圆环形凸圈12的同一圆周面上设置用于固定机筒1的固定孔13。
以下对本实用新型作进一步说明;
机筒外径Φ300,内径Φ171.5,长度1025,一根主螺杆长度1172,直径Φ106,八条副螺杆长度1000,直径Φ43.6。本组合式行星机筒螺杆(即指组合螺杆,以下同)是我公司开发的新型产品。主要用途和特点是:组合式行星机筒螺杆主要用于PVC·PC片材,造粒加工,特点是和普通锥双Φ80机筒螺杆加工相比较,本组合式行星机筒螺杆每小时的产量能达到锥双Φ80机筒螺杆的3~4倍,本组合式行星机筒螺杆能在90度的低温下加工,其剪切能力和表面光洁度都要比锥双Φ80机筒螺杆好很多,所以本组合式行星机筒螺杆也是目前加工片材最理想的设备。

1.一种组合螺杆,其特征在于:所述组合螺杆包括主螺杆(3)及数根副螺杆(2)组成,所述主螺杆(3)能转动地设置于机筒(1)的内腔(11)中,所述副螺杆(2)能转动地设置于主螺杆(3)外周的机筒内腔中,所述副螺杆(2)横截面以行星状位于主螺杆(3)外周的同一圆周面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合螺杆,其特征在于:所述数根副螺杆(2)的数量为八根,两端分别能转动地设置于各自对应的机架上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合螺杆,其特征在于:所述副螺杆(2)为规格一致的副螺杆(2)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合螺杆,其特征在于:所述的副螺杆(2)长度(L)与螺棱(21)的直径(D)相比为L∶D=1000∶43.6。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的组合螺杆,其特征在于:所述主螺杆(3)的长度与螺棱的直径相比为1172∶106,所述机筒(1)的内径为Φ171.5,长度为1025mm。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的组合螺杆,其特征在于:所述机筒(1)的两端分别设置有圆环形凸圈(12),在圆环形凸圈(12)的同一圆周面上设置用于固定机筒(1)的固定孔(13)。
