本实用新型涉及一种新型PVC电缆料造粒机，它包括切粒装置1、机筒2、锥形螺杆3、加热圈4、喂料装置5、料斗6、分配箱7、减速传动箱8、联轴器9、驱动电机10、机架11，其特征在于两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向旋转，螺杆转速介于0～95rpm之间，且每根螺杆的有效长径比为30～100∶1。本实用新型可以替代现有的双阶造粒机组(由1台平行双螺杆挤出机和1台单螺杆挤出机组成)进行PVC电缆料造粒，是一种新颖的PVC电缆料造粒设备。

Description

一种新型PVC电缆料造粒机
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种双螺杆PVC电缆料造粒设备，特别是一种新型PVC电缆料造粒机。
背景技术
由于PVC(聚氯乙稀)电缆料具备的特性，所以生产过程必须具备高效塑化混炼和强力挤出造粒这两个必要条件。由于目前的锥形双螺秆造粒机的有效长径比比较小和异向旋转的螺杆结构，虽然具有强力挤出的优势，但是不具备高效塑化混炼的特性。同时由于目前的平行同向双螺杆造粒机的有效长径比比较大和同方向旋转的螺杆结构，虽然具有良好的塑化混炼性能，但是不具备强力挤出造粒的特性。因此目前主要采用双阶造粒机组进行PVC电缆料造粒，即由1台平行同向双螺杆挤出机和1台单螺杆挤出机组成。虽然双阶造粒机组满足了PVC电缆料生产的必要条件，但是由于是由2台机器组成，所以存在着占地面积大、生产工艺复杂、能耗高、产量低、设备成本消耗较大等缺点。
发明内容
为了解决目前双阶造粒机组存在生产工艺复杂、能耗高、产量低、设备成本消耗较大等问题，本实用新型提供了一种生产工艺简单、产量高、能耗低的新型PVC电缆料造粒机。
本实用新型的一种新型PVC电缆料造粒机包括切粒装置、机筒、锥形螺杆、加热圈、喂料装置、料斗、分配箱、减速传动箱、联轴器、驱动电机、机架，所述两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同方向旋转，螺杆转速介于0～95rpm之间，且每根螺杆的有效长径比为30～100∶1。
本实用新型的一种新型PVC电缆料造粒机由于具备了锥形双螺杆造粒机的锥形螺杆结构，因此具备了挤出力大、能耗低等优势。同时又具备了平行同向双螺杆造粒机螺杆同向旋转的螺杆结构，因此具备了塑化混炼性能好、螺杆转速高、长径比大等优势。工作时，驱动电机通过联轴器连接到减速传动箱，减速传动箱连接分配箱中的主动齿轮，通过分配箱中的主动齿轮带动中间齿轮，中间齿轮再带动从动齿轮，从而使与主动齿轮和从动齿轮连接的两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同方向旋转，将由喂料装置输送的原料熔融、塑化、混炼、排气、挤出，最后经切粒装置进行切粒。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于本实用新型的一种新型PVC电缆料造粒机同时具备了锥形双螺杆造粒机和平行同向双螺杆造粒机的全部优点，具有挤出力大、能耗低、塑化混炼性能好、螺杆转速高、长径比大、产量高等优势。因此符合进行PVC电缆料生产造粒的所有技术要求和条件，完全可以替代现有的双阶造粒机组进行PVC电缆料造粒，是一种高产量、低能耗、低成本、操作简单的新颖PVC电缆料造粒设备。

具体实施方式
如图1～3所示，本实施例的一种新型PVC电缆料造粒机包括切粒装置1、机筒2、锥形螺杆3、加热圈4、喂料装置5、料斗6、分配箱7、减速传动箱8、联轴器9、驱动电机10、机架11，两根锥形螺杆3-1和3-2在机筒2内的同方向旋转。
驱动电机10通过联轴器9连接到减速传动箱8，减速传动箱8连接分配箱7中的主动齿轮12，通过分配箱7中的主动齿轮12带动中间齿轮13，中间齿轮13再带动从动齿轮14，从而使与主动齿轮12和从动齿轮14连接的两根锥形螺杆3-1和3-2在机筒2内同方向旋转。喂料装置5和与机筒2内腔相通，加热圈4包覆在机筒2的外部。两根锥形螺杆3-1和3-2在机筒2内同方向旋转时，将由喂料装置5输送的原料熔融、塑化、混炼、排气、挤出，最后经切粒装置1进行切粒。本实施例中的技术参数：螺杆小头直径为80mm，螺杆有效长度为3200mm，螺杆有效长径比为40∶1，螺杆转速为65rpm。
上述实施例及附图是对本实用新型的进一步详细说明，但本实用新型要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例中所描述的范围。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案，均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围。

1.一种新型PVC电缆料造粒机，包括切粒装置、机筒、锥形螺杆、加热圈、喂料装置、料斗、分配箱、减速传动箱、联轴器、驱动电机、机架，其特征在于两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同方向旋转，螺杆转速介于0～95rpm之间，且每根螺杆的有效长径比为30～100∶1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型PVC电缆料造粒机，其特征是：分配箱中与两根锥形螺杆相连接的主动齿轮和从动齿轮上方或下方设有中间齿轮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型PVC电缆料造粒机，其特征是：锥形螺杆的小头直径为20～300mm。
