本实用新型公开了一种造粒机的双锥喂料装置,包括机座和动力箱,机座上设有电动机、减速机和料斗,减速机上连接有分配主轴,料斗内设有与分配主轴连接的喂料螺杆,动力箱上设有螺杆机筒和传动机构,螺杆机筒设于料斗出料口处,所述的喂料螺杆有两条且均为圆锥形,两喂料螺杆尾部设有相互啮合的传动齿轮,两喂料螺杆头部相互紧贴;工作时电动机将动力均匀分配给两反向旋转的锥形喂料螺杆,经炼化加工后的橡胶或者塑料从料斗加入,两锥形喂料螺杆将原料进一步压缩并向前推进、强制推入主挤出机螺杆机筒,改变了传统的螺杆挤出机的喂料方式,有效解决了炼化后的团状橡胶、塑料的入料问题,极大地提高和挤出机的生产效率。

背景技术
造粒机是一种将片状物料经破碎、整粒和筛分成为颗粒成品的机械设备。由于造粒的颗粒主要是依靠分子间的作用力来形成颗粒强度,仅存在物料分子之间的物理变化,不存在化学变化,因此广泛应用于化工领域。
现有造粒机的喂料主要由螺杆挤出机完成,由于平行同向的双螺杆造粒的有效长径比加大和同方向旋转的螺杆结构,在炼化后存在团状橡胶、塑料的入料问题,原料的塑化性大受影响,而且挤出机的效率较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种生产效率得到提升的双锥喂料机装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种造粒机的双锥喂料装置,包括机座和动力箱,机座上设有电动机、减速机和料斗,减速机上连接有分配主轴,料斗内设有与分配主轴连接的喂料螺杆,动力箱上设有螺杆机筒和传动机构,螺杆机筒设于料斗出料口处,所述的喂料螺杆有两条且均为圆锥形,两喂料螺杆尾部设有相互啮合的传动齿轮,两喂料螺杆头部相互紧贴。
其中,所述的分配主轴通过万向联轴器与电动机输出轴连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:工作时电动机将动力均匀分配给两反向旋转的锥形喂料螺杆,经炼化加工后的橡胶或者塑料从料斗加入,两锥形喂料螺杆将原料进一步压缩并向前推进、强制推入主挤出机螺杆机筒,主挤出机进一步将原料塑化、压实,经特定形状模头挤出,由切料系统切成粒子,有效解决了炼化后的团状橡胶、塑料的入料问题,极大地提高和挤出机的生产效率。

参照图1、图2所示,本实用新型公开了一种造粒机的双锥喂料装置,包括机座10和动力箱11,机座10上设有电动机9、减速机1和料斗5,减速机1上连接有分配主轴3,其中,所述的分配主轴3通过万向联轴器2与电动机9输出轴连接,料斗5内设有与分配主轴3连接的喂料螺杆8,动力箱11上设有螺杆机筒6和传动机构7,螺杆机筒6设于料斗5出料口处,所述的喂料螺杆8有两条且均为圆锥形,两喂料螺杆8尾部设有相互啮合的传动齿轮4,两喂料螺杆8头部相互紧贴,本装置工作时电动机9经减速机1减速后由联轴器2将动力传入分配箱内的分配主轴3,分配主轴3将动力均匀分配给两反向旋转的锥形喂料螺杆8,经炼化加工后的橡胶或者塑料从料斗5加入,两锥形喂料螺杆8将原料进一步压缩并向前推进、强制推入主挤出机螺杆机筒6,主挤出机进一步将原料塑化、压实,经特定形状模头挤出,由切料系统切成粒子,本装置改变了传统的螺杆挤出机的喂料方式,有效解决了炼化后的团状橡胶、塑料的入料问题,极大地提高和挤出机的生产效率。

1.一种造粒机的双锥喂料装置,包括机座(10)和动力箱(11),机座(10)上设有电动机(9)、减速机(1)和料斗(5),减速机(1)上连接有分配主轴(3),料斗(5)内设有与分配主轴(3)连接的喂料螺杆(8),动力箱(11)上设有螺杆机筒(6)和传动机构(7),螺杆机筒(6)设于料斗(5)出料口处,其特征在于:所述的喂料螺杆(8)有两条且均为圆锥形,两喂料螺杆(8)尾部设有相互啮合的传动齿轮(4),两喂料螺杆(8)头部相互紧贴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喂料装置,其特征在于,所述的分配主轴(3)通过万向联轴器(2)与电动机(9)输出轴连接。
