Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种同向锥形双螺杆填充母粒造粒机,它包括切粒装置1、锥形螺杆2、排气口3、机筒4、加热圈5、喂料装置6、分配箱7、减速传动箱8、联轴器9、驱动电机10、机架11,其特征在于两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向旋转,螺杆转速介于0~150rpm之间,且每根螺杆的有效长径比为25~70∶1。本实用新型可以替代现有的双阶造粒机组(由1台平行双螺杆挤出机和1台单螺杆挤出机组成)进行填充母粒料造粒,是一种新颖的填充母粒料造粒设备。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种双螺杆填充母粒造粒设备,特别是同向锥形双螺杆填充母粒造粒机。
背景技术
由于填充母粒料具备的特性,所以生产过程必须具备高效塑化混炼和强力挤出造粒这两个必要条件。由于目前的锥形双螺杆造粒机的有效长径比比较小和异向旋转的螺杆结构,虽然具有强力挤出的优势,但是不具备高效塑化混炼的特性。同时由于目前的平行同向双螺杆造粒机的有效长径比比较大和同方向旋转的螺杆结构,虽然具有良好的塑化混炼性能,但是不具备强力挤出造粒的特性。因此目前主要采用双阶造粒机组进行填充母粒料造粒,即由1台平行同向双螺杆挤出机和1台单螺杆挤出机组成。虽然双阶造粒机组满足了填充母粒料生产的必要条件,但是由于是由2台机器组成,所以存在着占地面积大、生产工艺复杂、能耗高、产量低、设备成本消耗较大等缺点。
发明内容
为了解决目前双阶造粒机组存在生产工艺复杂、能耗高、产量低、设备成本消耗较大等问题,本实用新型提供了一种生产工艺简单、产量高、能耗低的同向锥形双螺杆填充母粒造粒机。
本实用新型的同向锥形双螺杆填充母粒造粒机包括切粒装置、锥形螺杆、排气口、机筒、加热圈、喂料装置、分配箱、减速传动箱、联轴器、驱动电机、机架,所述两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同方向旋转,螺杆转速介于0~150rpm之间,且每根螺杆的有效长径比为25~70∶1,分配箱中与两根锥形螺杆相连接的主动齿轮和从动齿轮上方或下方设有中间齿轮。
本实用新型的同向锥形双螺杆填充母粒造粒机由于具备了锥形双螺杆造粒机的锥形螺杆结构,因此具备了挤出力大、能耗低等优势。同时又具备了平行同向双螺杆造粒机螺杆同向旋转的螺杆结构,因此具备了塑化混炼性能好、螺杆转速高、长径比大等优势。同时还因为机筒上还特别设有排气口,所以使得原料加工过程中的废气和水气充分排出,使得粒子质量大大提高。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本实用新型的同向锥形双螺杆填充母粒造粒机同时具备了锥形双螺杆造粒机和平行同向双螺杆造粒机的全部优点,具有挤出力大、排气好、能耗低、塑化混炼性能好、螺杆转速高、长径比大、产量高等优势。因此符合进行填充母粒料生产造粒的所有技术要求和条件,完全可以替代现有的双阶造粒机组进行填充母粒料造粒,是一种高产量、低能耗、低成本、操作简单的新型填充母粒料造粒设备。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,本实施例的同向锥形双螺杆填充母粒造粒机包括切粒装置1、锥形螺杆2、排气口3、机筒4、加热圈5、喂料装置6、分配箱7、减速传动箱8、联轴器9、驱动电机10、机架11,两根锥形螺杆2-1和2-2在机筒4内的同方向旋转。
驱动电机10通过联轴器9连接到减速传动箱8,减速传动箱8连接分配箱7中的主动齿轮12,通过分配箱7中的主动齿轮12带动中间齿轮13,中间齿轮13再带动从动齿轮14,从而使与主动齿轮12和从动齿轮14连接的两根锥形螺杆2-1和2-2在机筒4内同方向旋转。喂料装置6和排气口3与机筒4内腔相通,加热圈5包覆在机筒4的外部。两根锥形螺杆2-1和2-2在机筒4内同方向旋转时,将由喂料装置6输送的原料熔融、混炼、塑化、排气、挤出,最后经切粒装置1进行切粒。本实施例中的技术参数:螺杆小头直径为65mm,螺杆有效长度为2780mm,螺杆有效长径比为42∶1,螺杆转速为0~75rpm。
上述实施例及附图是对本实用新型的进一步详细说明,但本实用新型要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例中所描述的范围。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围。

1.同向锥形双螺杆填充母粒造粒机,包括切粒装置、锥形螺杆、排气口、机筒、加热圈、喂料装置、分配箱、减速传动箱、联轴器、驱动电机、机架,其特征在于两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向旋转,螺杆转速介于0~150rpm之间,且每根螺杆的有效长径比为25~70∶1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的同向锥形双螺杆填充母粒造粒机,其特征是:分配箱中与两根锥形螺杆相连接的主动齿轮和从动齿轮上方或下方设有中间齿轮。
