Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种超锥形双螺杆造粒机,它包括驱动电机1、联轴器2、减速箱3、分配箱4、喂料装置5、加热器6、机筒7、排气装置8、锥形螺杆9、切粒装置10、机座11,其特征是:两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向旋转或异向旋转,每根螺杆的有效长径比为25~80∶1。本实用新型加大了锥形螺杆的有效长径比,因此使机器的塑化性能大幅度提升,可以添加高比例的碳酸钙,产量也大幅度增加,同时降低了能耗,适用于进行PVC、PP、PE、TPR、TPE、ABS、TPU等各种塑料的生产造粒,是一种新型的塑料造粒设备。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种塑料造粒机,特别是一种超锥形双螺杆造粒机。
背景技术
目前进行塑料造粒生产的双螺杆造粒机主要有平行双螺杆造粒机和锥形双螺杆造粒机。锥形双螺杆造粒机因为具有挤出力大的优点,所以被广泛应用在塑料造粒生产中。由于受到加工工艺的影响,锥形双螺杆造粒机螺杆的有效长径比受到了一定的影响,目前其有效长径比均小于24∶1,所以影响了原料的塑化性。同时由于目前锥形双螺杆造粒机的长径比比较小,所以螺杆的锥度较大,导致了螺杆的转速不能太高,否则会导致螺杆被扭断,因此减少了单位时间的产量,增加了单位产量的能耗,所以目前锥形双螺杆造粒机存在塑化性能差、产量低、能耗高等缺点。
发明内容
为了解决目前锥形双螺杆造粒机存在塑化性能差、产量低、能耗高等问题,本实用新型提供了一种大长径比(大于25∶1)、产量高、能耗低的超锥形双螺杆造粒机。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型的超锥形双螺杆造粒机包括驱动电机、联轴器、减速箱、分配箱、喂料装置、加热器、机筒、排气装置、两根锥形螺杆、切粒装置、机座,所述两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向旋转或异向旋转,且每根螺杆的有效长径比为25~80∶1。
本实用新型工作时,驱动电机通过联轴器连接到减速箱,减速箱连接分配箱中的主动齿轮,通过分配箱中的主动齿轮带动中间齿轮,中间齿轮再带动从动齿轮,从而使与主动齿轮和从动齿轮连接的两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向旋转;或通过分配箱中的主动齿轮带动从动齿轮,从而使与主动齿轮和从动齿轮连接的两根锥形螺杆在机筒内异向向内旋转或异向向外旋转。两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向或异向旋转时,将由喂料装置输送的原料熔融、混炼、塑化、排气、挤出,最后经切粒装置进行切粒。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、将每根锥形螺杆的有效长径比加大到25~80∶1后,增加了塑化时间和螺杆的密炼性能,大大提高了机器的塑化性能,从而保证了产品的塑化质量,同时使得可以添加高比例的碳酸钙,降低了生产成本。
2、将每根锥形螺杆的有效长径比加大到25~80∶1后,当两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向或异向旋转时,可以将螺杆转速最高提至100rmp(现有锥形双螺杆造粒机的螺杆转速不超过40rmp),因此使产量大大提高,同时大大降低了单位产量的能耗。
综上所述,本实用新型具有塑化性能好、产量高、能耗低等优点,是一种适用于PVC、PP、PE、TPR、TPE、ABS、TPU等各种塑料生产的新型造粒设备。

下面结合实施例及附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明,但本实用新型要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例中所描述的范围。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本实用新型要求的保护范围。
实施例一
如图1~3所示,本实施例的超锥形双螺杆造粒机包括驱动电机1、联轴器2、减速箱3、分配箱4、喂料装置5、加热器6、机筒7、排气装置8、两根锥形螺杆9、切粒装置10、机座11,两根锥形螺杆9-1和9-2在机筒7内的旋转方向为同向旋转。
驱动电机1通过联轴器2连接到减速箱3,减速箱3连接分配箱4中的主动齿轮12,通过分配箱4中的主动齿轮12带动中间齿轮14,中间齿轮14再带动从动齿轮13,从而使与主动齿轮12和从动齿轮13连接的两根锥形螺杆9-1和9-2在机筒7内同向旋转(顺时针或逆时针)。喂料装置5和排气装置8分别与机筒7内腔相通,加热器6包覆在机筒7的外部。两根锥形螺杆9-1和9-2在机筒7内同向旋转时,将由喂料装置5输送的原料熔融、混炼、塑化、排气、挤出,最后经切粒装置10进行切粒。另外,必要时还可以通过排气装置8添加辅剂,取得更好的加工效果。
本实施例中的技术参数如下:
螺杆小头直径为65mm,螺杆有效长径比为42∶1,螺杆转速为60rpm,螺杆中心距为65mm,螺杆头数为1个,分配箱中的所有齿轮均为斜齿轮,排气装置为1个。
实施例二
如图1、图4、图5、图6所示,本实施例的超锥形双螺杆造粒机包括驱动电机1、联轴器2、减速箱3、分配箱4、喂料装置5、加热器6、机筒7、排气装置8、两根锥形螺杆9、切粒装置10、机座11,两根锥形螺杆9-3和9-4在机筒7内的旋转方向为异向旋转。
驱动电机1通过联轴器2连接到减速箱3,减速箱3连接分配箱4中的主动齿轮15,主动齿轮15和从动齿轮16分别与机筒7内两根锥形螺杆9-3和19-4相连接,通过分配箱4中的主动齿轮15带动从动齿轮16,带动两根锥形螺杆9-3和9-4在机筒7内异向向内或异向向外旋转。喂料装置5和排气装置8分别与机筒7内腔相通,加热器6包覆在机筒7的外部。两根锥形螺杆9-3和9-4在机筒7内异向旋转时,将由喂料装置5输送的原料熔融、混炼、塑化、排气、挤出,最后经切粒装置10进行切粒。另外,必要时还可以通过排气装置8添加辅剂,取得更好的加工效果。
本实施例中的技术参数如下:
螺杆小头直径为65mm,螺杆有效长径比为36∶1,螺杆转速为45rpm,螺杆中心距为65mm,螺杆头数为2个,分配箱中的所有齿轮均为斜齿轮,排气装置为1个。

1.一种超锥形双螺杆造粒机,包括驱动电机、联轴器、减速箱、分配箱、喂料装置、加热器、机筒、排气装置、锥形螺杆、切粒装置、机座,其特征是:两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向旋转或异向旋转,每根锥形螺杆的有效长径比为25~80∶1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超锥形双螺杆造粒机,其特征是:每根锥形螺杆的头数为1~3个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超锥形双螺杆造粒机,其特征是:分配箱中的所有齿轮均为斜齿轮或直齿轮。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的超锥形双螺杆造粒机,其特征是:两根锥形螺杆在机筒内同向旋转时,分配箱中与两根锥形螺杆相连接的主动齿轮和从动齿轮上方或下方设有中间齿轮。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超锥形双螺杆造粒机,其特征是:两根锥形螺杆在机筒内异向旋转时,旋转方向为异向向内旋转或异向向外旋转。
6.根据权利要求2所述的超锥形双螺杆造粒机,其特征是:锥形螺杆的小头直径为20~300mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超锥形双螺杆造粒机,其特征是:排气装置的个数为1~3个。
