Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于加工PVC热收缩薄膜的机组,由塑料挤出机、连接头、模具、风环和辅机构成,塑料挤出机为锥形双螺杆塑料挤出机,锥形双螺杆塑料挤出机包括驱动电机、皮带盘、减速分配箱、机筒、喂料机构、料斗和排气机构,喂料机构设置于机筒的后端,料斗设置于喂料机构的上方,排气机构设置于机筒,机筒内设置有两根异向转动的锥形螺杆,两根锥形螺杆相互啮合,驱动电机依次通过皮带盘、减速分配箱分别与两根锥形螺杆连接。相比现有技术的单螺杆挤出机,本发明在挤制PVC热收缩薄膜的过程中可将PVC原料充分塑化,大大减少了薄膜的晶点和气泡,有效提高了PVC热收缩薄膜的质量。

用于加工PVC热收缩薄膜的机组
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于加工PVC热收缩薄膜的机组。
背景技术
用于加工PVC热收缩薄膜的机组由塑料挤出机、连接头、模具、风环和辅机构成。其中,塑料挤出机是塑化混炼、挤制加工PVC的重要设备,在现有技术中,我国几十年如一日的在PVC热收缩薄膜的加工机组中采用单螺杆塑料挤出机进行PVC的塑化混炼与挤制加工,然而由于单螺杆塑料挤出机的特定性能,在生产过程中,PVC塑料原料通常无法彻底塑化,产生晶点。此外,在挤制过程中受到加热挤压产生大量的气泡。在PVC热收缩薄膜的加工技术指标中,严格控制晶点、气泡的多少、大小是一项重要内容,上述晶点、气泡严重影响到PVC热收缩薄膜的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种用于加工PVC热收缩薄膜的机组,用于加工PVC热收缩薄膜的机组通过锥形双螺杆塑料挤出机对PVC原料进行塑化混炼、挤制加工,可以较为有效的减少PVC热收缩薄膜成品的晶点和气泡,有效提高了PVC热收缩薄膜成品的质量。
本发明的目的是通过以下方案来实现的:一种用于加工PVC热收缩薄膜的机组,由塑料挤出机、连接头、模具、风环和辅机构成,所述塑料挤出机为锥形双螺杆塑料挤出机,所述锥形双螺杆塑料挤出机包括驱动电机、皮带盘、减速分配箱、机筒、喂料机构、料斗和排气机构,所述喂料机构设置于所述机筒的后端,所述料斗设置于所述喂料机构的上方,所述排气机构设置于所述机筒,所述机筒内设置有两根异向转动的锥形螺杆,两根所述锥形螺杆相互啮合,所述驱动电机依次通过所述皮带盘、所述减速分配箱分别与两根所述锥形螺杆连接。
所述锥形螺杆由从后到前依次排列的进料段、压缩段和塑化段构成。
本发明的优点在于:相比现有技术的单螺杆挤出机,本发明在挤制PVC热收缩薄膜的过程中可将PVC原料充分塑化,大大减少了薄膜的晶点和气泡,有效提高了PVC热收缩薄膜的质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种用于加工PVC热收缩薄膜的机组,由塑料挤出机、两孔并一孔的连接头8、模具9、风环和辅机构成,塑料挤出机为锥形双螺杆塑料挤出机,锥形双螺杆塑料挤出机包括驱动电机1、皮带盘2、减速分配箱3、机筒4、喂料机构5、料斗6和排气机构,喂料机构5设置于机筒4的后端,料斗6设置于喂料机构5的上方,排气机构设置于机筒4,机筒4内设置有两根异向转动的锥形螺杆10,两根锥形螺杆10相互啮合,驱动电机1依次通过皮带盘2、减速分配箱3分别与两根锥形螺杆10连接。机筒4的前端为机头架总成7,机头架总成7通过连接头8与模具9连接。
如图2所示,锥形螺杆10由从后到前依次排列的进料段11、压缩段12和塑化段13构成。

1.一种用于加工PVC热收缩薄膜的机组,由塑料挤出机、连接头(8)、模具(9)、风环和辅机构成,其特征在于:所述塑料挤出机为锥形双螺杆塑料挤出机,所述锥形双螺杆塑料挤出机包括驱动电机(1)、皮带盘(2)、减速分配箱(3)、机筒(4)、喂料机构(5)、料斗(6)和排气机构,所述喂料机构(5)设置于所述机筒(4)的后端,所述料斗(6)设置于所述喂料机构(5)的上方,所述排气机构设置于所述机筒(4),所述机筒(4)内设置有两根异向转动的锥形螺杆(10),两根所述锥形螺杆(10)相互啮合,所述驱动电机(1)依次通过所述皮带盘(2)、所述减速分配箱(3)分别与两根所述锥形螺杆(10)连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的用于加工PVC热收缩薄膜的机组,其特征在于:所述锥形螺杆(10)由从后到前依次排列的进料段(11)、压缩段(12)和塑化段(13)构成。
