Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种聚偏氟乙烯专用精密挤出装置，其目的在于克服目前市场上挤出设备挤出PVDF时，存在塑化效果差、挤出出口压力波动大，严重影响挤出产品品质的问题。本实用新型包括电机、齿轮箱、喂料料斗、螺杆、机筒以及在机筒上安装的加热圈，电机通过齿轮箱变速后驱动螺杆转动，喂料料斗安装于螺杆根部的机筒上，并与机筒的进料口连接，螺杆头部的机筒出料口内设有过滤网，过滤网前侧的机筒出料口上安装有熔体泵，熔体泵与机筒出料口连通。本实用新型加工PVDF塑化效果好，挤出出口压力波动微小，能够实现PVDF的精密挤出。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及塑料成型加工领域，特别涉及一种聚偏氟乙烯专用精密挤出装置。
背景技术
聚偏氟乙烯，即PVDF，是一种性能优异的材料，具有优异的耐候性、耐化学腐蚀性、耐氧化性及耐射线辐照性。近年来，聚偏氟乙烯材料开始应用于水处理、太阳能及医用导管等领域，分别用于生产PVDF超滤膜、电池保护用PVDF薄膜及PVDF介入导管管材。这些产品具有很高的技术门槛、附加值高且市场巨大，日益受到关注。由于PVDF是一种热塑性高分子材料，因此可以采用挤出成型方法来加工成型，即采用螺杆挤出机及相应的辅机来实现PVDF原料的加料、输送、塑化、计量及最终成型。但是，相比聚乙烯、聚丙烯等通用塑料，PVDF具有一些特殊的物理性质，例如热导率小（约0.17 W/(K·m)）、比热容小（约1.26KJ/(kg·K)），且加工时熔体粘度高，因此用目前市场上挤出设备挤出PVDF时，发现塑化效果差、挤出出口压力波动很大，严重影响了挤出产品的品质。而PVDF薄膜及导管产品均属于精密制品，对产品的尺寸精度要求很高，因此目前市场上的挤出机及挤出装置无法实现PVDF的精密挤出。
申请号：201120348546.8的中国实用新型专利公开了一种单螺杆挤出机，包括壳体、螺杆，螺杆可转动地设置在壳体内的转腔中，螺杆的外周面上设有主推片，主推片在螺杆外周面上螺旋延伸布置，壳体上设置有进料口和出料口，螺杆上具有进料部和出料部，螺杆的进料部位于壳体的进料口位置处，螺杆的出料部位于壳体的出料口内，在螺杆进料部的外周面上设有螺旋延伸的螺旋结构，螺旋结构的螺距与主推片在螺杆进料部上的螺距有差异，螺旋结构与主推片之间发生至少一次交叉，从而在两者相交叉的部位形成尖角状剪切结构。但该挤出机无法实现PVDF的精密挤出。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服目前市场上挤出设备挤出PVDF时，存在塑化效果差、挤出出口压力波动大，严重影响挤出产品品质的问题，提供了一种聚偏氟乙烯专用精密挤出装置，塑化效果好，挤出出口压力波动微小，能够实现PVDF的精密挤出。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种聚偏氟乙烯专用精密挤出装置，包括电机、齿轮箱、喂料料斗、螺杆、机筒以及在机筒上安装的加热圈，电机通过齿轮箱变速后驱动螺杆转动，喂料料斗安装于螺杆根部的机筒上，并与机筒的进料口连接，螺杆头部的机筒出料口内设有过滤网，过滤网前侧的机筒出料口上安装有熔体泵，熔体泵与机筒出料口内部连通。
在机筒出料口上安装熔体泵，可以使得熔体通过熔体泵而再被挤出，熔体进入熔体泵，熔体泵能消除进入熔体的压力波动，并以恒定的流量泵出熔体，从而保证挤出出口压力波动微小，实现PVDF的精密挤出。
作为优选，所述熔体泵包括第一熔体泵和第二熔体泵，第一熔体泵和第二熔体泵串联设置，第一熔体泵的排量大于第二熔体泵的排量。若熔体泵只设一个，挤出口压力波动仍然较大,这是因为PVDF粘度高导致泵的转速不稳定；熔体泵数量超过两个，进一步稳定的效果微弱，这样不但运行成本高，设置也较复杂。因此，本发明设置两个熔体泵，第一熔体泵初步稳定压力波动，接着第二个进一步稳定压力波动，这样挤出口压力波动微小。
熔体泵的参数是：转排量（cc/r),熔体泵驱动电机转速（rpm）；挤出机的流量或者产量由螺杆转速决定，挤出机的产量应与熔体泵的排量匹配（熔体泵的排量=转排量×熔体泵驱动电机转速）。
作为优选，所述喂料料斗外壁均匀设置有电热丝。喂料料斗外设置电热丝，目的是利于PVDF塑化。原因是现有的挤出装置都是不加热的，那么冷的PVDF粒子进入螺杆，由于PVDF本身存在热导率小的特性，因此传热很慢，造成粒子熔化困难；针对PVDF材料的特性，本实用新型先在喂料料斗内将其加热至60-90℃，这个温度高于PVDF的玻璃化温度，这样进入挤出机机筒后，PVDF粒子已经有点软化，经挤出机传热后很容易均匀的被熔化，因此改善了PVDF原料的塑化效果。
作为优选，所述过滤网的网孔大小在200-350目。针对PVDF材料的特性，控制过滤网的网孔大小在200-350目，可去除细小杂质，保证熔体的流动性稳定，进而利于降低挤出出口压力波动。
作为优选，所述螺杆长径比为28-36，螺杆压缩比为1.8-2.2。由于PVDF热导率小，导热性差，且对加热敏感，因此，螺杆的设置有特别要求，螺杆长径比要比一般的明显大，这样传热过程长，PVDF受热较均匀，同时塑化的时间长，能形成均一的熔体，塑化效果好，螺杆压缩比设定要较常规的明显小，这样能改善塑化效果。
作为优选，所述螺杆的表面设有氮化层，氮化层厚度为0.3-0.5mm。由于PVDF在塑化过程中会释放HF，有较强的腐蚀性，因此，比其它聚丙烯等塑料挤出的螺杆相比，需要设置厚度较大的氮化层，同时，由于PVDF粘度大，螺杆受到的摩擦力大，因此适合PVDF的螺杆既要耐磨、又要耐腐蚀，因此设置这样厚度的氮化层，既耐磨、又耐腐蚀，设备的使用寿命长。
作为优选，所述加热圈分成3-7个独立的加热区。方便控制螺杆的分段加热。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于PVDF原料被加热至PVDF玻璃化温度以上并以均一的温度进入螺杆，且螺杆具有更大的长径比与更小的压缩比，使得物料在螺杆里面得到更好的塑化、挤出更加稳定；同时采用串联的两个熔体泵，使得熔体出口压力波动更加微小，从而保证了挤出薄膜、管材等精密尺寸，因此本发明的挤出装置可以用于PVDF精密挤出产品的生产，具有广阔的市场。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例，并结合附图，对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。
实施例1：
如图1所示的一种聚偏氟乙烯专用精密挤出装置，包括电机1、齿轮箱2、喂料料斗3、螺杆4、机筒5以及在机筒5上安装的加热圈6，加热圈分成3-7个独立的加热区，本实施例采用4个独立的加热区，机筒的加热温度范围在20-400℃；电机1通过齿轮箱2变速后驱动螺杆4转动，螺杆4安装机筒5内，并与齿轮箱2的输出轴相连，螺杆的材质为38CrMoAlA合金钢，螺杆4的表面设有氮化层（采用现有工艺加工而成），氮化层厚度为0.3mm，螺杆长径比为36，螺杆压缩比为1.8。喂料料斗3安装于螺杆根部41的机筒5上，并与机筒5的进料口连接，喂料料斗3外壁均匀设置有可对喂料料斗3内聚偏氟乙烯原料进行加热的电热丝10，电热丝10的加热温度控制在60-90℃，能将聚偏氟乙烯原料加热至60-90℃再进入螺杆；螺杆头部42的机筒5出料口内安装有过滤网7，过滤网7的网孔大小在200目，过滤网7前侧的机筒5出料口上安装有熔体泵，熔体泵与机筒5出料口内部连通，熔体泵包括第一熔体泵8和第二熔体泵9，第一熔体泵8和第二熔体泵9串联设置，第一熔体泵8的排量比第二熔体泵9的排量大10%。
具体应用实施：采用的PVDF原料熔融指数为6.8g/10min(230℃,5kg)；喂料料斗被加热至90℃，PVDF经螺杆、过滤网、两级熔体泵（第一熔体泵和第二熔体泵）后挤出，实验表明：PVDF塑化效果好，挤出物表面光滑，有光泽，挤出出口压力波动范围为±0.02MPa（挤出出口安装压力表检测获得）。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于：螺杆4的材质为哈氏合金，螺杆4的表面未加工氮化层，螺杆长径比为28，螺杆压缩比为2.2；过滤网7的网孔大小在350目；第一熔体泵8的排量比第二熔体泵9的排量大30%。
本实施例其它结构同实施例1。
具体应用实施：采用的PVDF原料熔融指数为6.8g/10min(230℃,5kg)；喂料料斗被加热至60℃，PVDF经螺杆、过滤网、两级熔体泵（第一熔体泵和第二熔体泵）后挤出，实验表明：PVDF塑化效果好，挤出物表面光滑，有光泽，挤出出口压力波动范围为±0.02MPa。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于：氮化层厚度为0.5mm，螺杆长径比为32，螺杆压缩比为2.0；过滤网7的网孔大小在300目；第一熔体泵8的排量比第二熔体泵9的排量大20%。
本实施例其它技术特征同实施例1。
具体应用实施：采用的PVDF原料熔融指数为6.8g/10min(230℃,5kg)；喂料料斗被加热至70℃，PVDF经螺杆、过滤网、两级熔体泵（第一熔体泵和第二熔体泵）后挤出，实验表明：PVDF塑化效果好，挤出物表面光滑，有光泽，挤出出口压力波动范围为±0.01MPa。
对比例
对比例中，采用的PVDF原料熔融指数为6.8g/10min(230℃,5kg)；采用市场上普通挤出装置（单螺杆挤出机），喂料料斗无加热。螺杆材料采用38CrMoAlA合金钢，氮化层深度为0.1～0.30mm；螺杆长径比为20；螺杆压缩比为3.0；螺杆头部附近有过滤网，但无熔体泵，实验表明：PVDF塑化效果差，挤出物表面粗糙，挤出压力波动范围为±1.5MPa。
本实用新型由于PVDF原料被加热至PVDF玻璃化温度以上并以均一的温度进入螺杆，且螺杆具有更大的长径比与更小的压缩比，使得物料在螺杆里面得到更好的塑化、挤出更加稳定；同时采用串联的两个熔体泵，使得熔体出口压力波动更加微小，从而保证了挤出薄膜、管材等精密尺寸，因此本实用新型的挤出装置可以用于PVDF精密挤出产品的生产，具有广阔的市场。
以上所述的实施例只是本实用新型的一种较佳的方案，并非对本实用新型作任何形式上的限制，在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。
Claims (7)
1.一种聚偏氟乙烯专用精密挤出装置，其特征在于：包括电机（1）、齿轮箱（2）、喂料料斗（3）、螺杆（4）、机筒（5）以及在机筒上安装的加热圈（6），电机通过齿轮箱变速后驱动螺杆转动，喂料料斗安装于螺杆根部（41）的机筒上，并与机筒的进料口连接，螺杆头部（42）的机筒出料口内设有过滤网（7），过滤网前侧的机筒出料口上安装有熔体泵，熔体泵与机筒出料口内部连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚偏氟乙烯专用精密挤出装置，其特征在于：所述熔体泵包括第一熔体泵（8）和第二熔体泵（9），第一熔体泵和第二熔体泵串联设置，第一熔体泵的排量大于第二熔体泵的排量。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种聚偏氟乙烯专用精密挤出装置，其特征在于：所述喂料料斗外壁均匀设置有电热丝（10）。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种聚偏氟乙烯专用精密挤出装置，其特征在于：所述过滤网的网孔大小在200-350目。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种聚偏氟乙烯专用精密挤出装置，其特征在于：所述螺杆长径比为28-36，螺杆压缩比为1.8-2.2。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种聚偏氟乙烯专用精密挤出装置，其特征在于：所述螺杆的表面设有氮化层，氮化层厚度为0.3-0.5mm。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种聚偏氟乙烯专用精密挤出装置，其特征在于：所述加热圈分成3-7个独立的加热区。
