Abstract

本发明公开了一种锥形同向双螺杆挤出机,它由驱动电机(1),联轴器(2),减速分配箱(3),喂料系统(4),机筒(5),锥形双螺杆(6),排气系统(7),切粒系统(8),料斗(9)等所组成,在机筒(5)内设有二根同方向转动的主锥形螺杆(6-1)和副锥形螺杆(6-2),它们分别与减速分配箱(3)内的主动齿轮(11)和从动齿轮(13)相连接,在二齿轮的下方还设有中间齿轮(12),从而使锥形双螺杆在工作时保持同方向转动,锥形双螺杆的螺旋线也同方向旋转;这将提高本发明的塑化性能,加之锥形双螺杆良好的挤出性能,使本发明既有良好的挤出力又有良好的塑化性,适用塑料加工中的挤出和造粒,提高了产量,降低能耗,是一种适合各种塑料和橡胶加工的新颖挤出机。

锥形双螺杆挤出机
技术领域
本发明公开了一种在塑料或橡胶加工中应用的适用于挤出、造粒用锥形双螺杆挤出机。
背景技术
众所周知,目前在塑料或橡胶加工中应用的挤出机有平行同向双螺杆挤出机、平行异向双螺杆挤出机和锥形异向双螺杆挤出机;平行同向双螺杆挤出机的优点在于塑化性能好,其缺点是挤出力小、减速分配箱结构复杂且耗电大;而平行异向双螺杆挤出机在塑化性能及挤出力上均不佳;而锥形异向双螺杆挤出机的优点是挤出力大,缺点是塑化性能差,因而实际使用中均不尽人意,看来在挤出机中塑化性能与挤出力成了一对矛盾。我们知道,塑化性能差,将会直接影响到塑化后产品的质量,而挤出力又影响到产量与成本,为此能否设计一种挤出机,集上述优点,而去其缺点,突破现在挤出机的缺陷,更新设备加工能力,显得有十分重要的经济价值和推广应用价值。
发明内容
为克服上述技术的不足,本发明提供一种既具有良好的塑化性能,同时又具有良好挤出力的锥形双螺杆挤出机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案为:一种锥形双螺杆挤出机,该挤出机包括锥形双螺杆,其设于机筒内,锥形双螺杆由主锥形螺杆和副锥形螺杆组成,主锥形螺杆和副锥形螺杆的螺旋线旋转方向、主锥形螺杆旋转方向、副锥形螺杆的旋转方向均相同,其中该挤出机还包括驱动电机、联轴器、减速分配箱、喂料系统、排气系统,挤出切粒系统,料斗和机架,驱动电机通过联轴器与减速分配箱中的主动齿轮相连接,所述减速分配箱中,主动齿轮与中间齿轮相啮合,中间齿轮与从动齿轮相啮合,在所述减速分配箱与机筒之间设有喂料系统,所述主动齿轮与主锥形螺杆相连接,从动齿轮与副锥形螺杆相连接,所述料斗设于喂料系统上,所述机筒前端与挤出切料系统连接,所述机筒上靠近挤出切料系统处设有排气系统。
采用上述方案后,本发明锥形双螺杆挤出机,由驱动电机带动减速分配箱内的主动齿轮转动,主动齿轮带动锥形双螺杆的主锥形螺杆转动,从动齿轮带动副锥形螺杆转动,由于主锥形螺杆与副锥形螺杆同方向旋转,使从喂料系统进入的加工的塑料在进入机筒后,被加工的塑料在机筒中环绕双锥形螺杆成8字形挤压,增加了塑化时间和密炼性能,从而保证了产品的塑化质量,保持了同向双螺杆挤出机的良好塑化性能;因为采用的螺杆为锥形,所以在减速分配箱内的螺杆末端有足够的空间,可供本发明选用大规格的推力轴承,以能承受锥形螺杆的大挤出力,保持了锥形双螺杆挤出机良好的挤出力性能,它与上述现有挤出机相比,具有以下优点,即兼有现有挤出机的优良性能:挤出力大、产量提高、能耗降低,是适合各种塑料和橡胶加工的新颖挤出机。

具体实施方案
本发明结构见附图1所示,它由驱动电机1,联轴器2,减速分配箱3,喂料系统4,机筒5,锥形双螺杆6,排气系统7,挤出切粒系统8,料斗9和机架10所组成,本发明的结构特点是螺杆6由二根锥形螺杆6-1和6-2所组成,锥形螺杆6-1为主螺杆,6-2为副螺杆,见附图4所示,它们在机筒5中的位置见附图3所示;在减速分配箱3中,排列三只锥形齿轮,见附图2所示,驱动电机1通过联轴器2与主动齿轮11相连接,主动齿轮11与中间齿轮12相啮合,中间齿轮12与从动齿轮13相啮合;主动齿轮11与主锥形螺杆6-1相连接,从动齿轮13与副锥形螺杆6-2相连接。当主动齿轮11转动时,带动中间齿轮12,中间齿轮12带动从动齿轮13使主、从齿轮作同向转动,从而使主、副螺杆随主、从齿轮的转动为同方向的转动;锥形双螺杆的螺旋线也为同方向旋转。因此本发明通过锥形双螺杆及三个锥形齿轮的配合,使锥形双螺杆达到同向旋转,既保持了锥形双螺杆的大挤出推力,又保持了平行同向双螺杆的塑化性能,克服了以上二种现有挤出机推力小及塑化差的缺点。提高了产量,节约了能耗,具有挤出、造粒的优良功能和经济性,是适合各种塑料和橡胶加工的新颖挤出机,具有应用和推广作用。

Claims (1)

1、一种锥形双螺杆挤出机,该挤出机包括锥形双螺杆(6),其设于机筒(5)内,锥形双螺杆(6)由主锥形螺杆(6-1)和副锥形螺杆(6-2)组成,主锥形螺杆(6-1)和副锥形螺杆(6-2)的螺旋线旋转方向、主锥形螺杆(6-1)旋转方向、副锥形螺杆(6-2)的旋转方向均相同,其特征在于:该挤出机还包括驱动电机(1)、联轴器(2)、减速分配箱(3)、喂料系统(4)、排气系统(7),挤出切粒系统(8),料斗(9)和机架(10),驱动电机(1)通过联轴器(2)与减速分配箱(3)中的主动齿轮(11)相连接,所述减速分配箱(3)中,主动齿轮(11)与中间齿轮(12)相啮合,中间齿轮(12)与从动齿轮(13)相啮合,在所述减速分配箱(3)与机筒(5)之间设有喂料系统(4),所述主动齿轮(11)与主锥形螺杆(6-1)相连接,从动齿轮(13)与副锥形螺杆(6-2)相连接,所述料斗(9)设于喂料系统(4)上,所述机筒(5)前端与挤出切料系统(8)连接,所述机筒(5)上靠近挤出切料系统(8)处设有排气系统(7)。
