Abstract

本发明公开一种基于无机粉末的双螺杆造粒机,包括:床身、固定在床身上方一侧的操作面板,位于床身中间位置的双螺杆挤料装置和床身另一侧的切粒装置;其中,双螺杆挤料装置由料室、水平安装在料室内的双螺杆、电动机,以及连接电动机与双螺杆的双轴分配齿轮箱组成;工作时双螺杆旋转将混料从料室中挤出,与快速旋转的切粒刀接触,切粒刀将混料切成颗粒,同时经冷却定型,完成加工,具有切粒速度快,效率高等优点。

一种基于无机粉末的双螺杆造粒机
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种粉末注射成型技术的原料加工设备,尤其是一种可将搅拌好的混料进行切粒、冷却定型的一种基于无机粉末的双螺杆造粒机。
背景技术
粉末注射成型技术的加工原料是一种用金属粉末经过搅拌混合后制成的特殊喂料。在加工这种喂料时,需要经过搅拌、制粒等过程,目前的制粒设备多为加工塑料等有机粉末的单螺杆密炼机,该机采用单螺杆旋转的方式将混料连续地挤出机头,但单螺杆旋转的压力有限,在加工金属粉末时,无法提供足够的压力,减缓了加工速度,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明主要目的在于解决上述问题和不足,提供一种使用方便,挤压力大,采用双排螺杆传输混料,同时实现切粒和冷却功能的一种基于无机粉末的双螺杆造粒机。
为实现上述目的本发明的技术方案是:
一种基于无机粉末的双螺杆造粒机,包括:床身、固定在床身上方一侧的操作面板,位于床身中间位置的双螺杆挤料装置和位于床身另一侧的切粒装置;
所述双螺杆挤料装置,包括:固定在床身上方的料室,水平安装在料室内的双螺杆,驱动双螺杆的电动机,以及连接电动机与双螺杆的双轴分配齿轮箱;所述料室两端分别连接入料筒和出料筒,出料筒与料室连通处设有出料模头,出料模头上均匀分布多个小孔;
所述切粒装置,包括与料室同一高度的切粒刀和切粒刀转轴,以及驱动两者旋转的切粒电机;
所述双螺杆由同一电动机驱动,转速相同,方向相同,双螺杆的间距沿加工方向逐渐减小,使旋转时产生的压力沿加工方向逐渐增大。
所述切粒刀转轴为中空转轴,轴内设有冷却气通道,冷却气通道出口设在安装切粒刀的一端,入口与外部制冷设备相连。
综上内容,本发明所述的一种基于无机粉末的双螺杆造粒机,采用双排螺杆传输混料,且双螺杆的间距随加工方向不断减小,使混料所受的挤压力沿加工方向不断增大,最终挤至切粒处,与切粒刀接触,切成颗粒,同时外部制冷设备的冷气可沿切粒刀转轴内的冷却气通道到达切粒处,使切好的颗粒迅速冷却定型,从出料筒落出。该设备的优点是:采用双螺杆的设计,使料室的容料量增大,延长了螺杆的使用寿命,在切粒的同时能够使切粒迅速冷却定型,具有切粒速度快,工作效率高,成本低等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
为叙述方便,下文中所称的“左”、“右”与附图本身的左右方向一致,但并不对本发明的结构起限定作用。
如图1所示,床身1,在床身1右侧上方立设有操作面板2,操作面板2上装有机床开关。在床身1的中间位置设有双螺杆挤料装置,该装置由固定在床身上方的料室5,水平安装在料室5内的双螺杆6,驱动双螺杆6的电动机9,以及连接电动机9与双螺杆6的双轴分配齿轮箱8组成;其中,双螺杆6的间距沿加工方向逐渐变小,当电动机9旋转时,首先将动力传递给双轴分配齿轮箱8,双轴分配齿轮箱8内装有两个可同向等速旋转的输出轴,输出轴通过联轴器7与双螺杆6连接,实现双螺杆6的同向等速旋转。
所述料室5的右端设有入料筒3,左端与出料筒4相连,在出料筒4与料室5的连接处设有出料模头10,出料模头10上均匀分布多个小孔,混料可从小孔中挤出。
床身1的左侧设有切粒装置,包括与料室5同一高度的切粒刀11和切粒刀转轴12,以及驱动两者旋转的切粒电机13,其中,切粒刀转轴12为中空轴,轴内设有冷却气通道,冷却气通道出口设在安装切粒刀11的一端,入口与外部的制冷设备连接。
本发明实施例的一种基于无机粉末的双螺杆造粒机的工作过程如下:首先,切粒电机13驱动切粒刀11快速旋转,同时电动机9驱动双螺杆6旋转,将料室5内的混料输送至出料模头10处,混料在双螺杆6的挤压下从料模头10的小孔中挤出,并与快速旋转着的切粒刀11接触,切粒刀11将挤出的混料切粒,同时外部制冷设备提供的冷气沿切粒刀转轴12内的冷却气通道吹至切粒处,使切好的颗粒迅速冷却,从出料筒4落出,完成混料的加工。
如上所述,结合附图和实施例所给出的方案内容,可以衍生出类似的技术方案。但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

1.一种基于无机粉末的双螺杆造粒机,包括:床身、固定在床身上方一侧的操作面板,位于床身中间位置的双螺杆挤料装置和位于床身另一侧的切粒装置; 
其特征在于:所述双螺杆挤料装置,包括,固定在床身上方的料室,水平安装在料室内的双螺杆,驱动双螺杆的电动机,以及连接电动机与双螺杆的双轴分配齿轮箱;所述料室两端分别连接入料筒和出料筒,出料筒与料室连通处设有出料模头,出料模头上均匀分布多个小孔; 
所述切粒装置,包括与料室同一高度的切粒刀和切粒刀转轴,以及驱动两者旋转的切粒电机。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于无机粉末的双螺杆造粒机,其特征在于:所述双螺杆由同一电动机驱动,转速相同,方向相同,双螺杆的间距沿加工方向逐渐减小。 
3.根据权利要求3所述的一种基于无机粉末的双螺杆造粒机,其特征在于:所述切粒刀转轴为中空转轴,轴内设有冷却气通道,冷却气通道出口设在安装切粒刀的一端,入口与外部制冷设备相连。
