背景技术
随着科技的飞速发展,人们在塑料科技上的研发投入力度也越来越大。对新产品开发也日趋频繁。在传统的塑胶造粒生产中,成分不同的塑胶原料组份需要经过初步的混合后,再进行加温密炼,加温密炼形成的大体积团状熔融物料因为缺少相应的喂送机构分量喂料给挤出机(挤出机的吃料特性限制),因此需要将密炼形成的大体积团状熔融物料运送至某单独场地,在其冷却后通过专用的开炼机对大体积团状熔融物料进行开炼、压片、切片等复杂工序,方可制成相应塑胶片条,以供应给挤出机挤出造粒。
上述制作工艺分为密炼--开炼—挤出三个工序,复杂的工序不仅需要大量的时间进行冷却、再加热,工作效率低,并且对人力、物力、空间是一种巨大的浪费;同时,温变的过程将释放大量的有毒气体及部分烟雾,致使作业环境恶劣,导致操作人员患职业病的机率大大增加。

为了解决现有技术中塑料造粒制作工序复杂,工作效率低,浪费大量人力、物力、空间的问题本实用新型提供了一种集密炼、喂料、挤出功能为一体的组合式机组,提高了工作效率,降低了生产空间,缩短了工作时间,节省了生产成本。

一种集密炼、喂料、挤出功能为一体的组合式机组,包括机架,机架分为两层,机架的顶层设置有密炼机,其特征在于:机架的底层设有单螺杆挤出机,由依次设置的电机、减速箱、机筒和螺杆组成,所述螺杆设置在机筒内,电机与减速箱相连接,所述减速箱通过平键与螺杆相连接,在机筒的前端依次设置有哈弗铰链换网和拉条机头,在单螺杆挤出机机筒左右两侧中的一侧设有进料口;
在机架的底层还设有锥形双螺杆喂料机,所述锥形双螺杆喂料机,包括电机、减速机,齿轮箱,喂料体,机筒和锥形双螺杆,所述锥形双螺杆设置于机筒内,由主锥形螺杆和副锥形螺杆组成,在机架底层上方设有电机,所述电机与减速机相连接,减速机的输出轴与齿轮箱主轴的一端通过联轴器相连接,主轴的另一端与主锥形螺杆相连接,在主轴上设有主动齿轮,主动齿轮与从动齿轮相啮合,从动齿轮与副锥形螺杆相连接;
所述锥形双螺杆喂料机机筒的上方开设有进料口,在进料口处安装有喂料斗,所述密炼机卸料装置的出口位于喂料斗的上方,能够向喂料斗卸料,所述锥形双螺杆喂料机的双螺杆与单螺杆挤出机机筒一侧的进料口相连接。

下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述。
如图1和2所示,一集密炼、喂料、挤出功能为一体的组合式机组,包括机架,机架1分为两层,分别为顶层2和底层3,两层之间设有若干支撑柱4。在机架1的底层3上设有锥形双螺杆喂料机,其结构如图1所示,包括交流电机5、摆线针轮减速机6、齿轮箱12、机筒14和锥形双螺杆15,所述锥形双螺杆15设置于机筒14内,由主锥形螺杆和副锥形螺杆组成,在机架1底层3上方安装有交流电机5,所述交流电机5的输出端8与摆线针轮减速机6的输入端7相连接,摆线针轮减速机6的输出轴9与齿轮箱12的主轴11的一端通过联轴器10相连接,主轴11的另一端与主锥形螺杆相连接,在主轴11上设有主动齿轮,主动齿轮与从动齿轮相啮合,从动齿轮与副锥形螺杆相连接。所述锥形双螺杆喂料机机筒14的上方开设有进料口,在进料口处安装有喂料斗19。
在机架1的顶层2设置有密炼机16,所述密炼机16卸料装置17的出口18位于喂料斗19的上方,卸料装置17能够向喂料斗19卸料。在机架1的底层3还设有单螺杆挤出机,单螺杆挤出机由依次设置的电机20、减速箱21、机筒22和螺杆23组成,所述螺杆23设置在机筒22内,电机20与减速箱21相连接,所述减速箱21通过平键与螺杆23相连接,在机筒22的前端依次设置有哈弗铰链换网24和拉条机头25,在单螺杆挤出机机筒22左右两侧中的一侧设有进料口13,所述锥形双螺杆喂料机的双螺杆15与单螺杆挤出机机筒22一侧的进料口13相连接。所述单螺杆挤出机机筒采用风冷方式散热。在单螺杆挤出机机筒22的两侧设有用于散热的百叶窗26。
塑胶造粒生产时,将成分不同的塑胶原料组份经过初步的混合后,送入密炼机16进行加温密炼,加温密炼形成的大体积团状熔融物料从密炼机16卸料装置17的出口18送入喂料斗19内,通过锥形双螺杆喂料机的进料口进入机筒14内。启动锥形双螺杆喂料机的交流电机5,因为交流电机5转速较快,通过摆线针轮减速机6进行减速,利用联轴器10使齿轮箱12主轴11的转动速度与摆线针轮减速机6的输出速度相同,这样与主轴11连接的主锥形螺杆也跟着转动,同时设置在主轴11上的主动齿轮也随之转动,当主动齿轮转动时,带动从动齿轮同向转动,从而主锥形螺杆和副锥形螺杆转动为同向转动,当物料进入机筒14后,通过锥形双螺杆15的旋转向单螺杆挤出机筒体22进料口13送料。启动单螺杆挤出机的电机20,通过减速箱21带动螺杆23转动,这样螺杆23旋转将物料,从哈弗铰链换网24挤出,制造出所需塑胶颗粒。

Claims (3)
1.一种集密炼、喂料、挤出功能为一体的组合式机组,包括机架,机架分为两层,机架的顶层设置有密炼机,其特征在于:机架的底层设有单螺杆挤出机,由依次设置的电机、减速箱、机筒和螺杆组成,所述螺杆设置在机筒内,电机与减速箱相连接,所述减速箱通过平键与螺杆相连接,在机筒的前端依次设置有哈弗铰链换网和拉条机头,在单螺杆挤出机机筒左右两侧中的一侧设有进料口;
在机架的底层还设有锥形双螺杆喂料机,所述锥形双螺杆喂料机,包括电机、减速机,齿轮箱,喂料体,机筒和锥形双螺杆,所述锥形双螺杆设置于机筒内,由主锥形螺杆和副锥形螺杆组成,在机架底层上方设有电机,所述电机与减速机相连接,减速机的输出轴与齿轮箱主轴的一端通过联轴器相连接,主轴的另一端与主锥形螺杆相连接,在主轴上设有主动齿轮,主动齿轮与从动齿轮相啮合,从动齿轮与副锥形螺杆相连接;
所述锥形双螺杆喂料机机筒的上方开设有进料口,在进料口处安装有喂料斗,所述密炼机卸料装置的出口位于喂料斗的上方,能够向喂料斗卸料,所述锥形双螺杆喂料机的双螺杆与单螺杆挤出机机筒一侧的进料口相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种集密炼、喂料、挤出功能为一体的组合式机组,其特征在于:所述单螺杆挤出机机筒的两侧设有用于散热的百叶窗。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种集密炼、喂料、挤出功能为一体的组合式机组,其特征在于:所述单螺杆挤出机机筒采用风冷方式散热。
