本实用新型涉及塑料加工的机械配件技术领域,特别涉及一种强剪切螺杆。
背景技术:
螺杆是同向双螺杆排胶头机的重要部件。它的作用是对塑料进行输送、压实、熔化、搅拌和施压。所有这些都是通过螺杆在机筒内的旋转来完成的。在螺杆旋转时,塑料与机筒内壁、螺杆螺槽底面、螺棱推进面,以及塑料与塑料之间在都会产生摩擦及相互运动。塑料的向前推进就是这种运动组合的结果,而摩擦产生的热量也被吸收用来提高塑料温度及熔化塑料。螺杆的结构将直接影响到这些作用的程度。现有同向双螺杆排胶头机的螺杆,剪切力差,且由于物料不稳定,物料复合重,所以在生产过程中常出现排出的物料不能熔融,混炼不均匀,满足不了物料前期混炼熔融的要求。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种剪切力强,混炼效果好的强剪切螺杆。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种强剪切螺杆,它从左至右依次包括加料段,压缩段和均化段,压缩段和均化段之间依次设有强剪切元件和混炼槽。
所述强剪切元件包括若干错开设置的螺纹剪切块。
所述螺纹剪切块有五块,相邻的螺纹剪切块错开36°设置。
其一体成型。
本实用新型的有益效果为:一种强剪切螺杆,它从左至右依次包括加料段,压缩段和均化段,压缩段和均化段之间依次设有强剪切元件和混炼槽。强剪切元件加强了螺杆的剪切力,混炼槽加强了螺杆的剪切混炼能力,使不同的复合物料都能够较好的混合熔融,本实用新型结构简单,剪切力强,混炼效果好。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明。
如图1-3所示,一种强剪切螺杆,它从左至右依次包括加料段1,压缩段2和均化段3,压缩段2和均化段3之间依次设有强剪切元件4和混炼槽5。使用时,本实用新型安装于同向双螺杆排胶头机的料筒内,通过电加热装置将置于料筒内的物料加热升温到工作要求,然后螺杆通过电机变速箱带动,将物料挤压至模头出口。
在塑料的塑化过程中,其前进和混合的动力都是来源于螺杆和机筒的相对旋转。根据塑料在螺杆螺槽中的不同形态,从左至右依次分为把螺杆分为三段:加料段1(也叫固体输送段)、压缩段2(也叫熔融段)、均化段3也称计量段。
料斗与加料段1连通,为提高输送能力,螺槽表面一定要光洁,加料段1的长度应保证物料有足够的输送长度,因为过短的加料段1会导致物料过早的熔融,从而难以保证稳定压力的输送条件,也就难以保证螺杆以后各段的塑化质量和塑化能力。塑料在其自身重力作用下从料斗中滑进螺槽,螺杆旋转时,在料筒与螺槽组成的各推力面摩擦力的作用下,物料被压缩成密集的固体塞螺母,沿着螺纹方向做相对运动,在此段,塑料为固体状态,即玻璃态。
压缩段2又称熔融段,物料在此段不断地受到压缩、剪切和混炼作用物料完成从玻璃态经过黏弹态向黏流态的转变,即此段,塑料是处于颗粒与熔融体的共存状态。
均化段3又称计量段,熔体在均化段3的螺槽中得到进一步的均化,温度均匀,组分均匀,形成较好的熔体质量,均化段3有助于熔体在螺槽中的波动,有稳定压力的作用,使物料以均匀的料量从螺杆头部挤出。
强剪切元件4加强了螺杆的剪切力,物料经过强剪切元件4的剪切,进入混炼槽5,混炼槽5加强了螺杆的剪切混炼能力,使不同的复合物料都能够较好的混合熔融。
本实施例所述强剪切元件4包括若干错开设置的螺纹剪切块6,螺纹剪切块6有五块,相邻的螺纹剪切块6错开36°设置,这样,剪切元件的剪切力达到最大。
本实施例所述的强剪切螺杆一体成型,本实用新型结构简单,剪切力强,混炼效果好。

1.一种强剪切螺杆,它从左至右依次包括加料段(1),压缩段(2)和均化段(3),其特征在于:压缩段(2)和均化段(3)之间依次设有强剪切元件(4)和混炼槽(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种强剪切螺杆,其特征在于:所述强剪切元件(4)包括若干错开设置的螺纹剪切块(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种强剪切螺杆,其特征在于:所述螺纹剪切块(6)有五块,相邻的螺纹剪切块(6)错开36°设置。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种强剪切螺杆,其特征在于:其一体成型。
