Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种柱塞式橡胶挤出机,在其结构中,变频电机、减速机、涡轮、涡杆、机筒等部件机械连接而成,在机筒内设置柱塞,使柱塞与机筒直径相匹配,在涡杆的作用下,柱塞往复运动,把缸筒内的细料挤出。本实用新型在橡胶挤出过程中,挤压力稳定,挤出速度恒定,避免了物料磨损及剪切破坏,大大提高产品质量,结构简单,使用方便。

本实用新型涉及橡胶机械领域,尤其是一种柱塞式橡胶挤出机。 
背景技术
目前,我们公知的挤出机都是由变频电机、减速机、涡轮、涡杆、机筒、螺杆等部件构成,挤出机大多数是采用螺杆喂料挤出,在挤出过程中存在对物料的剪切及磨损等不利因素,导致挤出物密度不足,严重影响了产品质量。 
发明内容
为了克服现有橡胶挤出机采用螺杆喂料挤出,对物料产品剪切和磨损,使挤出物密度不足,严重影响了产品质量的不足,本实用新型公开了一种柱塞式橡胶挤出机,它采用柱塞把缸筒内物料挤出,对物料没有磨损,使挤出物密度大大增加而均衡,提高了产品质量。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在本实用新型的结构中,变频电机、减速机、涡轮、涡杆、机筒等部件机械连接而成,在机筒内设置柱塞,使柱塞与机筒直径相匹配,在涡杆的作用下,柱塞往复运动,把缸筒内的细料挤出。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型在橡胶挤出过程中,挤压力稳定,挤出速度恒定,避免了物料磨损及剪切破坏,大大提高产品质量,结构简单,使用方便。

具体实施方式
在图1中,变频电机(1)的输出轴与减速箱(2)的高速轴连接,减速箱(2)的变速低速轴与涡轮(3)连接,涡轮(3)的一端与涡杆(4)连接,涡杆(4)的顶端连接柱塞(5),柱塞(5)的前端装有入料槽(6)和机头(7)和出料口(8)。
