Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种柱塞式橡胶挤出机，在其结构中，变频电机、减速机、涡轮、涡杆、机筒等部件机械连接而成，在机筒内设置柱塞，使柱塞与机筒直径相匹配，在涡杆的作用下，柱塞往复运动，把缸筒内的细料挤出。本实用新型在橡胶挤出过程中，挤压力稳定，挤出速度恒定，避免了物料磨损及剪切破坏，大大提高产品质量，结构简单，使用方便。

本实用新型涉及橡胶机械领域，尤其是一种柱塞式橡胶挤出机。 
背景技术
目前，我们公知的挤出机都是由变频电机、减速机、涡轮、涡杆、机筒、螺杆等部件构成，挤出机大多数是采用螺杆喂料挤出，在挤出过程中存在对物料的剪切及磨损等不利因素，导致挤出物密度不足，严重影响了产品质量。 
发明内容
为了克服现有橡胶挤出机采用螺杆喂料挤出，对物料产品剪切和磨损，使挤出物密度不足，严重影响了产品质量的不足，本实用新型公开了一种柱塞式橡胶挤出机，它采用柱塞把缸筒内物料挤出，对物料没有磨损，使挤出物密度大大增加而均衡，提高了产品质量。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：在本实用新型的结构中，变频电机、减速机、涡轮、涡杆、机筒等部件机械连接而成，在机筒内设置柱塞，使柱塞与机筒直径相匹配，在涡杆的作用下，柱塞往复运动，把缸筒内的细料挤出。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型在橡胶挤出过程中，挤压力稳定，挤出速度恒定，避免了物料磨损及剪切破坏，大大提高产品质量，结构简单，使用方便。

具体实施方式
在图1中，变频电机(1)的输出轴与减速箱(2)的高速轴连接，减速箱(2)的变速低速轴与涡轮(3)连接，涡轮(3)的一端与涡杆(4)连接，涡杆(4)的顶端连接柱塞(5)，柱塞(5)的前端装有入料槽(6)和机头(7)和出料口(8)。
