Abstract
一种新型串联式单螺杆挤出机,包括挤出螺杆和机筒,挤出螺杆安装在机筒中,挤出螺杆的一端与驱动装置相连,其特征是机筒由第一阶机筒(3)和第二阶机筒(4)组成,在第一阶机筒(3)中安装有第一阶挤出螺杆(1),该第一阶挤出螺杆(1)为带有分离型螺槽和/或屏障型螺槽的挤出螺杆,在第二阶机筒(4)中安装有第二阶挤出螺杆(2),该第二阶挤出螺杆(2)为带有大螺距、深螺槽的挤出螺杆,第一阶挤出螺杆(1)、第二阶挤出螺杆(2)分别与各自的驱动装置相连;第一阶机筒(3)的输出口通过管道(8)与第二阶机筒(4)的输入口相连;进料口(9)位于第一阶机筒(3)上,出料口(10)位于第二阶机筒(4)上。本实用新型简化了每阶螺杆的结构,缩短了每阶螺杆的长度,有利于制造和维护。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种螺杆式塑料挤出机,具体地说是一种串联式单螺杆挤出机。
背景技术
塑料挤出机是将塑料原料通过加温挤压成型的重要设备。塑料原料从机筒的加料口进入机筒后,在螺杆的作用下一方面通过加温挤压后塑化,另一方面在螺杆的带动下向出料口推进,再经过相应的辅助模具或设备制成各种塑料制品。为了保证挤出效果,往往要求塑料在挤压过程中经过初步塑化、完全塑化、建立压力输出等一系列过程,采用传统的单螺杆的结构来保证这一系列过程的实现就必须会使得螺杆的结构相对复杂,长度较长,出口段温度难以控制,这给设计和制造带来了相当大的困难,给维护和使用带来不便,同时使成品的质量受到一定的影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种串联式单螺杆挤出机,通过二阶相连的挤出机将塑料挤压成形过程中的塑化功能通过分阶加以实现,从而简化每阶螺杆的结构,缩短每阶螺杆的长度,给制造的维护带来极大的方便。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种新型串联式单螺杆挤出机,包括挤出螺杆、机筒,挤出螺杆安装在机筒中,挤出螺杆的一端与减速箱相连,减速箱与驱动电机相连,其特征是机筒由第一阶机筒和第二阶机筒组成,相应地在第一阶机筒中安装有第一阶挤出螺杆,在第二阶机筒中安装有第二阶挤出螺杆,第一阶挤出螺杆、第二阶挤出螺杆分别与各自的减速箱相连,各自的减速箱均连接有驱动电机;第一阶机筒的输出口通过管道与第二阶机筒的输入口相连;进料口位于第一阶机筒上,出料口位于第二阶机筒上。
上述的第一阶挤出螺杆为带有分离型螺槽和/或屏障型螺槽的挤出螺杆。第二阶挤出螺杆为带有大螺距、深螺槽的挤出螺杆。此外还在管道上安装有有压力控制装置。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1、第一阶挤出螺杆可使原料完成60~80%的塑化,实现基本熔融,第二阶挤出螺杆可确保原料继续熔融并建立压力,承受较小的剪切力,有效避免过热现象的发生,从而从根本上优化整个挤出过程。
2、通过在连接第一阶挤出机筒和第二阶挤出机筒的管道上设置压力检测口,对第一阶挤出螺杆输出口的压力进行采样,利用常规控制方法即可很方便地控制整个挤出机的工作压力,使输出压力波动范围控制在0.5%以内。
3、产量大,效率高,混炼能力强。
4、可降低整机的熔化温度,具有明显的节能效果。
5、可与大规模生产装置配套使用,可广泛运用于薄膜、管材等领域。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。

一种新型串联式单螺杆挤出机,包括第一阶挤出螺杆1、第二阶挤出螺杆2、第一阶机筒3、第二阶机筒4,第一阶挤出螺杆1、第二阶2分别安装在第一阶机筒3和第二阶机筒4中,第一阶挤出螺杆1和第二阶挤出螺杆2的一端均与对应的减速箱5相连,减速箱5与对应的驱动电机6相连,第一阶机筒3的输出口通过管道8与第二阶机筒4的输入口相连;进料口9位于第一阶机筒3上,出料口10位于第二阶机筒4上;在第一阶机筒3、第二阶机筒4还可根据需要设置相应的排气口。第一阶挤出螺杆1可采用带有分离型螺槽和屏障型螺槽的组合式挤出螺杆,也可仅带有分离型螺槽的挤出螺杆,还可为仅带有屏障型螺槽的挤出螺杆,但以上述的组合式结构使用效果最佳。第二阶挤出螺杆2可采用带有大螺距、深螺槽的挤出螺杆。为了控制整个挤出机的压力波动范围,提高成品的质量,本实施例在管道8上安装有压力控制装置,压力控制装置可由压力表11、压力控制器12组成,压力表11将管道8上所测得的压力传递给压力控制器12,压力控制器12控制驱动第一阶挤出螺杆1的驱动电机6的输出转速,从而控制第一阶挤出螺杆1的转速,达到压力控制的目的。

1.一种新型串联式单螺杆挤出机,包括挤出螺杆和机筒,挤出螺杆安装在机筒中,挤出螺杆的一端与驱动装置相连,其特征是机筒由第一阶机筒(3)和第二阶机筒(4)组成,在第一阶机筒(3)中安装有第一阶挤出螺杆(1),该第一阶挤出螺杆(1)为带有分离型螺槽和/或屏障型螺槽的挤出螺杆,在第二阶机筒(4)中安装有第二阶挤出螺杆(2),该第二阶挤出螺杆(2)为带有大螺距、深螺槽的挤出螺杆,第一阶挤出螺杆(1)、第二阶挤出螺杆(2)分别与各自的驱动装置相连;第一阶机筒(3)的输出口通过管道(8)与第二阶机筒(4)的输入口相连;进料口(9)位于第一阶机筒(3)上,出料口(10)位于第二阶机筒(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挤出机,其特征是所述的管道上安装有压力控制装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的挤出机,其特征是所述的驱动装置由减速箱(5)及与减速箱(5)相连的驱动电机(6)组成。
