背景技术
塑粉生产工艺中需要将混合后的物料进入螺杆挤出机挤出，一般采用双螺杆挤出机，双螺杆挤出机具有由摩擦产生的热量较少、物料所受到的剪切比较均匀、螺杆的输送能力较大、挤出量比较稳定、物料在机筒内停留长、混合均匀的特点。但是现有的螺杆挤出机螺杆物料容易在机筒末端的模头处积压，造成物料挤压不顺。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种螺杆挤出机，防止机筒内物料在机筒末端的模头处积压。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种螺杆挤出机，包括设于机架上的机筒，所述机筒前端设有加料口，所述机筒末端为挤出模头，所述机筒内设有螺杆，所述机筒外设有加热装置，其特征在于：所述螺杆的螺距由加料口向挤出模头逐渐增大。
优选的，所述机筒由上下两半机筒组成，上半机筒和下半机筒用两排螺栓栓紧。平时上半机筒和下半机筒用两排螺栓栓紧，当需要打开机筒时，只需松开螺栓，便于维修及清洁。
本实用新型将螺距由加料口向挤出模头逐渐增大，因而物料不容易在机筒末端的模头处积压。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，为本实用新型一种螺杆挤出机的实施例，包括设于机架上的机筒1，所述机筒前端设有加料口2，所述机筒末端为挤出模头3，所述机筒内设有螺杆4，所述机筒外设有加热装置5，所述螺杆的螺距由加料口向挤出模头逐渐增大。同时螺杆螺纹深度由加料口向挤出模头逐渐变小。所述机筒1由上下两半机筒组成，上半机筒和下半机筒用两排螺栓栓紧。
混合后的料粒通过加料口进入机筒，然后通过螺杆传送到机筒的另一端，外部加热装置加热以及在料粒与螺杆间摩擦而产生内热，使物料变软和熔化，最后由机筒末端的模头处挤出。

1.一种螺杆挤出机，包括设于机架上的机筒(1)，所述机筒前端设有加料口(2)，所述机筒末端为挤出模头(3)，所述机筒内设有螺杆(4)，所述机筒外设有加热装置(5)，其特征在于：所述螺杆的螺距由加料口向挤出模头逐渐增大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺杆挤出机，其特征在于：所述机筒(1)由上下两半机筒组成，上半机筒和下半机筒用两排螺栓栓紧。
