背景技术
塑粉生产工艺中需要将混合后的物料进入螺杆挤出机挤出,一般采用双螺杆挤出机,双螺杆挤出机具有由摩擦产生的热量较少、物料所受到的剪切比较均匀、螺杆的输送能力较大、挤出量比较稳定、物料在机筒内停留长、混合均匀的特点。但是现有的螺杆挤出机螺杆物料容易在机筒末端的模头处积压,造成物料挤压不顺。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种螺杆挤出机,防止机筒内物料在机筒末端的模头处积压。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种螺杆挤出机,包括设于机架上的机筒,所述机筒前端设有加料口,所述机筒末端为挤出模头,所述机筒内设有螺杆,所述机筒外设有加热装置,其特征在于:所述螺杆的螺距由加料口向挤出模头逐渐增大。
优选的,所述机筒由上下两半机筒组成,上半机筒和下半机筒用两排螺栓栓紧。平时上半机筒和下半机筒用两排螺栓栓紧,当需要打开机筒时,只需松开螺栓,便于维修及清洁。
本实用新型将螺距由加料口向挤出模头逐渐增大,因而物料不容易在机筒末端的模头处积压。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,为本实用新型一种螺杆挤出机的实施例,包括设于机架上的机筒1,所述机筒前端设有加料口2,所述机筒末端为挤出模头3,所述机筒内设有螺杆4,所述机筒外设有加热装置5,所述螺杆的螺距由加料口向挤出模头逐渐增大。同时螺杆螺纹深度由加料口向挤出模头逐渐变小。所述机筒1由上下两半机筒组成,上半机筒和下半机筒用两排螺栓栓紧。
混合后的料粒通过加料口进入机筒,然后通过螺杆传送到机筒的另一端,外部加热装置加热以及在料粒与螺杆间摩擦而产生内热,使物料变软和熔化,最后由机筒末端的模头处挤出。

1.一种螺杆挤出机,包括设于机架上的机筒(1),所述机筒前端设有加料口(2),所述机筒末端为挤出模头(3),所述机筒内设有螺杆(4),所述机筒外设有加热装置(5),其特征在于:所述螺杆的螺距由加料口向挤出模头逐渐增大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述机筒(1)由上下两半机筒组成,上半机筒和下半机筒用两排螺栓栓紧。
