Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构,属于挤出机技术领域。它解决了现有挤出机的推进螺杆挤出效果不好等技术问题。本螺杆结构包括一个轴体,轴体上设有两个啮合齿轮,且该两个啮合齿轮将轴体分为输送段、压缩段和计量段三段,输送段位于下料口正下方,计量段与挤出机的挤出头相连。本实用新型具有挤出效果好、减小螺杆长度、降低生产成本等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型属于挤出机技术领域,涉及一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构。 
背景技术
双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆一般为组合式螺杆,是指螺杆的螺纹部分由几个不同形式的螺纹单元组合而成,这些螺纹单元装在一根带有长键的轴或组装在六角形芯轴上,成为一根挤塑某种塑料的专用螺杆,双螺杆一般为啮合型同向旋转的。 
挤出机的螺杆需要满足原料从进入到塑化,然后到挤出,三个阶段的不同需求,为此,螺杆应该分为三段,依次对原料进行加工和处理。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有的技术存在的上述问题,提供一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是将推进螺杆分为三段,以提高原料的挤出质量。 
本实用新型的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构,本螺杆结构包括一个轴体,所述的轴体上设有两个啮合齿轮,且该两个啮合齿轮将轴体分为输送段、压缩段和计量段三段,所述的输送段位于下料口正下方,所述的计量段与挤出机的挤出头相连。 
本实用新型的工作原理是:将挤出机的螺纹杆轴体分为三段,分别是输送段、压缩段和计量段,利用这三段分别对原料进行处理,以满足输送、压缩和计量要求。 
在上述的一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构中,所述输送段的轴体上设有主螺纹一,所述输送段的轴体末端设有与主螺纹一平行的加密螺纹一,所述输送段的始端轴径大于末端轴径。在输送段的末端设置了与主螺纹一平行的加密螺纹一,原料从输送段的始端进入,进行预热后,在末端螺纹较为密集处开设对原料进行挤压使其扎实和压紧,实现对原理的初步处理。 
在上述的一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构中,所述压缩段的轴体上设有主螺纹二,所述压缩段的轴体末端设有与主螺纹二平行的加密螺纹二,所述压缩段的始端轴径大于末端轴径。在压缩段需要对原料进行塑化,在较高的温度下,原料进入末端螺纹较为密集的区域,两个螺杆对原料进行高温碾压,使其达到塑化要求。 
在上述的一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构中,所述计量段的轴体上设有主螺纹三,所述计量段的轴体始端设有与主螺纹二平行的加密螺纹三,所述压缩段的始端轴径大于末端轴径。在螺杆的计量段,需要对已经塑化的原料进行计量和输出,在计量段的始端利用较为密集的螺纹对原料进行再次碾压,以保证原料的均匀和塑化的完全。 
在上述的一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构中,所述的主螺纹一、主螺纹二、主螺纹三、加密螺纹一、加密螺纹二和加密螺纹三的螺纹外径均相同,且螺距也相同。由于螺杆在这三段的始端到末端均呈轴径减小状态,在外径相同时,螺纹的高度就呈现逐渐变大的趋势,是因为在末端的时候,原料逐渐软化,螺纹高度较大,两个螺杆之间啮合时对原料的碾压程度更强,以便快速地实现压紧、塑化和计量输出。 
在上述的一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构中,所述的主螺纹一、主螺纹二、主螺纹三、加密螺纹一、加密螺纹二和加密螺纹三均为锯齿形螺纹。锯齿螺纹有利于原料运动方向的引导和顺畅。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型将挤出机的螺杆分为三段,有效的对原料进行处理,能够快速地进行塑化,缩短了螺杆的长度,减小了挤出机的体积,降低了挤出机的生产成本。

具体实施方式
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。 
如图1和图2所示,一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构,螺杆结构包括一个轴体1,所述的轴体1上设有两个啮合齿轮2,且该两个啮合齿轮2将轴体1分为输送段3、压缩段4和计量段5三段,所述的输送段3位于下料口正下方,所述的计量段5与挤出机的挤出头相连,输送段3的轴体1上设有主螺纹一31,所述输送段3的轴体1末端设有与主螺纹一31平行的加密螺纹一32,所述输送段3的始端轴径大于末端轴径,在输送段3的末端设置了与主螺纹一31平行的加密螺纹一32,原料从输送段3的始端进入,进行预热后,在末端螺纹较为密集处开设对原料进行挤压使其扎实和压紧,实现对原理的初步处理,压缩段4的轴体1上设有主螺纹二41,所述压缩段4的轴体1末端设有与主螺纹二41平行的加密螺纹二42,所述压缩段4的始端轴径大于末端轴径,在压缩段4需要对原料进行塑化,在较高的温度下,原料进入末 端螺纹较为密集的区域,两个螺杆对原料进行高温碾压,使其达到塑化要求,计量段5的轴体1上设有主螺纹三51,所述计量段5的轴体1始端设有与主螺纹二41平行的加密螺纹三52,所述压缩段4的始端轴径大于末端轴径,在螺杆的计量段5,需要对已经塑化的原料进行计量和输出,在计量段5的始端利用较为密集的螺纹对原料进行再次碾压,以保证原料的均匀和塑化的完全。 
如图1和图3所示,主螺纹一31、主螺纹二41、主螺纹三51、加密螺纹一32、加密螺纹二42和加密螺纹三52的螺纹外径均相同,且螺距也相同,由于螺杆在这三段的始端到末端均呈轴径减小状态,在外径相同时,螺纹的高度就呈现逐渐变大的趋势,是因为在末端的时候,原料逐渐软化,螺纹高度较大,两个螺杆之间啮合时对原料的碾压程度更强,以便快速地实现压紧、塑化和计量输出,主螺纹一31、主螺纹二41、主螺纹三51、加密螺纹一32、加密螺纹二42和加密螺纹三52均为锯齿形螺纹,锯齿螺纹有利于原料运动方向的引导和顺畅。

1.一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构,本螺杆结构包括一个轴体(1),其特征在于,所述的轴体(1)上设有两个啮合齿轮(2),且该两个啮合齿轮(2)将轴体(1)分为输送段(3)、压缩段(4)和计量段(5)三段,所述的输送段(3)位于下料口正下方,所述的计量段(5)与挤出机的挤出头相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构,其特征在于,所述输送段(3)的轴体(1)上设有主螺纹一(31),所述输送段(3)的轴体(1)末端设有与主螺纹一(31)平行的加密螺纹一(32),所述输送段(3)的始端轴径大于末端轴径。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构,其特征在于,所述压缩段(4)的轴体(1)上设有主螺纹二(41),所述压缩段(4)的轴体(1)末端设有与主螺纹二(41)平行的加密螺纹二(42),所述压缩段(4)的始端轴径大于末端轴径。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构,其特征在于,所述计量段(5)的轴体(1)上设有主螺纹三(51),所述计量段(5)的轴体(1)始端设有与主螺纹二(41)平行的加密螺纹三(52),所述压缩段(4)的始端轴径大于末端轴径。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构,其特征在于,所述的主螺纹一(31)、主螺纹二(41)、主螺纹三(51)、加密螺纹一(32)、加密螺纹二(42)和加密螺纹三(52)的螺纹外径均相同,且螺距也相同。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种双螺杆挤出机上的螺杆结构,其特征在于,所述的主螺纹一(31)、主螺纹二(41)、主螺纹三(51)、加密螺纹一(32)、加密螺纹二(42)和加密螺纹三(52)均为锯齿形螺纹。
