本实用新型涉及一种用于各种热塑性塑料挤出的同向异径双螺杆挤出机。包括机体、电动机、联轴器、减速箱、挤出腔、喂料装置、排气装置,其特征在于:减速箱的输出连接一分配箱,分配箱输出两根同向旋转的轴,两根轴各自连接两根位于挤出腔内的异径螺杆。其特征在于:两根异径螺杆位于同一平面上,两根异径螺杆的轴线在出料端方向的延长线上有交叉。异径螺杆从出料端至进料端的螺线为各异的螺距,每段螺线的高度各异。本实用新型的优点是同向异径双螺杆挤出机兼具了以上三种挤出机的优点其螺杆采用大端和小端的形式,能提供较高的螺杆背压使其能够提供挤出制品所需的背压,而同向旋转的螺杆使其在物料挤出的产量方面有了显著的提高。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于各种热塑性塑料挤出的螺杆挤出机,特别是一种用于各种热塑性塑料挤出的同向异径双螺杆挤出机。
背景技术
双螺杆挤出机是热塑性塑料成型加工的主要设备之一。常用的双螺杆挤出机设备有锥形异向双螺杆挤出机、平行异向双螺杆挤出机、平行同向双螺杆挤出机。现有技术中锥形异向双螺杆挤出机和平行异向双螺杆挤出机主要应用于PVC的成型挤出,其能产生较高的螺杆背压,有较强的物料输送能力和螺杆推进能力有较好的混练剪切效果,但其相对产量较低,且应用不同物料范围不广。平行同向双螺杆挤出机有较高的产量但因其螺杆结构所限不能产生较高的背压,不足以达到成型挤出制品所需的背压,因此只能应用于聚合物的改性。因此亟待发明一种能够兼容上述挤出机优良特性的新型同向异径双螺杆挤出机。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中用于各种热塑性塑料挤出的螺杆挤出机所存在的上述问题,提供一种用于各种热塑性塑料挤出的同向异径双螺杆挤出机。本实用新型设计用于各种热塑性塑料挤出的同向异径双螺杆挤出机,包括机体、电动机、联轴器、减速箱、挤出腔、喂料装置、排气装置,其特征在于:减速箱的输出连接一分配箱,分配箱输出两根同向旋转的轴,两根轴各自连接两根位于挤出腔内的异径螺杆。其特征在于:两根异径螺杆位于同一平面上,两根异径螺杆的轴线在出料端方向的延长线上有交叉。其特征在于:异径螺杆的进料端的直径大于出料段的直径。其特征在于:异径螺杆从出料端至进料端的螺线为各异的螺距,每段螺线的高度各异。其特征在于:两根异径螺杆的螺线旋转角相错,两根异径螺杆的螺线前后相对。本实用新型的优点是同向异径双螺杆挤出机兼具了以上三种挤出机的优点其螺杆采用大端和小端的形式,能提供较高的螺杆背压使其能够提供挤出制品所需的背压,而同向旋转的螺杆使其在物料挤出的产量方面有了显著的提高。

具体实施方式:
图中包括机体1、电动机2、联轴器3、减速箱4、挤出腔5、喂料装置6、排气装置7,其特征在于:减速箱4的输出连接一分配箱8,分配箱8输出两根同向旋转的轴9,两根轴9各自连接两根位于挤出腔5内的异径螺杆10。其特征在于:两根异径螺杆10的位于同一平面上,两根异径螺杆10的轴线在出料端方向的延长线上有交叉。其特征在于:异径螺杆10的进料端的直径大于出料段的直径。其特征在于:异径螺杆10从出料端至进料端的螺线11为各异的螺距12,每段螺线11的高度各异。其特征在于:两根异径螺杆10的螺线11旋转角相错,两根异径螺杆10的螺线11前后相对。
采用同向异径螺杆的双螺杆挤出机兼具了以上三种挤出机的优点,其螺杆采用大端和小端的形式,能提供较高的螺杆背压,使其能够提供挤出制品所需的背压,而同向旋转的螺杆使其在物料挤出的产量方面有了显著的提高。而各异的螺距和高度各异的螺线是可以根据不同的物料及不同的生产要求进行调整配合,使本实用新型具有更大的灵活性。螺距大则螺杆的压缩比大,调整螺距以适应不同物料的压缩比要求。

1.用于各种热塑性塑料挤出的同向异径双螺杆挤出机,包括机体、电动机、联轴器、减速箱、挤出腔、喂料装置、排气装置,其特征在于:减速箱的输出连接一分配箱,分配箱输出两根同向旋转的轴,两根轴各自连接两根位于挤出腔内的异径螺杆。

4.按权利要求1所述的用于各种热塑性塑料挤出的同向异径双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:异径螺杆从出料端至进料端的螺线为各异的螺距,每段螺线的高度各异。
