本实用新型提供挤压机的多螺杆结构,所述螺杆具有多根,同向旋转,该同向旋转的多根螺杆的动力装置由一台或与螺杆数量相同的电动机构成;机筒的截面形状类似于多根螺杆啮合后的外形,每个螺杆轴线在同一水平面上,所述多螺杆结构具有三根螺杆,中间螺杆的螺杆直径大于两侧螺杆的直径,两侧螺杆的直径长度相等。本实用新型涉及的这种挤压机的多螺杆结构,结构简单,方便制造与安装,针对于多根螺杆的设计,其机筒的设计也应具有相应的结构形状,随着物料的挤出,机筒内腔的逐渐缩小,使挤出压力增大,因此很容易在出料段建立起所需的压力,提高产品质量,提高挤出效率。

塑料挤出机的螺杆结构形式较多,分为单螺杆、双螺杆和多螺杆,而双螺杆的挤出机在市场占有较大的比重,为适应螺杆在挤出各段的特点,设计其在各段的不同结构形式,以提高产品质量和提高生产效率。

为实现以上所述,本实用新型提供挤压机的多螺杆结构,所述螺杆具有多根,同向旋转,该同向旋转的多根螺杆的动力装置由一台或与螺杆数量相同的电动机构成;所述机筒的截面形状类似于多根螺杆啮合后的外形;每个螺杆轴线在同一水平面上。
进一步地,所述多螺杆结构具有三根螺杆,中间螺杆的螺杆直径大于两侧螺杆的直径,两侧螺杆的直径长度相等。
进一步地,所述机筒的截面形状类似椭圆形。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,螺杆具有三根,第一螺杆1;第二螺杆2和第三螺杆3,同向旋转,三根螺杆的动力装置由一台电动机构成或者两台或三台电动机构成;若小于三台电动机,须设有齿轮传动装置,机筒4的截面形状类似于多根螺杆啮合后的外形,每个螺杆轴线在同一水平面上。
螺杆的螺棱为圆环形。
机筒4的截面形状类似为椭圆形。
该挤压机的多螺杆结构,能够有效的对物料剪切挤压,进而带来更好的熔融状态,对于一些要求较高的产品,该多螺杆结构能够带来产品质量的保证和效率的提高。

2.根据权利要求1所述的挤压机的多螺杆结构,其特征在于,所述机筒的截面形状为椭圆形。
3、根据权利要求1所述的挤压机的多螺杆结构,其特征在于,所述螺杆的数量为三根,中间螺杆的螺杆直径大于两侧螺杆的直径,两侧螺杆的直径长度相等。
