本实用新型提供挤压机的多螺杆结构,所述螺杆具有多根,同向旋转,每个螺杆轴线在同一水平面上;该同向旋转的多根螺杆的动力装置包括电动机及其传动机构;所述机筒的截面形状如花瓣形,机筒上各点的壁厚均匀或近似均匀,机筒上具有排气孔;多螺杆结构具有三根螺杆,中间螺杆为主动螺杆,两侧为被动螺杆该挤压机的多螺杆结构,结构简单,方便制造与安装,针对于多根螺杆的设计,其机筒的设计也应具有相应的结构形状,随着物料的挤出,机筒内腔的逐渐缩小,使挤出压力增大,因此很容易在出料段建立起所需的压力,提高产品质量,提高挤出效率。

为实现以上所述,本实用新型提供挤压机的多螺杆结构,所述螺杆具有多根,同向旋转,每个螺杆轴线在同一水平面上;该同向旋转的多根螺杆的动力装置包括电动机及其传动机构;所述机筒的截面形状如花瓣形,机筒上各点的壁厚均匀或近似均匀,机筒上具有排气孔。
进一步地,所述多螺杆结构具有三根螺杆,中间螺杆为主动螺杆,两侧为被动螺杆。
进一步地,所述机筒的截面形状类似椭圆形,机筒的壁厚均匀,以利于散热和机筒温度控制。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,螺杆具有三根,中间螺杆1;左侧螺杆2和右侧螺杆3,同向旋转,三根螺杆的动力源来自于一台电动机,对于本领域技术人员只需通过齿轮传动设计,即可实现;机筒4的截面形状如花瓣形,每个螺杆轴线在同一水平面上。
该三根螺杆,中间螺杆1为主动螺杆,左侧螺杆2和右侧螺杆3为被动螺杆。
机筒4的截面形状类似椭圆形,机筒4的壁厚均匀,以利于散热和机筒4温度控制。
排气孔5的数量为四个,分别布置在机筒4的同一截面上,
排气孔5设在机筒4的上端和下端各两个,且距每根螺杆最近处设置,中间螺杆1的排气孔数量为两个,该种布置方式有利于排气,释放机筒4内压力,使压力更容易得到控制,以免发生机筒爆裂。
该挤压机的多螺杆结构,能够有效的对物料剪切挤压,进而带来更好的熔融状态,对于一些要求较高的产品,该多螺杆结构能够带来产品质量的保证和效率的提高。

1.一种挤压机的多螺杆结构,包括螺杆和机筒,其特征在于,所述螺杆具有多根,同向旋转,每个螺杆轴线在同一水平面上;该同向旋转的多根螺杆的动力装置包括电动机及其传动机构;所述机筒的截面形状如花瓣形,机筒上各点的壁厚均匀或近似均匀,机筒上具有排气孔,所述排气孔的数量为四个,分别布置在机筒的同一截面上,所述排气孔设在机筒的上端和下端各两个,且距每根螺杆最近处设置,中间螺杆的排气孔数量为两个,该种布置方式有利于排气,释放机筒内压力,使压力更容易得到控制,以免发生机筒爆裂。
