本实用新型提供一种塑化机螺杆结构,包括螺杆和机筒,螺杆结构为分段结构,所述螺杆从螺杆头开始依次包括均化段螺杆、熔融段螺杆、输送段螺杆、过渡段螺杆和进料段螺杆,所述进料段螺杆的直径小于其它各段螺杆的直径,该段螺杆与机筒之间的空间较其它各段螺杆与机筒间的空间大,所述进料段螺杆连接减速器输出轴;熔融段螺杆的螺纹为右旋螺纹,螺纹角为0-45°;均化段螺杆的螺纹旋向与熔融段螺杆的螺纹旋向相反。该螺杆结构简单,螺杆均为分段结构,便于安装,由于螺杆的特殊结构形式,带来产品质量的提高和生产效率的提高。

塑化机的种类比较多,有的是螺杆挤出式的。对于螺杆挤出式的塑化机,其螺杆和机筒的结构形式较多,有单螺杆、双螺杆和多螺杆,而双螺杆的塑化机在市场占有较大的比重,为适应螺杆在挤出各段的特点,设计其在各段的不同结构形式,以提高产品质量和提高生产效率。

为实现以上所述,本实用新型提供一种塑化机螺杆结构,该螺杆结构简单,螺杆均为分段结构,便于安装,由于螺杆的特殊结构形式,带来产品质量的提高和生产效率的提高。
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种塑化机螺杆结构,所述螺杆结构为分段结构,所述螺杆从螺杆头开始依次包括均化段螺杆、熔融段螺杆、输送段螺杆、过渡段螺杆和进料段螺杆,所述进料段螺杆的直径小于其它各段螺杆的直径,该段螺杆与机筒之间的空间较其它各段螺杆与机筒间的空间大,所述进料段螺杆连接减速器输出轴。
进一步地,所述熔融段螺杆的螺纹为右旋螺纹,螺纹角为0-45°。
进一步地,所述均化段螺杆的螺纹旋向与熔融段螺杆的螺纹旋向相反。
进一步地,所述输送段螺杆的长度大于熔融段和塑化段螺杆的长度。
本实用新型涉及的这种塑化机螺杆结构,结构简单,方便制造与安装,能够有效的完成螺杆在各个分段的不同任务,提高产品质量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,螺杆结构为分段结构,螺杆从螺杆头1开始依次包括均化段螺杆2、熔融段螺杆3、输送段螺杆4、过渡段螺杆5和进料段螺杆6,进料段螺杆6的直径小于其它各段螺杆的直径,该段螺杆与机筒之间的空间较其它各段螺杆与机筒间的空间大,进料段螺杆6连接减速器输出轴7。
熔融段螺杆3的螺纹为右旋螺纹,螺纹角为0-45°。
均化段螺杆2的螺纹旋向与熔融段螺杆3的螺纹旋向相反。
输送段螺杆4的长度大于熔融段和塑化段螺杆的长度。
过渡段螺杆5为输送段螺杆4与进料段螺杆6之间的过渡段螺杆,该段螺杆为锥形面,为螺杆直径由大变小的过渡坡面。

1.一种塑化机螺杆结构,所述螺杆结构为分段结构,其特征在于,所述螺杆从螺杆头开始依次包括均化段螺杆、熔融段螺杆、输送段螺杆、过渡段螺杆和进料段螺杆,所述进料段螺杆的直径小于其它各段螺杆的直径,该段螺杆与机筒之间的空间较其它各段螺杆与机筒间的空间大,所述进料段螺杆连接减速器输出轴,所述均化段螺杆的螺纹旋向与熔融段螺杆的螺纹旋向相反。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑化机螺杆结构,其特征在于,所述熔融段螺杆的螺纹为右旋螺纹,螺纹角为0-45°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑化机螺杆结构,其特征在于,所述输送段螺杆的长度大于熔融段和塑化段螺杆的长度。
