一种塑料挤出螺杆,涉及塑料加工机械,其特征在于:螺杆采用三段式结构,依次为加料段、熔融段、挤出段,加料段采用单头螺纹结构,熔融段采用双头螺纹的分离型结构,挤出段采用混炼型结构。本实用新型装在挤出机上,配合开槽加料衬套,产量比普通螺杆高出30%-40%。螺杆长径比较大,为34,分为加料段、熔融段和挤出段三段;加料段采单头螺纹的结构,有利于物料的高速稳定输送;熔融段采用双头螺纹的分离型结构,有利于物料的熔融塑化;挤出段采用混炼型的结构,有利于物料的混炼和高产挤出,产量可达350-400kg/h,可与国外一流公司相比。

[0002] 在PE塑料管材挤出领域,目前国内常用的挤出机中,产量都比较低,无法满足大口径管材的生产需要。以65单螺杆挤出机为例,一般厂家生产的65单螺杆挤出机的产量通常在120-160kg/h,好一点的厂家生产的65单螺杆挤出机的产量通常在200-250kg/h,这个产量远低于国外的先进水平。
