本实用新型公开了一种导料型挤橡机螺套,包括前螺套与后螺套,两者互相活动连接;所述的后螺套上设有喂料口与加料段,在喂料口和加料段之间的内孔中设有锥形内螺纹大导程螺旋槽。本实用新型锥形内螺纹大导程螺旋槽加大了胶料在喂料口、加料段随螺杆旋转所受到的径向摩擦力,从而使胶料尽快的在加料段由旋转变为直线推进,使喂料口“吃料”更加充足稳定,胶料塑化更充分,尤其当螺杆转速提高时不会发生橡胶料在喂料口的“打滑”现象,避免了改进前胶料在喂料口“吃料”不充足的状况,使螺杆的挤出质量和出胶量大幅提高,生产能力显著上升;并具有结构合理、导胶速度快、适用橡胶原料范围大、挤出效率高的特点。

本实用新型属于用于电线、电缆行业橡胶挤出领域,具体涉及一种导料型挤橡机螺套。
背景技术
加料段螺套的作用是与螺杆相配合使加入的橡胶料随螺杆旋转运动逐渐变为直线运动,向机头方向推移,并与螺杆相配合,压缩生热、软化搅拌,混合胶料。
   目前,现有的螺套大部分为整体式,并且其内孔是光滑的。这种整体式螺套加工难度大,形位公差难以保证,并且费工、费时。在生产使用中常常因为螺套加料段的局部磨损而整体报废,而且在挤出胶料时由于螺套加料段内孔是光滑的很容易造成胶料在喂料口加料段打滑而影响正常喂料。尤其是在螺杆转速提高时更容易产生“吃料”不充足现象,从而导致挤出的电线、电缆产品外观有缺陷,劳动生产率低下,废品率增加,产品成本大幅上升。
    所以,现有的挤橡机螺套喂料段存在结构设计不尽合理,挤出胶料速度慢、适用橡胶原料范围小等不足。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理、导胶速度快、适用橡胶原料范围大、挤出效率高的导料型挤橡机螺套。
本实用新型所述一种导料型挤橡机螺套,包括前螺套与后螺套,两者互相活动连接;所述的后螺套上设有喂料口与加料段,在喂料口和加料段之间的内孔中设有锥形内螺纹大导程螺旋槽。
所述的锥形内螺纹大导程螺旋槽的宽度为17mm-50mm,与螺杆外螺纹旋向相反。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型分为前、后螺套,在后螺套上设有喂料口与加料段,在喂料口和加料段之间内孔增加了一种与螺杆外螺纹旋向相反的、有一定宽度的锥形内螺纹大导程螺旋槽,增加后的螺旋槽加大了胶料在喂料口、加料段随螺杆旋转所受到的径向摩擦力,从而使胶料尽快的在加料段由旋转变为直线推进,使喂料口“吃料”更加充足稳定,胶料塑化更充分,尤其当螺杆转速提高时不会发生橡胶料在喂料口的“打滑”现象,避免了改进前胶料在喂料口“吃料”不充足的状况,使螺杆的挤出质量和出胶量大幅提高,生产能力显著上升。
