Abstract

本实用新型涉及塑料挤出设备技术领域,具体涉及单螺杆塑料挤出机固体计量装置。
背景技术:
单螺杆挤出机作为一种常见的挤出机设备,用于塑料加工行业,它一般在有效长度上分为三段,靠进料口的螺纹开始叫输送段,物料在此处要求不能塑化,但要预热、受压挤实,过去老挤出理论认为此处物料是松散体,后来通过证明此处物料实际是固体塞,就是说这里物料受挤压后是一固体象塞子一样,因此只要完成输送任务就是它的功能了。第三段是计量段,此处物料保持塑化温度,可以象计量泵那样定量输送熔体物料,以供给机头。
目前的塑料挤出机的计量方式大都采用熔体挤出计量,但目前的塑料挤出机螺杆易磨损,运行不稳定,导致挤出不稳定,大大降低了计量的准确性,严重影响了产品的品质。有些生产商为了保证产品的品质,选用双螺杆挤出机,但双螺杆挤出机结构复杂,造价昂贵,大大提高了生产商的生产成本。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供塑料挤出机固体计量装置,它将现有的熔体计量方式改为固体计量方式,原来的计量段改为其他用途,不仅能够提高计量的精确度,而且能够减少树脂熔体剪切,减少热降解,提高产品品质,可以部分代替双螺杆挤出机,降低成本。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本实用新型是采用以下技术方案:它包含料筒1、螺杆2和进料系统3,螺杆2同轴设置在料筒1的内部,料筒1输送段内壁均匀设置有相对于螺杆2螺纹旋向相反的螺纹槽4。
本实用新型的原理为:由于螺纹槽4与螺杆螺纹的螺旋方向相反,在送料过程中使得挤出的物料量均匀准确。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
1、固体计量相对于普通单螺杆挤出机挤出的熔体计量;
2、计量精确,挤出稳定;
3、可以部分代替目前昂贵的双螺杆挤出机;
4、由于计量精确,可减少树脂熔体剪切,提高产品的品质;
5、因为减少了熔体剪切,所以减少了塑料自产热,降低能耗,减少树脂热降解;
6、具有固体计量功能,传统挤出机自带的计量段可作为其他功能使用。

参照图1,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含料筒1、螺杆2和进料系统3,螺杆2同轴设置在料筒1的内部,料筒1输送段内壁均匀设置有相对于螺杆2螺纹旋向相反的螺纹槽4。
本具体实施方式的原理为:由于螺纹槽4与螺纹的螺旋方向相反,在送料过程中使得挤出的物料量均匀准确。
本具体实施方式将现有的熔体计量方式改为固体计量方式,原来 的计量段改为其他用途,不仅能够提高计量的精确度,而且能够减少树脂熔体剪切,减少热降解,提高产品品质,可以部分代替双螺杆挤出机,降低成本。
本实用新型提供了一种塑料挤出机固体计量装置的思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。
