挤橡机是电线电缆生产线上的核心设备,用于在铜导体外部挤出橡胶外皮。螺纹部分是挤橡机的重要部件,其作用是使胶料随螺纹部分旋转运动渐变为直线运动,向机头方向推移,并与机身配合,压缩生热、软化搅拌、混合胶料。螺纹部分的螺纹段自进料至出料可以分为喂料段、塑化段及均化段三部分,以往使用的挤橡机螺纹部分由于结构设计不尽合理,存在挤出速度慢、适用橡胶原料范围小等不足。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理、挤出速度快、适用橡胶原料范围大的新型挤橡机螺杆。

一种新型挤橡机螺杆,由螺纹部分及传动部分构成,螺纹部分自进料至出料分为喂料段、塑化段及均化段,其特征在于:所述的喂料段包括均匀输送喂料段及位于靠近传动部分一侧所增加的输送喂料前段,该输送喂料前段由四头螺纹形成四个螺纹槽。 
而且,所述的螺纹部分直径为90-150mm,所述喂料段的有效长度为225-320mm,所述输送喂料前段的螺距为40-56mm,所述输送喂料前段的导程为160-224mm,所述输送喂料前段的螺纹槽深度为15-24mm。

一种新型挤橡机螺杆,由螺纹部分5及传动部分6构成,螺纹部分自进料至出料分为喂料段、塑化段2及均化段3,塑化段及均化段均为双头螺纹。其创新之处在于:所述的喂料段包括均匀输送喂料段1及位于靠近传动端一侧所增加的输送喂料前段4,匀速喂料段为双头螺纹,除有效长度较小外,其他特性参数不变。增加的输送喂料前段由四头螺纹形成四个螺纹槽。 
上述输送喂料前段的螺纹参数与螺纹部分直径进行匹配。螺纹部分直径为90-150mm,所述喂料段的有效长度为225-320mm,所述输送喂料前段的螺距为40-56mm,所述输送喂料前段的导程为160-224mm,所述输送喂料前段的螺纹槽深度为15-24mm。 
具体的优选匹配特性参数如下:

本实用新型通过将喂料段在原有双头螺纹的基础上增加四个螺纹槽,加大了其胶料供给,提高挤出效率。塑化段、均化段的特性参数可以不变,也可以通过对塑化段、均化段有效长度和深度合理调整,进一步使其挤出产量提高,并对适应各种橡胶材料范围加大。
