进一步地,所述多螺杆结构具有五根螺杆,中间螺杆为主动螺杆,两侧的四个螺杆对称分布为被动螺杆。

机筒1的截面形状为长圆形。 
排气孔2的数量为8个,分别布置在机筒的同一截面上,为是排气效率高,机筒1上的排气孔2,上端四个,下端四个,两侧边缘的两个螺杆分别对应有一个排气孔,其他三个螺杆各对应有上下两个排气孔。 
该挤压机的多螺杆结构,能够有效的对物料剪切挤压,进而带来更好的熔融状态,对于一些要求较高的产品,该多螺杆结构能够带来产品质量的保证和效率的提高。
