本实用新型提供了一种双螺杆挤出机用螺纹杆，包括芯轴，螺纹杆主体上具有熔化区，芯轴于熔化区设置有齿形螺纹套。所述芯轴的一端设有花键，另一端设有锁紧顶针，在所述花键与螺丝之间的芯轴设有剪切螺纹套、输送螺纹套、反向螺纹套。所述螺纹杆为双螺杆挤出机用螺纹杆。螺纹杆安装于双螺杆挤出机上，通过动力装置驱动芯轴转动。通过上述结构设计，于螺纹杆的熔化区上设置有齿形螺纹套，该螺纹杆通过使用齿形螺纹元件使玻纤均匀分散在尼龙树脂中，保证了产品外观和性能。本实用新型还提供了一种安装有上述双螺杆挤出机用螺纹杆的双螺杆挤出机，通过在螺纹杆上设置有齿形螺纹套，能够提高玻纤在尼龙树脂中的均匀度，提高产品品质。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种双螺杆挤出机用螺纹杆以及一种双螺杆挤出机。 
背景技术
玻璃纤维增强尼龙的加工设备大多数采用同向双螺杆挤出机，而目前双螺杆挤出机的螺杆常规采用模块结构设计，螺杆组合是双螺杆挤出加工工艺的关键。通过组合不同螺纹元件可以满足玻纤增强尼龙的输送、熔融、混炼、脱挥、均化等要求。 
在日常加工生产中玻纤含量低于40％的玻纤增强尼龙的螺杆组合没有特殊要求，但是在生产玻纤含量高于40％的玻纤增强尼龙时，只能合理的螺杆组合才能保证正常生产。但是，目前没有相关的螺杆组合来满足高玻纤增强尼龙的生产。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种双螺杆挤出机用螺纹杆以及一种双螺杆挤出机，用以解决上述问题。 
在本实用新型中，双螺杆挤出机用螺纹杆包括芯轴，螺纹杆主体上具有熔化区，芯轴于熔化区设置有齿形螺纹套；芯轴的一端设有花键，另一端设有锁紧顶针，在所述花键与螺丝之间的芯轴设有剪切螺纹套、输送螺纹套、反向螺纹套，所述螺纹杆为双螺杆挤出机用螺纹杆。螺纹杆安装于双螺杆挤出机上，通过动力装置驱动芯轴转动。通过上述结构设计，于螺纹杆的熔化区上设置有齿形螺纹套，该螺纹杆通过使用齿形螺纹元件使玻纤均匀分散在尼龙树脂中，保证了产品外观和性能。 
本实用新型还提供了一种安装有上述双螺杆挤出机用螺纹杆的双螺杆挤出机，通过在螺纹杆上设置有齿形螺纹套，能够提高玻纤在尼龙树脂中的均匀度，提高产品品质。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型提供了一种双螺杆挤出机用螺纹杆，包括芯轴1，螺纹杆主体上具有熔化区a，芯轴1于熔化区a设置有齿形螺纹套2。螺纹杆安装于双螺杆挤出机上，通过动力装置驱动芯轴1转动。通过上述结构设计，于螺纹杆的熔化区a上设置有齿形 螺纹套2，该螺纹杆通过使用齿形螺纹元件使玻纤均匀分散在尼龙树脂中，保证了产品外观和性能。 
具体地，芯轴1的一端设置有花键3，芯轴1的另一端设置有锁紧顶针4。 
本实用新型还提供了一种双螺杆挤出机，包括螺纹杆，螺纹杆为如上述的双螺杆挤出机用螺纹杆。 
本实用新型提供的双螺杆挤出机的具体结构以及工作过程为： 
双螺杆挤出机用的螺杆主体部件为芯轴1，芯轴1的一端设有花键3，另一端设有锁紧顶针，在花键3与螺丝之间的芯轴1设有剪切螺纹套、输送螺纹套、反向螺纹套、齿形螺纹套2，器排列次序为输送螺纹套组合——(剪切、捏合)螺纹套组合——反向螺纹套——侧喂料口——(剪切、捏合)螺纹套组合——齿形螺纹套2——(剪切、捏合)螺纹套组合——反向螺纹套——输送螺纹套组合，(剪切、捏合)螺纹套组合使用的类型45°捏合块、60°捏合块、90°捏合块，剪切块、捏合块组合之间用输送螺纹元件相连。尼龙树脂通过喂料器加入到双螺杆挤出机后，依次通过压缩、预热、熔化、侧向喂料(加入玻纤)、混合、排气、挤出。

1.一种双螺杆挤出机用螺纹杆，包括芯轴(1)，所述螺纹杆主体上具有熔化区，其特征在于， 
所述芯轴于所述熔化区(a)设置有齿形螺纹套(2)； 
所述芯轴的一端设有花键，另一端设有锁紧顶针，在所述花键与螺丝之间的芯轴设有剪切螺纹套、输送螺纹套、反向螺纹套。 
2.一种双螺杆挤出机，包括螺纹杆，其特征在于，所述螺纹杆为如权利要求1所述的双螺杆挤出机用螺纹杆。
