本实用新型公开了一种高效锥形双螺杆,属于机械加工领域,包括柄部、进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段、挤出段和螺棱,柄部为花键结构,螺棱在进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段之间断开;熔融段中间的螺棱断开,后部螺棱开有槽,起到混炼作用;螺棱以轴向剖面的边线与该边线的顶端垂直线之间的夹角α为6°,螺棱以轴向剖面的边线与螺杆本体边线之间采用圆弧连接,弧度半径R为2mm。本实用新型螺棱在进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段之间断开,使进料更顺畅,不会焦料。在熔融段的螺棱上开有槽,使混料更充分,而且剪切力更大,物料塑化能力更强。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种螺杆,尤其是一种高效锥形双螺杆,属于机械加工领域。 
背景技术
螺杆是挤出机设备的核心零部件之一,双螺杆技术是过去50年来最重要的挤出技术进展。单螺杆的机器和双螺杆的机器:一个是一根螺杆,一个是两根螺杆,都是用的一个电机带动的,功率因螺杆不同而不同,50锥双的功率约为20kW,65锥双的约为37 kW。产量与料及螺杆有关,50锥双的产量约为100-150kg/h,65锥双约为200-280 kg/h。单螺杆的产量就只有一半。挤出机按其螺杆数量可以分为单螺杆、双螺杆和多螺杆挤出机。目前以单螺杆挤出机应用最为广泛,适宜于一般材料的挤出加工。双螺杆挤出机由于具有由摩擦产生的热量较少,物料所受到的剪切比较均匀、螺杆的输送能力较大、挤出量比较稳定、物料在机筒内停留长,混合均匀 。双螺杆在低的剪切速率下就可以得到高的产量,因此降低了价格昂贵的稳定剂的用量,双螺杆挤出机也用于配混和造粒树脂,在进行填料、纤维的配混中发挥重要的作用。目前一些锥形双螺杆进料时容易出现堵料,使进料不顺畅而容易出现焦料现象,并且效率低,耗能高的缺点。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高效锥形双螺杆。 
本实用新型要解决的问题是现有双螺杆出现堵料、焦料,效率低的缺陷。 
为实现本实用新型的目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 
本实用新型一种高效锥形双螺杆,包括柄部、进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段、挤出段和螺棱,柄部为花键结构,螺棱在进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段之间断开;熔融段中间的螺棱断开,后部螺棱开有槽,起到混炼作用;螺棱以轴向剖面的边线与该边线的顶端垂直线之间的夹角α为6°,螺棱以轴向剖面的边线与螺杆本体边线之间采用圆弧连接,弧度半径R为2mm。进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段、挤出段的螺棱宽度之比为2 :1.5 :3 :2.5 :2。进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段、挤出段的长度比为45 :33 :30 :40 :18。
螺杆采用氮化钢38CrMoAlA氮化处理。 
本实用新型的优点是:螺棱在进料段、熔融段、均化段、塑化段之间断开,使进料更顺畅,不会焦料。在熔融段的螺棱上开有槽,使混料更充分,而且剪切力更大,物料塑化能力更强,并且螺杆挤出物料温度温定,压力波动小,产品质量高,能耗小。

如图所示,本实用新型一种高效锥形双螺杆,包括柄部1、进料段2、熔融段3、均化段4、塑化段5、挤出段6和螺棱7,柄部1为花键结构,螺棱7在进料段2、熔融段3、均化段4、塑化段5之间断开;熔融段3中间的螺棱7断开,后部螺棱7开有槽,起到混炼作用;螺棱7以轴向剖面的边线与该边线的顶端垂直线之间的夹角α为6°,增加螺棱7的强度;螺棱7以轴向剖面的边线与螺杆本体边线之间采用圆弧连接,弧度半径R为2mm,可以有效地防止物料堆积在底部死角而出现焦料的现象。进料段2、熔融段3、均化段4、塑化段5、挤出段6的螺棱7宽度之比为2 :1.5 :3 :2.5 :2。进料段2、熔融段3、均化段4、塑化段5、挤出段6的长度比为45 :33 :30 :40 :18。

本实用新型使用方法,本实用新型的两根螺杆插入料筒里,两根螺杆相互啮合,螺棱7在进料段2、熔融段3、均化段4、塑化段5之间断开,使进料更顺畅,不会焦料。在熔融段3的螺棱7上开有槽,使混料更充分,而且剪切力更大,物料塑化能力更强,并且螺杆挤出物料温度稳定,压力波动小,产品质量高,能耗小。

1.一种高效锥形双螺杆,包括柄部(1)、进料段(2)、熔融段(3)、均化段(4)、塑化段(5)、挤出段(6)和螺棱(7),其特征是:柄部(1)为花键结构,螺棱(7)在进料段(2)、熔融段(3)、均化段(4)、塑化段(5)之间断开;螺棱(7)以轴向剖面的边线与该边线的顶端垂直线之间的夹角α为6°,螺棱(7)以轴向剖面的边线与螺杆本体边线之间采用圆弧连接,弧度半径R为2mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效锥形双螺杆,其特征是:所述熔融段(3)中间的螺棱(7)断开,后部螺棱(7)开有槽。
