本实用新型公开了一种分离型螺杆挤出机,所述挤出机由均化段、压缩段和加料段构成,包括挤出机螺杆,所述螺杆设置有主螺纹;所述压缩段螺杆上在主螺纹之间设置有一条辅助螺纹,辅助螺纹的外径比主螺纹的外径小。它通过在压缩段增设一条辅助螺纹,使熔体和未塑化的固体物料分离,使熔体与熔体间的混合提前,加长了熔体间的混合过程,使熔体的混合程度、均匀度都提升,从而有效改善了PVC物料的塑化质量。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种分离型螺杆挤出机。 
背景技术
PVC热收缩膜最初是采用经过塑化的PVC粒料进行加工生产的,其目的是保证PVC物料具有较高塑化度,进入吹膜机头的PVC熔体塑化均匀,挤出稳定。 
后来,随着设备改进及配方等加工技术的提升,PVC粉料直接吹膜成功并成为主流技术。粉料直接成型省去了造粒工序,降低了PVC热收缩膜生产成本。 
PVC粉料吹热收缩膜所用挤出机,目前主要采用带混炼头的屏障型螺杆,如图1,所述挤出机由均化段1、压缩段2和加料段3构成,包括挤出机螺杆,所述螺杆设置有主螺纹5;所述均化段螺杆设置有花型混合部件4。 
螺杆的长径比一般为26.5:1或29:1,是在普通螺杆结构上,在均化段增加了一个混炼头和屏障段。PVC粉料进入料筒(加料段)后,随着螺杆运转,粉料在螺槽中接受料筒的热作用,软化形成一个被熔膜包覆的固体床。当固体床被输送到熔化段(压缩段)时,依靠螺杆螺槽的深度变化打破固体床,提供物料间的剪切动力,在外部热量帮助下,使固体床逐步塑化、混合、压缩,最终变成熔融的塑料熔体。 
螺杆的整个塑化能力与效果决定于熔化段(压缩段)螺杆结构。螺杆计量段又称均化段,通过屏障段和混炼头结构,使熔体进一步混合,增补熔化,最终均衡输出。 
带混炼头的屏障型螺杆加工PVC热收缩膜粉料时,物料塑化质量一般,塑化能力偏低,挤出量较小,常用Φ65单螺杆挤出机产量为35~40kg/h,而且由于塑化质量一般,挤出稳定性偏差,吹膜过程中易造成厚薄不均、暴筋等相关质量问题。在较高挤出速度下,这种问题会更突出。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题就在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种分离型螺杆挤出机,它通过在压缩段增设一条辅助螺纹,使熔体和未塑化的固体物料分离,使熔体与熔体间的混合提前,加长了熔体间的混合过程,使熔体的混合程度、均匀度都提升,从而有效改善了PVC物料的塑化质量。 
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
本实用新型提供了一种分离型螺杆挤出机,所述挤出机由均化段、压缩段和加料段构成,包括挤出机螺杆,所述螺杆设置有主螺纹;所述压缩段螺杆上在主螺纹之间设置有一条辅助螺纹,辅助螺纹的外径比主螺纹的外径小。
所述均化段螺杆设置有花型混合部件。 
本实用新型采用分离型螺杆挤出机,用于PVC粉料热收缩膜吹膜成型。分离型螺杆的加料段和均化段与带混炼头的屏障型螺杆相同,主要区别是在压缩段增设了一条辅助螺纹,使熔体和未塑化的固体物料分离。辅助螺纹的外径较主螺纹小,熔融的物料越过辅助螺纹进入熔体池中,而固体物料在固体螺纹槽中。 
本实用新型的工作原理是:分离型螺杆压缩段熔料时固体床的熔膜减小,同时受螺纹槽的压缩,打破了原有的固体床结构,物料受螺杆的剪切作用增强,使固体物料重新获得挤压,相互翻转、摩擦,促进固体物料的吸热,加快塑化速度。部份未完全熔融的小颗粒越过辅助螺纹与料筒间的间隙时,受到高剪切而熔融,熔融速率改善。此外,辅助螺纹的增加,加大了物料与螺杆间的传导面积,从而提高了熔融速率。因此,分离型螺杆可以提高物料的塑化效率。 
使用本实用新型,熔融过程中固态和熔态相分离,有效避免了固体床破碎而引起的波动,减小挤出波动。分离型螺杆使熔体与熔体间的混合提前,普通螺杆是在均化段,分离型螺杆是在压缩段熔体槽中开始,加长了熔体间的混合过程,使熔体的混合程度、均匀度都提升,从而有效改善了PVC物料的塑化质量。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,本实用新型提供了一种分离型螺杆挤出机,所述挤出机由均化段1、压缩段2和加料段3构成,包括挤出机螺杆,所述螺杆设置有主螺纹5;所述压缩段螺杆上在主螺纹之间设置有一条辅助螺纹6,辅助螺纹的外径比主螺纹的外径小。 
所述均化段螺杆设置有花型混合部件4。

图3所示是本实用新型的工作原理,图中,3-1为熔池,3-2为机筒内表面,3-3为熔膜,3-4为分界面,3-5为固体床,3-6为螺棱;分离型螺杆压缩段熔料时固体床的熔膜减小,同时受螺纹槽的压缩,打破了原有的固体床结构,物料受螺杆的剪切作用增强,使固体物料重新获得挤压,相互翻转、摩擦,促进固体物料的吸热,加快塑化速度。部份未完全熔融的小颗粒越过辅助螺纹与料筒间的间隙时,受到高剪切而熔融,熔融速率改善。此外,辅助螺纹的增加,加大了物料与螺杆间的传导面积,从而提高了熔融速率。因此,分离型螺杆可以提高物料的塑化效率。

采用吹膜方式用PVC粉料生产热收缩膜,除螺杆外其它设备、原料、工艺等各种条件完全相同。 
PVC热收缩膜:折径 800mm,厚度0.050mm,收缩率:横向50%,纵向3%。 
加工温度:挤出机:120~130℃,150~160℃,165~175℃,180~185℃; 
连接段:170~180℃;
机头:180~190℃,185~195℃;
二次加热水浴温度:82℃;
主机转速:44rpm;
螺杆:直径65mm,长径比29:1。

1.一种分离型螺杆挤出机,所述挤出机由均化段、压缩段和加料段构成,包括挤出机螺杆,所述螺杆设置有主螺纹;其特征在于:所述压缩段螺杆上在主螺纹之间设置有一条辅助螺纹,辅助螺纹的外径比主螺纹的外径小。
2.如权利要求1所述的分离型螺杆挤出机,其特征在于:所述均化段螺杆设置有花型混合部件。
