Abstract
一种吹塑成型包装膜用双螺杆挤出机,包括筒体一端的出料口、筒体内的双螺杆,出料口连接吹膜机头,出料口为两个相切的圆形腔体,筒体由出料口端向另一端逐渐变大,所述出料口与吹膜机头间增设置有过渡装置,所述过渡装置包括与吹膜机头配接的基体、与出料口配接的连接件、基体内设置有圆形竖直单流道与吹膜机头连通,连接件内设置过渡流道与出料口连通,过渡流道包括一圆形单流道以及与圆形单流道连通的两个锥形双流道,锥形双流道分别与出料口相切的两个圆形腔体连接,锥形双流道直径向圆形单流道逐渐缩小,另设有过渡连接件,过渡连接件内设置弯曲圆形单流道连接基体的圆形竖直单流道、连接件内的过渡流道。防止压力回流,适合加工PVC粉料。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及吹塑薄膜成型螺杆挤出机,尤其涉及锥形双螺杆挤出机。
背景技术
PVC(聚氯乙烯)热收缩膜最初是采用经过混炼、塑化的PVC粒料进行加工生产的,其目的是保证PVC物料具有较高塑化度,进入吹膜机头的PVC熔体塑化均匀,挤出稳定。后来,随着挤出装备技术提升以及配方等加工技术的改进完善,PVC粉料直接吹膜成功并成为主流。
PVC热收缩膜粉料直接成型省去了造粒工序,降低了PVC热收缩膜生产成本。
PVC热收缩膜粉料吹膜所用挤出机,目前主要采用带混炼头的屏障型螺杆,如图1所示,其长径比一般为26.5:1或29:1,是在普通三段式单螺杆结构上,在均化段增加了一个混炼头和屏障段。通过屏障段和混炼头结构,使熔融物料进一步塑化、混合,并最终将熔体均衡输出,进入吹膜机头,保证成型薄膜质量。
采用上述屏障型单螺杆挤出机加工生产PVC热收缩膜,虽基本上可以满足薄膜生产及产品质量要求,但也存在如下问题:
(1)挤出机塑化质量一般,挤出量偏小,且挤出量波动较大,吹膜过程中易造成厚薄不均、暴筋等相关质量问题。高速挤出生产时,还易因摩擦过热造成分解,影响薄膜外观及内在质量。
(2)由于单螺杆挤出机没有排气装置,挤出过程中产生的挥发物、分解物无法排除,易造成膜面产生气泡问题,严重时,还会导致吹塑成型故障。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种防止压力回流,适合加工PVC粉料,防止气泡产生,挤出量稳定,使用寿命长的吹塑成型PVC热收缩膜用双螺杆挤出机。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种吹塑成型包装膜用双螺杆挤出机,包括筒体、筒体一端的出料口、筒体内的双螺杆,出料口连接吹膜机头,出料口为两个相切的圆形腔体,其特征在于筒体由出料口端向另一端逐渐变大,双螺杆为锥形,并列且轴心线不平行,所述出料口与吹膜机头间增设置有过渡装置,所述过渡装置包括与吹膜机头配接的基体、与出料口配接的连接件、基体内设置有圆形竖直单流道与吹膜机头连通,连接件内设置过渡流道与出料口连通,过渡流道包括一圆形单流道以及与圆形单流道连通的两个锥形双流道,锥形双流道分别与出料口相切的两个圆形腔体连接,锥形双流道直径向圆形单流道逐渐缩小,另设有过渡连接件,过渡连接件内设置弯曲圆形单流道连接基体的圆形竖直单流道、连接件内的过渡流道。
作为优选,所述过渡流道与弯曲圆形单流道连接处设置有多孔板或过滤网。
作为优选,锥形双流道以28°切角平滑过渡缩小。
作为优选,所述螺杆直径由大到小依次分为加料段、预塑化段、塑化段、排气段、挤出段,加料段占螺杆总长度的20~30%,压缩比为2.5~3.0;预塑化段占螺杆总长度20~30%,压缩比为1.5~1.8;塑化段占螺杆总长度5~8%,压缩比2.0~2.3;排气段为2.5~3.0倍螺纹导程,压缩比为0.6;挤出段占螺杆总长度的30~35%,压缩比为1.6~1.9。
作为优选,螺杆螺棱端面与筒体内径圆周的径向间隙,由出料口端向另一端逐渐增大,间隙由0.25mm渐变为0.40mm。
作为优选,螺杆长度和直径比为23~28:1。

作为优选,塑化段前的预塑化段末端几条螺棱上,开设有与螺棱垂直的沟槽。物料在相邻螺槽间的压力差作用下,可以通过这些沟槽产生回流,加强混合效果。
作为优选,排气段螺棱顶部开设若干与螺棱相垂直的浅沟槽。排气段,由于排气段螺槽突然变深,螺槽中的物料迅速膨胀,压力骤然降至零或负压,物料中受压缩的气体释放出来,夹裹在物料中的气泡,在螺杆搅拌作用下破裂,气体逸出,逸出的气体由真空泵抽出。
作为优选,筒体对应排气段设置有真空排气装置,真空排气装置由真空泵、压力表、真空阀门、捕集器及连接导管组成。
本发明有益效果:本发明采用锥形双螺杆挤出机替代带混炼头的屏障型单螺杆挤出机,用于PVC粉料吹塑成型热收缩膜,使上述问题得以很好解决,取得理想效果。首先,锥形双螺杆挤出机是靠正位移原理输送物料的,不会有压力回流,特别适合加工PVC粉料。其次,锥形双螺杆挤出机配有真空排气装置,可以将物料熔融塑化过程中产生的挥发物、分解物,在螺杆均化段前的排气段有效排除,保证进入吹膜机头熔体的质量。最后,锥形双螺杆挤出机产量高,挤出量大。两根螺杆相互啮合,物料在挤出过程中进行着较在单螺杆挤出机中更为复杂的运动,经受着纵横向的剪切混合,熔融料混合和塑化效果更优异。双螺杆挤出机为计量喂料,双螺杆旋转正位移输送熔融料前移,与机头模具压力无关,这就保证了挤出量的稳定。

1.一种吹塑成型包装膜用双螺杆挤出机,包括筒体、筒体一端的出料口、筒体内的双螺杆,出料口连接吹膜机头,出料口为两个相切的圆形腔体,其特征在于筒体由出料口端向另一端逐渐变大,双螺杆为锥形,并列且轴心线不平行,所述出料口与吹膜机头间增设置有过渡装置,所述过渡装置包括与吹膜机头配接的基体、与出料口配接的连接件、基体内设置有圆形竖直单流道与吹膜机头连通,连接件内设置过渡流道与出料口连通,过渡流道包括一圆形单流道以及与圆形单流道连通的两个锥形双流道,锥形双流道分别与出料口相切的两个圆形腔体连接,锥形双流道直径向圆形单流道逐渐缩小,另设有过渡连接件,过渡连接件内设置弯曲圆形单流道连接基体的圆形竖直单流道、连接件内的过渡流道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吹塑成型包装膜用双螺杆挤出机,其特征在于所述过渡流道与弯曲圆形单流道连接处设置有多孔板或过滤网。
