技术领域
本发明属于热塑料成型领域,尤其涉及一种塑料挤出机双螺杆结构。
背景技术
塑料挤出机是将塑料加热使之呈黏流状态,在加压的情况下,使之通过具有形状的口模而成为截面与口模形状相仿的连续体然后通过冷却,使具有一定几何形状和尺寸的塑料由黏流态变为高弹态,最后冷却定型为玻璃态,得到所需要的塑料板和塑料膜制品。
螺杆是塑料挤出机的重要部件,直接影响到最后的成品定型。目前市场上螺杆的螺旋推片多为单片,在进料区搅拌、压挤也不均匀,易使原料颗粒之间形成间隙,影响塑料板和塑料膜挤出。
发明内容
为要解决的上述问题,本发明提供一种塑料挤出机双螺杆结构。
本发明的技术方案:一种塑料挤出机双螺杆结构,其特征在于包括螺杆组件和轴承组件,所述螺杆组件与所述轴承组件连接,所述螺杆组件包括2根螺杆,2根所述螺杆为2个相互平行啮合且转向相同的圆柱型螺杆,所述螺杆包括螺杆轴、大距离输送螺旋段、常距螺旋段一、反向螺旋段一、常距螺旋段二、反向螺旋段二、常距螺旋段三、反向螺旋段三、出料段,所述大距离输送螺旋段、所述常距螺旋段一、所述反向螺旋段一所述、所述常距螺旋段二、所述反向螺旋段二所述常距螺旋段三、所述反向螺旋段三、所述出料段依次设置在所述螺杆上。
所述常距螺旋段一所述、反向螺旋段一所述、常距螺旋段二所述、反向螺旋段二所述、所述常距螺旋段三、所述反向螺旋段三、所述出料段依次设置在所述螺杆上。
所述反向螺旋段一、所述反向螺旋段二和反向螺旋段三上开有斜槽。
所述轴承组件采用轴承错位布置结构,所述轴承组件包括传动轴、深球沟轴承一、弹性元件、推力滚子轴承、深球沟轴承二和压盖,所述深球沟轴承一、所述推力滚子轴承和所述深球沟轴承二依次套装在所述传动轴上,所述弹性元件设置所述推力滚子轴承内,所述压盖设置所述推力滚子轴承后部。
本发明的有益效果:结构简单,设计合理,双螺杆结构能够承受较大的机头压力,大大改善了物料的输送速度、混合搅拌更加均匀、泵出特性良好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、2和3对本发明的一种具体实施方式做出说明。
本发明涉及一种塑料挤出机双螺杆结构,包括螺杆组件1和轴承组件2,螺杆组件1与轴承组件2连接,螺杆组件1包括2根为螺杆3,2根螺杆3为两个相互平行、彼此啮合、转向相同的圆柱型螺杆,螺杆3包括螺杆轴4、大距离输送螺旋段5、常距螺旋段一6、反向螺旋段一7、常距螺旋段二8、反向螺旋段二9、常距螺旋段三10、反向螺旋段三11、出料段12,大距离输送螺旋段5、常距螺旋段一6、反向螺旋段一7、常距螺旋段二8、反向螺旋段二9、常距螺旋段三10、反向螺旋段三11、出料段12依次设置在螺杆上,原材料沿正向螺旋的螺旋槽向前移动,被推向反向螺旋,在正、反向螺旋挤压作用下物料被压缩,由于正向螺旋挤压作用较大,反向螺旋段一7、反向螺旋段二9和反向螺旋段三11上开有斜槽,物料被迫从反向螺旋的斜槽通过而被撕裂揉碎,进入下一个挤压区,如此反复进能够承受较大的机头压力,大大改善了物料的输送速度、混合搅拌更加均匀、泵出特性良好。
轴承组件2采用轴承错位布置结构,轴承组件2包括传动轴13、深球沟轴承一14、弹性元件15、推力滚子轴承16、深球沟轴承二17和压盖18,深球沟轴承一14、推力滚子轴承16和深球沟轴承二17依次套装在传动轴上14,弹性元件15设置推力滚子轴承内16,压盖18设置推力滚子轴承16后部,由于轴承组件2的规格较大,把两根螺杆3用轴承错位布置,以适应轴承布置空间不足的限制,这种轴承布置的两根螺杆的轴向力分配均匀,轴承承受的轴向力相等,工作时两根螺杆的轴向位移量也相同,保证了两根螺杆工作的正常啮合。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机双螺杆结构,其特征在于所述反向螺旋段一、所述反向螺旋段二和反向螺旋段三上开有斜槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机双螺杆结构,其特征在于所述轴承组件采用轴承错位布置结构,所述轴承组件包括传动轴、深球沟轴承一、弹性元件、推力滚子轴承、深球沟轴承二和压盖,所述深球沟轴承一、所述推力滚子轴承和所述深球沟轴承二依次套装在所述传动轴上,所述弹性元件设置所述推力滚子轴承内,所述压盖设置所述推力滚子轴承后部。
