一种摩托车螺旋管消音器
本实用新型涉及到摩托车排气管用的消音装置。
现今的摩托车噪音主要产生于排气管的排气震动，它噪音高(76～90分贝)，对环境污染大。
本实用新型可提供一种排气管附加装置，使摩托车排放气噪音大为降低。
本实用新型主要由壳体、螺旋管、排气尾管、封头和连接箍组成。壳体为一圆筒，其前口两侧开有弹性胀口并被连接箍套紧在摩托车排气管尾端上，其内腔装有螺旋管。螺旋管管壁内外层为铁丝网层，中间夹层为石棉层。螺旋管前端口对接着车排气管的排气孔，后端口连接着排气尾管。排气尾管安装在尾封头中间，封头被焊接封住壳体后口。
本消音器比起其它的消音器来具有结构简单、体积小、消音效果良好(30分贝以下)和应用广泛等优点。

如图1所示，本实用新型主要由壳体(1)、螺旋管(2)、排气尾管(3)、封头(4)和连接箍(5)组成。壳体(1)为一圆筒，大小应与摩托车排气管尾端大小相匹配，它的前口对称的两侧开有弹性胀口，并被连接箍(5)箍紧在摩托车排气管尾端上。螺旋管管壁如图2所示，它有三层，其内外层(6，8)为铁丝网层，其中间夹层(7)为石棉层。螺旋管前端口对接着车排气管的排气孔，后端口连接着排气尾管(3)。排气尾管(3)安装在封头(4)中间，封头(4)被焊接封住着壳体(1)后口。

1、一种摩托车螺旋管消音器，由壳体(1)、螺旋管(2)，排气尾管(3)，封头(4)和连接箍(5)组成，其特征在于壳体(1)为一圆筒，其前口两侧开有弹性胀口并被连接箍(5)箍紧在摩托车排气管尾端上，其内腔装有螺旋管(2)，螺旋管(2)管壁的内、外层(6、8)为铁丝网层，中间夹层(7)为石棉层，螺旋管(2)前端口对接着车排气管的排气孔，后端口连接着排气尾管(3)，排气尾管(3)安装在封头(4)中间，封头(4)被焊接封住壳体(1)的后口。
