Abstract

本发明提供一种车辆用复合消声器,具有壳体,带通孔的隔板及共振消声结构。通过隔板与共振消声结构的设置,将阻性消声与共振消声结合在一起,能有效降低车用发动机的排气噪音。消声器筒体内设置有波纹金属网,共振消声结构设置在金属网的波峰上,金属网上涂覆有催化剂。波纹金属网的设置,能够使共振消声结构与消声器壳体之间解耦,避免车辆本身振动对共振消声结构的影响,大大提高了共振消声结构对尾气噪音的共振反应,同时,金属网上涂覆有催化剂,有利于进一步降低排放气体中的有害物质。

一种车辆用复合消声器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆用复合消声器。
背景技术
消声器是机动车发动机降噪的常用手段,而其中常用的是抗性消声器,且通常采用多腔级联来增强消音效果,这种结构对于气流流向的改变较小,消声效果存在改进的空间。
发明内容
本发明所要提供了一种车辆用复合消声器,具有壳体,带通孔的隔板及共振消声结构。隔板位于消声器筒体中部,将消声器筒体横向分成第一腔室和第二腔室,改进了以往抗性腔的轴向级联的结构形式,采用了上下腔的级联形式上下腔的级联方式相对于轴向级联而言,侧壁与管道的面积比得到提高,面积比是抗性消音器中重要的消音效率提升参数,充分的提高了腔体结构来改进消音器的腔体的消音利用率,改善了降噪效果,同时,本发明的消声器筒体的周向上设置有共振消声结构,共振消声结构具有与噪音间形成共振、消耗接近共振消声结构的最低共振频率的外界声波的吸音能力,因而,通过两种消声方式的结合,本发明能够有效降低发动机噪音。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种车辆用复合消声器,包括消声器筒体、进气口、排气管口,所述消声器筒体整体密封,所述消声器筒体的两个端面分别为进气端面、排气端面,所述进气端面、排气端面与消声器筒体的轴向存在一个倾斜角,倾斜方向倒向排气端面,还包括带穿孔的隔板,所述隔板位于消声器筒体中部,将消声器筒体横向分成第一腔室和第二腔室,进气口处于第一腔室,排气口处于第二腔室,隔板上的穿孔为长方形并形成相对于隔板水平面的倾角,其特征在于:在消声器筒体的周向上设置有共振消声结构。
所述共振消声结构为设置在消声器筒体周向上向心布置的柱状管体。
所述消声器筒体内设置有波纹金属网,所述柱状管体设置在金属网的波峰上。
柱状管体为直径、长度不同的管体。
所述金属网上涂覆有催化剂。
本发明能够较大提高消声器的降噪效果,且波纹金属网能有效避免发动机体本身的振动传导至消声器。金属网上涂覆催化剂可以进行废弃处理,减少有害气体排放。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图,对本发明作进一步地的详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
如图1、图2所示,消声器筒体1、进气口2、排气管口3,所述消声器筒体整体密封,所述消声器筒体的两个端面分别为进气端面12、排气端面13,所述进气端面、排气端面与消声器筒体的轴向存在一个倾斜角,倾斜方向倒向排气端面,还包括带穿孔51的隔板5,如图3所示,所述隔板位于消声器筒体中部,将消声器筒体横向分成第一腔室14和第二腔室15,进气口处于第一腔室,排气口处于第二腔室,隔板上的穿孔为长方形并形成相对于隔板水平面的倾角,在消声器筒体的周向上设置有共振消声结构。
共振消声结构为设置在消声器筒体周向上向心布置的柱状管体4。柱状管体可以是直径、长度相同的均匀管体,也可以是直径、长度不同的管体。
如图4、图5所示,消声器筒体内设置有波纹金属网6,柱状管体设置在金属网的波峰上,金属网上涂覆有催化剂。波纹金属网的设置,能够使柱状管体与消声器壳体之间解耦,避免车辆本身振动对柱状管体的影响,大大提高了柱状管体对尾气噪音的共振反应和消除噪音,同时,金属网上涂覆有催化剂,有利于进一步降低排放气体中的有害物质。
隔板为中空结构,中间填充有消声材料,消声材料为聚氨酯海绵。此消音材料阻燃、耐高温,在有效提升吸音效果的同时,安全性能好。
通过阻性消声和共振消声的结合,本发明能有效降低发动机运行噪音。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆用复合消声器,包括包括消声器筒体(1)、进气口(2)、排气管口(3),所述消声器筒体整体密封,所述消声器筒体的两个端面分别为进气端面(12)、排气端面(13),所述进气端面(12)、排气端面(13)与消声器筒体(1)的轴向存在一个倾斜角,倾斜方向倒向排气端面(13),还包括带穿孔(51)的隔板(5),所述隔板(5)位于消声器筒体(1)中部,将消声器筒体(1)横向分成第一腔室(14)和第二腔室(15),进气口(2)处于第一腔室(14),排气口(3)处于第二腔室(15),隔板上的穿孔(51)为长方形并形成相对于隔板水平面的倾角,其特征在于:在消声器筒体的周向上设置有共振消声结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用复合消声器,其特征在于:所述共振消声结构为设置在消声器筒体(1)周向上向心布置的柱状管体(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用复合消声器,其特征在于:所述消声器筒体(1)内设置有波纹金属网(6),所述共振消声结构设置在波纹金属网(6)的波峰上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的车辆用复合消声器,其特征在于:柱状管体(4)为直径、长度不同的管体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用复合消声器,其特征在于:所述波纹金属网(6)上涂覆有催化剂。
