Abstract

Description

一次性的体液吸收衬垫
本实用新型涉及一将性的体液吸收衬垫，更具体地是涉及诸如月经垫，婴幼儿尿布，失禁用尿布等体液吸收垫。
在制造这种衬垫时，众所周知，顶片一般是用疏水性的材料制成的，其内表面覆盖着一层引导液体的纤维层，该层的疏水性比顶片小，或在与吸显芯子接触时亲水性较大，目的是通过迅速地将排放在顶片上的体液引导至吸湿芯子中而减轻在使用衬垫时体液造成的潮湿感觉。例如，日本公开专利申请1982-1340号公布了一项技术，根据这顶技术，由疏水性多孔的塑料薄膜制成的顶片，利用适当的粘接剂粘接在其下表面上，然后，将疏水性比顶片小的纤维聚集在粘接剂上，以形成一层薄层，并将这个薄层放在吸显芯子上，这样，和与没有薄层的顶片情况相比，体液可以更快地传递给吸湿芯子。
当在上述文献中公布的技术欲利用涂敷在下表面上的粘接剂把铺在顶片的下表面上的薄层整体地粘接到顶片上时，根据薄层厚度的不同，薄层可能有一些部分几乎不可能或绝对不可能与粘接剂接触，而这些部分则几乎不可能与顶片粘接，或甚至与顶片分开。因为在实际使用过程中，体液吸收衬垫弯曲，则薄层的组成纤维将彼此松开，或与顶片剥离，这样，由毛细管作用建立的体液通道将在那里中断。结果是阻止了体液迅速地传送到吸湿芯子，并长时间地滞留在顶片的上表面上，造成不通气或体液喷出。另外，通道的这种中断容易造成体液向旁边泄漏。
本实用新型的主要目的是通过将相应地包含在顶片和液体引导纤维层中的热熔性材料熔化，而整体地将液体引导纤维层粘接到顶片上来解决所述的问题。
根据本实用新型，上述目的可通过一种一次性的体液吸收衬垫来达到，该衬垫包括一块液体可渗透的顶片，一块液体不可渗透的底片，一个放在这两片之间的吸湿芯子和一块引导液体的纤维层，纤维层比所述顶片更亲水，并放置在所述顶片和所述吸湿芯子之间，以便将体液从所述顶片引导至所述吸湿芯子内，其特征是，相应地包含在所述顶片和所述液体引导纤维层中的热熔性材料，在所述顶片平面上间歇分布的一些点上被熔化，因而，所述顶片和所述液体引导纤维层在所述点上，沿着所述顶片的上表面与所述液体引导纤维层的下表面之间构成的厚度方向，被整体地粘接在一起。
如上所述制成的一次性体液吸收衬垫的优点在于，即使在实际使用过程中，不论垫的厚度如何，液体引导纤维层的组成纤维既不会彼此松开，也不会在熔化点上和它们附近与顶片的下表面剥离，因为通过熔化包含在顶片和液体引导纤维层中的热熔性材料，顶片和液体引导纤维层在厚度方向上，彼此整体地粘接在一起。
图1为表示部分剖开的，月经垫形式的本发明的一个实施例的透视图；
图2为沿图1中X-X所取的截面图。
本实用新型的详细情况通过下面结合附图对月经垫形式的实施例所作的说明将会更清楚地了解。
参见图1，月经垫1包括一块液体可渗透的顶片2，一块液体不可渗透的底片3和放在这两片2，3之间的吸湿芯子4，其中顶片2和底电3借助密封线5沿着向外延伸至吸湿芯子4的周边边缘之外的部分粘接在一起，不透水。如下面将要详细说明的那样，液体引导纤维层6粘接在顶片2的下表面上(即不与皮肤接触的面)，并且放在吸湿芯子4上。当单独看时，在顶片2的上表面上，有许多间歇分布的熔化点，但当整个来看时，呈格子花纹。顶片2最好由包含有热熔性材料的疏水性布料制成，特别是含有重量为5％或更高的热塑料合成纤维，由热塑料合成树脂薄膜构成原纤维的裂膜纱线或它们的混合物的无纺织物，或者是液体可渗透的多孔的热塑料合成树脂薄膜。纤维层6包括适当的纤维材料，诸如含有重量为5％或更高的，包括所述裂膜纱线在内的热熔性纤维材料的无纺织物，并且疏水性比顶片2小。纤维层6的纤维密度也比顶片2的低，而垫子高度较高。可以用与顶片2的纤维材料类似的纤维材料来作纤维层6。这种纤维材料最好要经过相应的处理，使其疏水性比顶片低，以致变得更亲水。
参见图2，顶片2和纤维层6，沿着在顶片2的上表面和纤维层6的下表面之间构成的厚度方向，在熔化点7，通过熔化它们所含有的热熔性材料而整体地粘接在一起。结果，不论顶片2和纤维层6的厚度如何，在熔化点7及其附近，顶片2和纤维层6的组成纤维既不会松开，也不会彼此剥离。恰当选择每一对相邻熔化点7之间的距离，不但可以使顶片2和纤维层6保持彼此紧密接触，而且可以使其组成纤维保持可靠的缠结，每一个熔化点7都受到压缩，使它具有高的密度，并形成一条槽，这样，体液可沿着槽作扩散性流动，并可迅速地引导至吸湿芯子4中，这样，吸湿芯子4得到最佳的利用。
在月经垫1中，排放在顶片2的上表面上的月经血被引导至位于顶片2下面的亲水性较大的纤维层6，然后再传递至吸湿芯子4内。纤维层6的作用是在其组成纤维的毛细管作用下，将月经血传递至吸湿芯子4内，而熔化点7的作用是通过保持纤维层6的上表面与顶片2的下表面紧密接触，同时保持纤维层6的组成纤维在纤维层6的上下表面之间可靠地缠结来保证所述毛细管作用不致在厚度方向中断。
作为顶片2和纤维层6的组成部分的热熔性材料例如可以是，聚乙烯，聚丙烯，尼龙，聚酯树脂薄膜或纤维，或者是它们的复合纤维。另一种方案是，可将重量在20％以下的诸如人造丝维或桨粕纤维这样的亲水性材料混合在上述材料中。底片3和吸湿芯子4可以用通常用于制造这些元件的材料制造，为了将顶片2和纤维层6熔化在一起，可以使用诸如热压方法这样的传统技术，压成如图1和图2中的熔化点7所示的点花纹，或直线，曲线，或是这些线和点的综合组成的花纹。
根据本实用新型的一次性体液吸收衬垫的优点在于，不论顶片和纤维层的厚度如何，顶片和液体引导纤维层绝对不会彼此剥离，同时包含在顶片和纤维层中的组成纤维也绝不会彼此松开，因为放在顶片和吸湿芯子之间的纤维层是在其厚度方向上整体地粘接到顶片上的，因此，即使在使用过程中衬垫弯曲或皱折了，体液也能迅速地从顶片的上表面传递到吸湿芯子内，而不会向旁边泄漏。

Claims (4)

1.一种一次性的体液吸收衬垫，它包括一块液体可渗透的顶片，一块液体不可渗透的底片，一个放置在这两片之间的吸湿芯子和一层引导液体的纤维层，该纤维层的亲水性比所述顶片大，并放置在所述顶片和所述吸湿芯子之间，以便将体液从所述顶片引导至所术吸湿芯子中，其特征为，分别地包含在所述顶片和所述液体引导纤维层中的热熔性材料，在所述顶片平面内间歇分布的一些点上被熔化，因而，所述顶片和所述液体引导纤维层，在所述点上，沿着在所述顶片的上表面与所述液体引导纤维层的下表面之间构成的厚度方向整体地粘接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1的一次性体液吸收衬垫，其特征为，多个熔化点沿二个不同的方向延伸，并且当以整体来看时，所有熔化点排列成格子花纹。
3.根据权利要求1的一次性体液吸收衬垫，其特征为，所述的多个熔化点间歇分布。
4.根据权利要求1的一次性体液吸收衬垫，其特征为，每一个受到压缩的所述熔化点都具有高的密度，并形成一条槽。
