Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸声块及其构造方法,更具体地说,涉及一种安装在音乐盒、健身房、演播室等地方以防止声音被外面听到的吸声块及其构造方法。
背景技术
隔音一般分成两种:一种是吸声,另一种是隔离声音。吸声主要使用泡沫聚苯乙烯、海绵、软木塞、纸蛋托等,而隔离声音主要使用混凝土等聚合物。
根据吸声的原理,将吸声分成两类。一种原理是使用某种材料来吸声,例如,可以使用海绵、软木塞等多孔的材料米吸声。而另一种原理是使用板或织物的隔膜振动来吸声。
但是,上述传统的吸声器具有许多问题。例如,由木材或塑料树脂制成的隔音材料容易起火,因为它们的耐热性很差,而玻璃纤维、软木塞等不但会因为浮尘而造成环境污染,而且在起火时还会产生有毒气体。
另外,还开发出了一种具有穿孔结构的隔音板,其中,将穿孔的薄板附在玻璃纤维、石棉、塑料树脂等材料的表面上,但隔音板难以解决玻璃纤维、塑料树脂等造成的内在缺陷,并且其制造过程非常复杂,构造成本高昂。
发明内容
技术问题
因此,为了解决现有技术的问题而设计了本发明,因此本发明的目的是提供一种吸声块及其构造方法,所述吸声块容易构造,并且通过系统性地隔离声波,同时简化其结构而不管采用何种材料,显著降低了制造成本。
技术方案
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种吸声块,其包括:下板,其中,有多个单元结构沿水平和垂直方向规则地排列,所述单元结构具有矩形的开口,其沿下板的厚度方向逐渐变小;以及格子图案的上板,其设置于下板上,以将每个单元结构的开口分成四个部分。
优选地,下板的开口沿厚度方向以30°的角度逐渐变小,并且在下板底面中每个开口的周围形成格子图案的凹槽。
优选地,单元结构的一侧壁与相邻单元结构的一侧壁形成三角形,同时三角形的底边具有与同一直线上的开口的宽度相同的长度,并且单元结构还具有与同一直线的上板的线宽相同的长度。
另外,优选地,在下板的底面上提供多个堆叠突起,并且优选地还在下板的开口中形成狭槽,以引导所堆叠的吸声块的下板的位置。

有利效果
同时,如果通过用反光材料涂敷根据本发明的吸声块的外表面来反光,则沿吸声块的一个方向入射的光源穿过吸声块的另一方向,而沿吸声块的另一个方向入射的光源可能不会穿过吸声块的一个方向。结果,在能够获得持续照明效果和遮荫效果的建筑物中,可以防止私人生活曝光(这是通过仔细观察隔壁建筑物的内部而引起的,例如通过建筑物的窗玻璃等)。

参照图1至3,本发明的吸声块包括下板10和上板30。优选地,下板10和上板30由相同的金属材料制成,例如软铁、铝或其合金。但是,本发明的吸声块可以使用其他的建筑残留物或合成树脂来制造,因为不管采用何种材料,都可以系统性地减弱和抵消声波。
配置下板10,使多个单元结构12沿水平和垂直方向规则地排列。优选地,单元结构12具有矩形的形状,并且内有矩形的开口。因此,如图3所示,单元结构12整体上具有格子图案,其中开口14规则地排列。
开口14的大小沿着下板10的厚度方向逐渐减小。也就是说,从上面看下来,开口14是凹形的,而从下面看上去则是凸形的。基于这个目的,包围开口14的单元结构12的每个侧壁12a、12b都以相同的角度倾斜。角度优选地为45°或更小,30°更佳。如果角度大于45°或小于25°,则吸声效果会降低,因为当堆叠了多个吸声块时,入射的声波会逃到外面,而不会被反射的声波减弱和抵消。

同时,通过将带形条编织成格子图案来制造上板30,并且根据下板10的大小来改变其距离。例如,上板30位于构成下板10的每个单元结构12上,如图1至3所示,并且优选地位于下板上以将每个单元结构12的开口14分成四个部分。
换言之,上板30的格子交点P1位于开口14的中心。同时,上板30的格子间隔L3在相同方向上具有与单元结构12的距离L4相同的长度。

优选地,堆叠至少两个吸声块,用于在墙面上构造本发明的吸声块。这就是为什么可以从入射声波增加反射波的原因,因此,将吸声块堆叠成多层时,声波会减弱和抵消。而且,可以将泡沫聚苯乙烯、海绵等起泡的合成树脂与本发明的吸声块一起使用,以进一步提高吸声效果。
首先,通过传统的固定方法在需要吸声的空间的墙面和天花板上构造本发明的吸声块1。并且将另一种吸声块2安装于吸声块1上,更明确地说,配置的另一吸声块2位于吸声块1的上板30上,如图6所示。
也就是说,将吸声块1的上板30的上板线34沿吸声块2的纵向放在狭槽18上(参见图6),并且将吸声块1的第二线36沿横向放在另一吸声块2的凹槽16上(参见图7)。同时,将另一吸声块2的突起20压配到吸声块1的上板中。
接着,吸声块1的上述山脊形界面与上板线34之间的交点P2与另一吸声块2的上板线的交点P1重合,并且吸声块1的山脊形侧壁完全覆盖吸声块2的下板开口,从而反射大部分入射的声波,如图1所示。
另外,优选地,如图6所示,在堆叠时,将吸声块1的上板线34压配到另一吸声块2的狭槽18中。因此,可以防止已堆叠的吸声块从粘合位置分离,而且,将吸声块堆叠成两层、三层或多层时,可以根据最佳的堆叠位置,来适当地调整粘合位置。
同时,除了吸声之外,可以基于遮荫的目的将吸声块用作建筑物的材料,因为如果用反光材料涂敷根据本发明的吸声块的外表面来反光,则可以在特定的方向获得遮荫效果。同时,可以将反光材料形成为金属薄膜涂层,并且还可以使用最近公开的有优异反光性能的各种材料来形成涂层。
如上所述,此处提供的说明只是用于阐释的优选例子,无意限制本发明的范围,所以应了解,可在不脱离本发明的主旨和范围的情况下就本发明提出其他等价和修改方案。
工业适用性
如上所述,根据本发明的吸声块及其构造方法具有以下效果。
