Abstract

背景技术

发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提高旋转刀具和砧的稳定性。
这已经由最初限定的旋转刀具、砧和旋转切割装置分别实现,其中,中间套筒布置在心轴和外围套筒之间。因此就改进了切割性能。
优选地,中间套筒由稳定性改进材料制成。因此就可以实现更稳定的切割条件。
适当地,中间套筒由振动阻尼材料制成。
特别是,振动阻尼材料是聚合物或橡胶基材料、钨基合金或矿物基材料。因此就可以实现稳定的切割力并且切割会更少地受到来自于例如球轴承或连接器的振动的干扰。
另外或可选地,中间套筒由绝热材料制成。特别是,绝热材料是聚合物或橡胶基材料、矿物基材料或非传导金属。因此就可以实现由球轴承或空气分配器中的摩擦生成的热不会到达旋转刀具或砧的侧面。这就保证了更大的尺寸稳定性。
可选地,中间套筒由导热材料制成。特别是,导热材料是传导金属或合金和/或载有传导颗粒的聚合物或橡胶基材料。因此就可以实现热在旋转刀具或砧的整个外围套筒上能够以同质的方式有效地扩散。因此,套筒整个轴向长度上的径向热膨胀相等,并且切割功能可以得到改善和稳定。

具体实施方式
图1显示了旋转切割装置2,它包括旋转刀具4和砧辊6。旋转刀具4具有由钢制成的心轴8、由硬质合金制成的外围套筒以及中间套筒12。外围套筒设置有一对环形邻接元件14a、14b以及切割元件16。砧辊6具有由钢制成的心轴20、外围套筒22以及中间套筒24。外围套筒10、22可以由多相材料例如钢、硬质合金或金属陶瓷(由金属结合的硬相)制成。
中间套筒12或24固定到外围套筒10或22以及心轴8或20上以与之一起旋转。中间套筒12或24基本上在外围套筒10或22的整个轴向长度上延伸,因此在外围套筒10或22与心轴8或20之间就不会发生接触。

振动阻尼:

导热性

图2和3显示了与图1中所示类型相同但配设有径向通孔26和30的旋转切割装置2A。通孔26位于切割元件16内部,延伸穿过外围套筒并部分地穿过中间套筒,延伸至连接到未显示的压力源上的中间套筒中的轴向管腔28。另外,在切割元件16的轴向外部,延伸穿过外围套筒并且部分地延伸穿过中间套筒的径向孔30连接到中间套筒中的轴向孔32上(参见图3)。应当理解,图2和图3中所示的纵剖面分别取自于砧辊的沿圆周间隔开的位置处。

第二心轴,和
第二外围套筒,相对于第二心轴同轴地安装并且设置有至少一个与第一外围套筒以切割关系布置的切割元件。

第二外围套筒,相对于第二心轴同轴地安装并且设置有至少一个与第一外围套筒以切割关系布置的切割元件,和
沿径向布置在第二心轴和第二外围套筒之间的中间套筒。
