Abstract
本发明的用于汽车的旋转开关包括固定的中心部和旋转的外部。其上连接了从所述外部直接向接触元件(16)传递旋转运动的控制元件。

本发明涉及汽车中的旋转开关,特别涉及包括静止的中心部和旋转的外部的旋转开关。
背景技术
汽车中用于选择特定功能例如照明功能(远光、近光、停车灯等)的旋转开关通常构造成具有伸出的抓持部的旋钮。这种旋钮通常布置在仪表板上的操作板中。旋钮配设有标记,标记被人工地指向对应于期望功能的符号。另外,旋转开关已知具有可旋转的外环。这种旋转开关用在例如空调系统的操作板中。外环的旋转运动经由带齿轮传递至开关元件或接触元件。这种结构需要很大数目的零件并且导致很高的累积公差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了具有降低的累积公差的小型旋转开关。
依照本发明,汽车中的旋转开关包括静止的中心部、旋转的外部、控制部和接触元件。控制部连接至外部,从而将外部的旋转运动直接传递到接触元件中。这种旋转开关可以实现且具有非常低的总体高度,因为没有必需的抓持部。由于旋转运动利用单个部件直接导入接触元件,所以可以免除具有带齿轮等的复杂结构。尤其是,用于控制汽车中照明功能的依照本发明的旋转开关在功能符号布置在静止的中心部中时不需要照亮可旋转的外部(在配设了可能的标记时例外)。因此,大体上任意期望的材料都能用于可旋转的外部的部件。
从属权利要求中描述了依照本发明的旋转开关的有利和合适的发展。

具体实施方式
在图1至图4中显示了依照本发明的旋转开关,旋转开关被提供来选择汽车中的照明功能。旋转开关分别包括下外壳部10和上外壳部12。在外壳部10、12之间容纳有印刷电路板14,印刷电路板14具有接触元件16和几个发光二极管18。上外壳部12具有外壳环部20,外壳环部20具有径向导向装置22,其中夹持有螺旋弹簧24(见图3)。在弹簧24的两端布置有定位销26,定位销26由外壳环部20沿径向伸出。
外环28围绕外壳环部20延伸。夹在外壳环部20上的外环28会相对其旋转。具有透明的标记32的旋转环30轴向装配到外环28上。外环28和旋转环30一起形成旋转开关的可旋转的外部。在图3中可以看出,外环28具有波形的内部轮廓34。定位销26由弹簧24压在波形轮廓34上。内部轮廓34的波形槽36因此就在外环28旋转时形成稳定的锁止位置。在锁止位置,弹簧24会松弛,如图3所示。为能够使用旋转开关控制的每个功能提供了锁止位置。波形轮廓34还具有对外环28的旋转定界的端部止动38。
在旋转环32后面接合的盖40通过扣接与外壳环部20安全地连接。盖40和外壳环部20一起形成开关的中心部,且该中心部相对于可旋转的外部区域静止。盖40具有几个透明的符号42,这些符号表示不同的照明功能。旋转开关还包括在其内部配设有镜面的光电导杆44。光电导杆44的第一端46被夹在外环28上。光电导杆44的第二端48接合到接触元件16中来控制滑动触点。在光电导杆44的横截面50中,在其与印刷电路板14相对的下侧上配设了进光口52,进光口52在图4中仅概略地指示。在光电导杆44的第一端46处形成了出光口54,出光口54与旋转环30的标记32相对设置。
下面将描述旋转开关的操作方式。使用者通过相对于静止盖40将外环28转动到其中同步旋转的旋转环30与期望的符号42相对放置的锁止位置,从而选择在盖40上象征性地显示的功能之一。由向外预加压的定位销26和外环28的内部轮廓34形成的定位机构给予使用者响应感觉。旋转运动经由杆44直接导入接触元件16。经由杆44的第二端部48,滑动触点等会在接触元件16内移动。因此,就会在锁止位置中生成所选照明功能的相应的接触连接。
盖40中的符号42就会由印刷电路板14上布置的发光二极管18永久地照亮。旋转环30上标记32的照亮是借助于光电导杆44实现的。位于光电导杆44的横截面50下方的发光二极管18的光经由进光口52联接到光电导杆44中,并且借助于内部的镜面指向光电导杆44的第一端46。在此处,光从出光口54出现并且照射在标记32上。可以配设光电缆线等来代替镜面。光电导杆44具有双重功能。首先,它充当将开关外部的旋转运动直接导入接触元件16的控制部;其次,它提供了光电导路径,发光二极管18的光经由该光电导路径指向标记32。
借助于汽车中旋转照明开关的形式的实际实例实施例描述了依照本发明的旋转开关,但是旋转开关也基本上适用于其它应用,特别是在汽车领域中。
Claims (11)
1.一种汽车中的旋转开关,所述旋转开关包括静止的中心部、旋转的外部、控制部和接触元件,所述控制部连接到旋转的外部上,从而将外部的旋转运动直接传递给接触元件(16)。
2.如权利要求1所述的旋转开关,其特征在于,符号(42)布置在静止的中心部上,所述符号表示使用旋转开关能够选择的功能,并且标记(32)布置在外部上。
3.如权利要求2所述的旋转开关,其特征在于,控制部包括光电导路径,光源的光经由所述光电导路径指向标记(32)。
4.如权利要求3所述的旋转开关,其特征在于,控制部包括至少部分中空的杆(44),所述杆(44)具有进光口(52)和出光口(54)。
5.如权利要求4所述的旋转开关,其特征在于,杆(44)具有内部镜面。
6.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的旋转开关,其特征在于,所述外部是由外环(28)和轴向装配的旋转环(30)形成的,所述标记(32)布置在旋转环上,所述静止的中心部包括盖(40),所述符号(42)布置在盖上。
7.如权利要求6所述的旋转开关,其特征在于,符号(42)是透明的,所述旋转开关还包括外壳(10,12),其中布置有发光二极管(18)来照亮符号(42)。
8.如权利要求4和7所述的旋转开关,其特征在于,杆(44)布置成发光二极管(18)的光照射在进光口(52)。
9.如权利要求7或8所述的旋转开关,其特征在于,印刷电路板(14)容纳在外壳(10,12)中,接触元件(16)和发光二极管(18)布置在印刷电路板上。
10.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的旋转开关,其特征在于,控制部连接到接触元件(16)中的滑动触点上。
11.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的旋转开关,其特征在于,旋转开关包括定位机构,所述定位机构具有至少一个沿径向向外预加压的定位销(26)和内部轮廓(34),所述定位销连接至中心部,所述内部轮廓形成于可旋转的外部并界定了定位销(26)的定位点。
