技术领域
本发明涉及集成在灯罩(lamp housing)中的发光二极管(LED)和光功率传感器。更特别地,本发明涉及具有灯驱动器电路来提供灯的反馈和遥控的集成在灯罩中的LED和光功率传感器。
背景技术
大多数的人造光是通过灯中的气体放电而产生的。一种这样的灯是荧光灯。产生人造光的另一种方法包括使用LED,其以与流经LED的正向电流成比例的辐射通量的方式提供谱输出。另外,LED光源能用于生成多光谱光输出。
常规的LED光源利用单个封装的发光二极管或作为一个单元封装的具有基本上类似谱特性的发光二极管组。常规的LED光源实现为彩色校正的LED光源。彩色校正的LED光源是通过或直接或在密封剂内应用磷化合物层来制造的。该磷层吸收由LED发出的光或由LED发出的光的一部分,并基于所吸收的光和磷化合物的相互作用而发光。彩色校正的LED光源组合在一起,以形成LED光源。当对彩色校正的LED施加特定量的直流时,彩色校正的LED在谱输出中实现最大的精度。特定量的直流和其他数据一起包括在每一个彩色校正的LED的额定值中。

发明内容

具体实施方式
在图1所示的发光二极管系统10采用LED部件20、LED驱动器部件30和遥控器40。LED部件20包括一个或更多个发光二极管(“LED”)21和一个或更多个光功率传感器(“OPSNR”)22,其中每个LED被单独地进行排列或排列在一个阵列中。LED驱动器部件30包括控制器(“CONT”)31、电源电路(“PWRC”)32、天线34、收发器(“TX/RX”)35、信号处理器(“SP”)36和差错检测器37。

空气与光反射材料LRM的表面之间的界面可以定形为将或多或少反射的光功率引导到LED部件51。或者,空气与光反射材料LRM的表面之间的界面可以定形为适当地将反射回到LED部件51的不同彩色的LED的发射混合。这样的混合将允许反射的功率复制在灯部件50外部的点上不同彩色LED的发射的混合。或者,一种附加元件例如透镜、滤光器或漫射体可以连接到灯部件50的前表面,以影响从灯部件50发出的光的形状、方向或彩色。
驱动电路所需的电功率通过在常规的光插座中放置灯基座67来传送。从灯基座67到电源电路58和电路板60的电联接没有示出,但是本领域的技术人员能够想象到许多方式来提供电功率给电源电路59和电路板60。
实现LED系统10(图1)的灯部件50和遥控器41提供许多功能。受控制的变量包括控制彩色和亮度以及暗淡等级的定时信息。可以得到关于灯运行状态的信息,诸如LED21或LED部件51的运行状态之类。基于在遥控器40或控制器31中编程的周期性的灯部件50状态检查,这样的状态信息可以用于确定LED21或LED部件51中的任意一个是否不再运行并且需要修理。关于环境光等级的信息可以用于使灯调节输出等级,以便不浪费能量或者使其彩色适于维持优选的环境。
另外,为了安全及保密目的,灯可以具有在未授权的人进入房间并被传感器检测到时使用的警报模式,其能够直接或通过另一链接将闯入传送到灯。该灯随后可以被接通,以允许利用安装的摄像机获得清晰的视频图像。在房间中接通灯也可以恐吓入侵者,使其逃走。预先编制的“火警”模式也可以用于帮助消防队员在营救期间看得更清楚。烟雾中的白光通常阻碍能见度,因此该系统可以被编程为发射红光,以增强对房间的能见度。
所示的灯部件50的实施方式意思是表示一种结构,用于在灯部件50内提供光反射给光功率传感器,以用作远程控制的或编程的电路的操作中的反馈来控制LED,从而获得期望的光等级,而并非打算详尽论述所有可能性或者限制为了所述目的而能够制造的内容。因此,有许多其它可能的组合和实施方式。通过使用在这里示出和说明的,遥控器41与灯部件50通信,以获得至少一个理想的光等级参数。本领域的普通技术人员将因此意识到在许多的和各种各样的设备中采用灯部件50的实施方式的好处。

Claims (9)

1、一种灯部件(50),包括:
反射器(52),限定光反射区域(53);
散热装置(54),限定电路外壳区域(55);
LED部件(20),布置在所述光反射区域(53)内并且与所述散热装置(54)热传递,以便将热量从所述LED部件(20)耗散出去,
所述LED部件(20)包括
至少一个LED(21),可用于响应于通过所述至少一个LED(21)的LED电流(ILED)的流动而发光,和
至少一个光功率传感器(22),可用于检测由所述至少一个LED(21)发出的光辐射;和
LED驱动器电路(30),布置在所述电路外壳区域(55)内,所述LED驱动器电路与所述LED部件(20)进行电通信,以控制通过所述至少一个LED(21)的LED电流(ILED)的流动作为由所述至少一个光功率传感器(22)进行的光辐射的检测的函数。
2、权利要求1的灯部件(50),其中所述LED驱动器电路(30)包括:
收发器(35),可用于接收与所述至少一个LED(21)的光辐射相关联的至少一个发光变量的通信,
其中通过所述至少一个LED(21)的LED电流(ILED)的流动是由所述至少一个光功率传感器(22)进行的光辐射的检测和由所述收发器(37)进行的至少一个发光变量的通信的接收的函数。
3、权利要求2的灯部件(50),还包括:
天线(36),可用于将至少一个发光变量的通信发射到所述收发器(35)。
4、权利要求2的灯部件(50),还包括:
控制器(31),与所述收发器(35)进行电通信,以便将表示至少一个发光变量的LED控制信号(CS5)传送到所述收发器(35)。
5、权利要求2的灯部件(50),其中所述LED驱动器电路(40)还包括:
差错检测器(37),用于生成表示检测到的光值(SLV)与理想光值(DLV)之间的差异的校正光值(CLV),检测到的光值(SLV)表示由所述至少一个光功率传感器(22)进行的光辐射的检测,理想光值(DLV)表示由所述收发器(35)进行的至少一个发光变量的通信的接收。
6、权利要求5的灯部件(50),其中所述LED驱动器电路(30)还包括:
控制器(31),与所述差错检测器(37)进行电通信,以接收校正光值(CLV),所述控制器(31)可用于生成LED控制信号(CS2)作为校正光值(CLV)的函数。
7、权利要求6的灯部件(50),其中所述LED驱动器电路(30)还包括:
电源电路(32),与所述控制器(31)进行电通信,以接收LED控制信号(CS2),所述电源电路(32)可用于引导通过所述至少一个LED(21)的LED电流(ILED)的流动作为LED控制信号(CS2)的函数。
8、权利要求1的灯部件(50),其中所述至少一个LED(21)包括多个LED阵列(LEDR,LEDG,LEDB,LEDA)。
9、一种灯部件(50),包括:
反射器(52),限定光反射区域(53);
散热装置(54),限定电路外壳区域(55);
LED部件(20),布置在所述光反射区域(53)内并且与所述散热装置(54)热传递,以便将热量从所述LED部件(20)耗散出去,
所述LED部件(20)包括
