Abstract

一电源驱动模组装置,其包括一散热装置及收容于该散热装置内的一电源驱动模组,该散热装置包括一内空的散热体及与散热体相对两端配合已将其密封的顶盖及底盖。与现有技术相比,本发明的电源驱动模组装置具有一散热装置,电源驱动模组散发的热量由该散热装置散发到周围空气中去,有效的降低了电源驱动模组的温度。

电源驱动模组装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电源驱动模组装置,特别是指一种具有散热性能的电源驱动模组装置。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,具有环保、亮度高、省电、寿命长等诸多特点已经被广泛的运用于各种领域。但是,发光二极管工作时其电源驱动模组装置会产生热量,特别是一些用于照明的大功率的发光二极管灯具。热量如若得不到及时的散发,易产生过热现象,从而损坏电源驱动模组装置。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种散热效果性能较好的电源驱动模组。
一电源驱动模组装置,其包括一散热装置及收容于该散热装置内的一电源驱动模组,该散热装置包括一内空的散热体及与散热体相对两端配合已将其密封的顶盖及底盖。
与现有技术相比,本发明的电源驱动模组装置具有一散热装置,电源驱动模组散发的热量由该散热装置散发到周围空气中去,有效的降低了电源驱动模组的温度。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,本发明的电源驱动模组装置包括一散热装置10及收容于该散热装置10内的一电源驱动模组20。
该散热装置10大致呈圆柱体状,包括一内空的圆筒状散热体13及分别与该散热体13上下两端配合以将其封闭的顶盖15及底盖11。
该散热体13由导热性能良好的铝材一体挤压制成,包括一环形套筒131及自该套筒131外侧表面呈放射状向外延伸的若干散热片133。这些散热片133自上而下设置且相互间隔。该套筒131的内侧表面自上而下均匀向内凸设有六凸棱(图未标)而使其外侧表面相应位置形成六凹槽135。
请同时参阅图3及图4,该顶盖15由导热金属制成,包括收容于散热体13套筒131内的一圆形底板151、自底板151边缘向上延伸的一连接壁153及自连接壁153边缘垂直向外延伸的一凸缘155。该底板151的中心装设有一内空的防水接头157。该防水接头157用于收容自电源驱动模组20延伸出的电线(图未示)及防止雨水进入散热体13。底板151及连接壁153收容于该散热体13内而凸缘155与散热体13的套筒131的顶端抵靠。
该底盖11为与散热体13底端对应的一圆形金属板体,其中心穿设有一防水接头111,用于收容自电源驱动模组20延伸出的电线(图未示)及防止雨水进入散热体13。该底盖11的外径较散热体13套筒131的的内径大,其边缘与散热体13的套筒131的底端抵靠。
组装时,先将电源驱动模组20固定在底盖11上,然后将六长螺钉依次穿过顶盖15的凸缘155、散热体13的凹槽135、底盖11的边缘并与六螺母40螺合而将该电源驱动模组装置组装在一起。二弹性密封圈50分别夹设在顶盖15与散热体13之间及底盖11与散热体13之间,用以加强该电源驱动模组装置的密封性。
使用时,电源驱动模组20产生热量。这些热量由底盖11、顶盖15及散热体13的套筒131吸收,套筒131吸收的热量进一步传递至其外侧的散热片133。最后,热量由散热片133、底盖11及顶盖15散发到周围的空气中去以冷却该电源驱动模组20。

Claims (7)

1.一电源驱动模组装置,其特征在于:包括一散热装置及收容于该散热装置内的一电源驱动模组,该散热装置包括一内空的散热体及与散热体相对两端配合已将其密封的顶盖及底盖。
2.如权利要求1所述的电源驱动模组装置,其特征在于:所述散热体由铝挤而成,其包括一套筒及自所述套筒外侧表面呈放射状向外延伸的若干散热片。
3.如权利要求2所述的电源驱动模组装置,其特征在于:该顶盖包括与散热体顶端对应的一底板、自底板边缘向上延伸的一连接壁及自连接壁边缘向外延伸的一凸缘,该底板的外径较散热体套筒的内径小,该底板及连接壁收容于该散热体内,该凸缘与散热体的套筒的顶端抵靠。
4.如权利要求3所述的电源驱动模组装置,其特征在于:该底盖为与散热体底端对应的一圆形金属板体,其边缘与散热体的套筒的底端抵靠。
5.如权利要求4所述的电源驱动模组装置,其特征在于:二弹性密封圈分别夹设在顶盖与散热体之间及底盖与散热体之间,用以加强该电源驱动模组装置的密封性。
6.如权利要求2所述的电源驱动模组装置,其特征在于:该顶盖的中心装设有一内空的防水接头,用于收容自电源驱动模组延伸出的电线及防止雨水进入散热体。
7.如权利要求2所述的电源驱动模组装置,其特征在于:该底盖的中心装设有一内空的防水接头,用于收容自电源驱动模组延伸出的电线及防止雨水进入散热体。
