Description

散熱器及使用該散熱器的發光二極體燈具
本發明涉及一種散熱裝置,特別涉及一種散熱器及使用該散熱器的發光二極體燈具。
由於發光二極體(Light Emitting Diode,LED)具有壽命長、發光效率高、體積小、污染低等優點,所以近年來其越來越多地被當作理想光源而廣泛應用於各種燈具。
隨著發光二極體功率的提高,其散熱問題亦不容忽視,若沒有及時將發光二極體所產生的熱量移除,將導致發光二極體壽命減短,甚至損壞。習知的發光二極體燈具通常於發光二極體上設有一散熱器,以將發光二極體的熱量較好的散發出去,該散熱器通常包括複數放射狀的散熱片,為了增加散熱片的個數提高散熱器的散熱性能,通常將散熱片製造的較薄,然而這種較薄的散熱片的邊緣很鋒利,容易對用戶造成損傷。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種安全係數高、散熱性能較好的散熱器及使用該散熱器的發光二極體燈具。
一種散熱器,包括複數放射狀的散熱片,每一散熱片的外側邊上向內彎折形成一折緣以形成光滑邊緣。
一種發光二極體燈具,包括燈座、與燈座連接的散熱器、設置於散熱器上的發光二極體模組,及與散熱器連接並罩設發光二極體模組的燈罩,所述散熱器包括複數放射狀的散熱片,每一散熱片的外側邊上向內彎折形成一折緣以形成光滑邊緣。
與習知技術相比,本發明發光二極體燈具通過在散熱器的各散熱片的外側邊上彎折形成折緣,即可以保證散熱器的各散熱片具有較薄的厚度,提高散熱器的散熱效率,又能防止使用者被刮傷,提高其安全係數。

如圖1所示,該發光二極體燈具100包括一燈座10、設於該燈座10上的一散熱器30及設於該散熱器30上的一燈罩50。
請同時參閱圖2及圖3,該燈座10包括一電連接頭12及一絕緣部14。所述電連接頭12套設於絕緣部14的頂端,用於與外部電源電連接以提供發光二極體燈具100工作所需的電能。所述絕緣部14的底端與散熱器30固定連接。
該散熱器30包括一基板32、一筒體34及複數散熱片36。所述基板32採用高導熱且電絕緣材料製成,如陶瓷等。優選地,所述陶瓷選自氧化鋁、氮化鋁或二者的混合物。該基板32包括一第一表面 320及與該第一表面320相對的一第二表面322。該第一表面320貼設於該散熱片36的底端,該第二表面322背向燈座10。該第二表面322上設有一發光二極體模組40,並形成有電路與發光二極體模組40電連接。優選地,該電路通過電鍍的方法形成在該基板32的第二表面322上。所述基板32的第二表面322環繞所述發光二極體模組40形成有一安裝槽321,該安裝槽321用於安裝所述燈罩50。所述基板32上還形成有至少一個通孔323。
所述散熱片36及筒體34設於基板32的第二表面322上。所述筒體34為一中空圓柱體。所述複數散熱片36相互間隔排列成一圓環狀,並自筒體34的外表面向外呈放射狀設置。請同時參閱圖4,每一散熱片36包括一本體360及分別由該本體360的頂端及底端向與其相鄰的散熱片36方向彎折延伸形成的一第一折邊361及一第二折邊362。該本體360靠近筒體34的內側邊363上設有一缺口365。 該缺口365設於本體360的頂端,其大致為矩形,以用於收容支撐所述筒體34。該內側邊363於該缺口365的下方向與其相鄰的散熱片36的方向彎折延伸形成一第三折邊366。所述第一折邊361、第二折邊362及第三折邊366分別由本體360同向垂直延伸,並使其末端分別抵靠於與其相鄰的散熱片36的本體360上,從而於各散熱片36的本體360之間形成一通道367。所述本體360的外側邊368彎折形成一折緣369。該折緣369由外側邊368向內彎折形成,其包括一具有光滑的外表面的連接部370及一貼設部372。該連接部370位於本體360的最外端,其外表面為平滑的弧形。該貼設部372與本體360相平行且相互抵靠。組裝時,該筒體34的頂端及第一折邊361與燈座10的絕緣部14固定連接,所述第二折邊362與基板32固定連接。
一電源模組20收容於散熱器30的筒體34內,其與燈座10上的電連接頭12及發光二極體模組40電連接,為發光二極體模組40提供驅動電壓。所述基板32上通孔323的設置可便於發光二極體模組40與電源模組20電連接。
燈罩50採用透明材料製成,如玻璃、塑膠等。燈罩50包括一固定部52及與該固定部52連接的一罩設部54。該固定部52用於與散熱器30固定連接,該罩設部54大致呈半球狀,罩射發光二極體模組40上。所述燈罩50還包括一個絕緣片53,所述絕緣片53位於所述固定部52的正中位置。
該發光二極體燈具100中,通過在散熱器30的各散熱片36的外側邊368上向內彎折形成折緣369,以形成對外的光滑表面,即可以保證散熱器30的各散熱片36具有較薄的厚度,提高散熱器30的散熱效率,又能防止使用者被刮傷,提高其安全係數。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種散熱器,包括複數放射狀的散熱片,其改良在於:每一散熱片的外側邊上向內彎折形成一折緣以形成光滑邊緣;每一散熱片包括一本體及分別由該本體的頂端與底端彎折延伸形成的一第一折邊及一第二折邊,所述散熱器還包括一筒體,所述缺口設於本體的頂端,所述筒體設於所述缺口內,所述內側邊的下方向與其相鄰的散熱片的方向彎折延伸形成一第三折邊。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述的散熱器,其中所述折緣包括一具有光滑的外表面的連接部及一貼設部,該連接部位於散熱片的最外端,該貼設部與散熱片相平行且相互抵靠。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的散熱器,其中所述連接部設於該本體的外側端,所述貼設部與該本體相平行抵靠。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述的散熱器,其中,所述複數散熱片相互間隔排列成一圓環狀,並自筒體的外表面向外呈放射狀設置。
  5. 一種發光二極體燈具,包括燈座、與燈座連接的散熱器、設置於散熱器上的發光二極體模組,及與散熱器連接並罩設發光二極體模組的燈罩,其改良在於:所述散熱器包括複數放射狀的散熱片,每一散熱片的外側邊上向內彎折形成一折緣;每一散熱片包括一本體及分別由該本體的頂端與底端彎折延伸形成的一第一折邊及一第二折邊,所述散熱器還包括一筒體,所述缺口設於本體的頂端,所述筒體設於該缺口內,所述內側邊於所述缺口的下方向與其相鄰的散熱片的方向彎折延伸形成一第三折邊。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的發光二極體燈具,其中所述折緣與其所在的 散熱片相平行且相互抵靠。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第5項或第6項所述的發光二極體燈具,其中,所述複數散熱片相互間隔排列成一圓環狀,並自所述筒體的外表面向外呈放射狀設置。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的發光二極體燈具,其中還包括一容置於筒體內的電源模組,該電源模組與發光二極體模組形成電連接。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述的發光二極體燈具,其中,所述折緣設於該本體的外側邊上。
