Abstract

一种散热器,包括若干放射状的散热片,每一散热片的外侧边上向内弯折形成一折缘以形成光滑边缘,既可以保证散热器的各散热片具有较薄的厚度,提高散热器的散热效率,又能防止使用者被刮伤。本发明还提供一种使用该散热器的发光二极管灯具。

散热器及使用该散热器的发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种散热装置,特别涉及一种散热器及使用该散热器的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
由于发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,LED)具有寿命长、发光效率高、体积小、污染低等优点,所以近年来其越来越多地被当作理想光源而广泛应用于各种灯具。
随着发光二极管功率的提高,其散热问题也不容忽视,若没有及时将发光二极管所产生的热量移除,将导致发光二极管寿命减短,甚至损坏。现有的发光二极管灯具通常于发光二极管上设有一散热器,以将发光二极管的热量较好的散发出去,该散热器通常包括若干放射状的散热片,为了增加散热片的个数提高散热器的散热性能,通常将散热片制造的较薄,然而这种较薄的散热片的边缘很锋利,容易对用户造成损伤。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种安全系数高、散热性能较好的散热器及使用该散热器的发光二极管灯具。
一种散热器,包括若干放射状的散热片,每一散热片的外侧边上向内弯折形成一折缘以形成光滑边缘。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括灯座、与灯座连接的散热器、设置于散热器上的发光二极管模组,及与散热器连接并罩设发光二极管模组的灯罩,所述散热器包括若干放射状的散热片,每一散热片的外侧边上向内弯折形成一折缘以形成光滑边缘。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具通过在散热器的各散热片的外侧边上弯折形成折缘,即可以保证散热器的各散热片具有较薄的厚度,提高散热器的散热效率,又能防止使用者被刮伤,提高其安全系数。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
如图1所示,该发光二极管灯具100包括一灯座10、设于该灯座10上的一散热器30及设于该散热器30上的一灯罩50。
请同时参阅图2及图3,该灯座10包括一电连接头12及一绝缘部14。所述电连接头12套设于绝缘部14的顶端,用于与外部电源电连接以提供发光二极管灯具100工作所需的电能。所述绝缘部14的底端与散热器30固定连接。
该散热器30包括一基板32、一筒体34及若干散热片36。所述基板32采用高导热且电绝缘材料制成,如陶瓷等。优选地,所述陶瓷选自氧化铝、氮化铝或二者的混合物。该基板32包括一第一表面320及与该第一表面320相对的一第二表面322。该第一表面320贴设于该散热片36的底端,该第二表面322背向灯座10。该第二表面322上设有一发光二极管模组40,并形成有电路与发光二极管模组40电连接。优选地,该电路通过电镀的方法形成在该基板32的第二表面322上。所述基板32的第二表面322环绕所述发光二极管模组40形成有一安装槽321,该安装槽321用于安装所述灯罩50。所述基板32上还形成有至少一个通孔323。
所述散热片36及筒体34设于基板32的第二表面322上。所述筒体34为一中空圆柱体。所述若干散热片36相互间隔排列成一圆环状,并自筒体34的外表面向外呈放射状设置。请同时参阅图4,每一散热片36包括一本体360及分别由该本体360的顶端及底端向与其相邻的散热片36方向弯折延伸形成的一第一折边361及一第二折边362。该本体360靠近筒体34的内侧边363上设有一缺口365。该缺口365设于本体360的顶端,其大致为矩形,以用于收容支撑所述筒体34。该内侧边363于该缺口365的下方向与其相邻的散热片36的方向弯折延伸形成一第三折边366。所述第一折边361、第二折边362及第三折边366分别由本体360同向垂直延伸,并使其末端分别抵靠于与其相邻的散热片36的本体360上,从而于各散热片36的本体360之间形成一通道367。所述本体360的外侧边368弯折形成一折缘369。该折缘369由外侧边368向内弯折形成,其包括一具有光滑的外表面的连接部370及一贴设部372。该连接部370位于本体360的最外端,其外表面为平滑的弧形。该贴设部372与本体360相平行且相互抵靠。组装时,该筒体34的顶端及第一折边361与灯座10的绝缘部14固定连接,所述第二折边362与基板32固定连接。
一电源模组20收容于散热器30的筒体34内,其与灯座10上的电连接头12及发光二极管模组40电连接,为发光二极管模组40提供驱动电压。所述基板32上通孔323的设置可便于发光二极管模组40与电源模组20电连接。
灯罩50采用透明材料制成,如玻璃、塑料等。灯罩50包括一固定部52及与该固定部52连接的一罩设部54。该固定部52用于与散热器30固定连接,该罩设部54大致呈半球状,罩射发光二极管模组40上。
该发光二极管灯具100中,通过在散热器30的各散热片36的外侧边368上向内弯折形成折缘369,以形成对外的光滑表面,即可以保证散热器30的各散热片36具有较薄的厚度,提高散热器30的散热效率,又能防止使用者被刮伤,提高其安全系数。

Claims (10)

1.一种散热器,包括若干放射状的散热片,其特征在于:每一散热片的外侧边上向内弯折形成一折缘以形成光滑边缘。
2.如权利要求1所述的散热器,其特征在于:所述折缘包括一具有光滑的外表面的连接部及一贴设部,该连接部位于散热片的最外端,该贴设部与散热片相平行且相互抵靠。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的散热器,其特征在于:每一散热片包括一本体及分别由该本体的顶端与底端弯折延伸形成的一第一折边及一第二折边,所述连接部设于该本体的外侧端,所述贴设部与该本体相平行抵靠。
4.如权利要求3所述的散热器,其特征在于:所述散热器还包括一筒体,所述若干散热片相互间隔排列成一圆环状,所述筒体设于该圆环状的中心。
5.如权利要求4所述的散热器,其特征在于:所述本体的内侧边上设有一缺口,所述筒体设于该缺口内。
6.一种发光二极管灯具,包括灯座、与灯座连接的散热器、设置于散热器上的发光二极管模组,及与散热器连接并罩设发光二极管模组的灯罩,其特征在于:所述散热器包括若干放射状的散热片,每一散热片的外侧边上向内弯折形成一折缘。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述折缘与其所在的散热片相平行且相互抵靠。
8.如权利要求6或7所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器还包括一筒体,所述若干散热片相互间隔排列成一圆环状,所述筒体设于该圆环状的中心。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一容置于筒体内的驱动电路模组,该驱动电路模组与发光二极管模组形成电连接。
10.如权利要求8项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一散热片包括一本体及分别由该本体的顶端与底端弯折延伸形成的一第一折边及一第二折边,所述折缘设于该本体的外侧边上,所述本体的内侧边上设有一缺口,所述筒体设于该缺口内。
