技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为一种新兴的第三代光源,虽然现在还不能大规模取代传统的白炽灯,但是其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点,而普遍被市场看好。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有的光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
传统的发光二极管灯具通常暴露在空气中使用,这就要求该发光二极管不受外界环境如雨水等的影响,为了使发光二极管免受外界环境的影响,通常将发光二极管或其模组密封在封闭的空间内。同时,随着发光二极管或其模组的功率、亮度的增大,其产生的热量也越来越大,若不能妥善解决发光二极管的发热问题,则发光二极管灯具的工作寿命将受到严重影响。因此,业界通常在发光二极管模组上安装一散热器对其进行散热。
然而,传统的发光二极管灯具在加工和装配过程中,难免会产生加工误差和装配误差使得该发光二极管灯具能够满足密封要求,却不具有良好的散热效果,或者该发光二极管灯具能够满足散热需求,却不具有良好的密封性,从而影响发光二极管的性能。因此该发光二极管灯具需要进一步地改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种同时具有良好的散热效果和密封性的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括若干发光二极管模组、一供所述发光二极管模组贴设的散热器、分别安装于所述散热器相对两端的一上灯盖及一下灯盖以及一将发光二极管模组及散热器罩设其内且位于所述上灯盖及下灯盖之间的灯罩,若干螺钉穿设于所述上灯盖及散热器的一端,若干套设有弹性元件的杆体穿设于所述下灯盖及散热器的另一端,二密封圈分别夹置于所述灯罩与上灯盖及灯罩与下灯盖之间;当朝向所述散热器旋拧所述螺钉时,所述弹性元件与杆体之间产生相对运动,进而使所述散热器与所述上灯盖和下灯盖紧密贴合以及二密封圈夹紧于所述灯罩与上灯盖及灯罩与下灯盖之间。
与现有技术相比,本发明发光二极管灯具通过朝向所述散热器旋拧所述螺钉,所述弹性元件与杆体之间产生相对运动,使所述散热器与所述上灯盖和下灯盖紧密贴合以及二密封圈夹紧于所述灯罩与上灯盖及灯罩与下灯盖之间,从而本发明发光二极管灯具不仅具有良好的散热效果而且具有良好的密封性。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1和图2,其揭示本发明一实施方式的发光二极管灯具,该发光二极管灯具用于户外照明,其包括一散热器10、贴设于该散热器10表面的若干发光二极管模组20、一将该发光二极管模组20及散热器10罩设其内的灯罩30、盖设于该灯罩30上下两端的上灯盖40和下灯盖50及一承载该上、下灯盖40、50及灯罩30的灯座60。所述上下灯盖40、50及灯罩30共同形成一密闭的空间,将该散热器10及发光二极管模组20收容在该密闭的空间内。一驱动电路模组70容置于所述灯座60内并与所述发光二极管模组20电性连接。
请参阅图2,所述散热器10由导热性能良好的材料如铜、铝等金属材料一体形成。该散热器10为一方形柱状结构,其包括一位于该散热器10中心的导热体12及自该导热体12的外围沿其径向向外延伸的若干导热臂14。所述导热体12为一圆筒状导热筒体。所述若干导热臂14关于所述导热体12中心轴线均匀对称地分布,且其具体数量根据具体应用中的所述发光二极管模组20数量决定,在本实施例中,该导热臂14的数量为四。这些导热臂14的延长线相交于该导热体12的中心轴线。每一导热臂14向其相对两侧垂直延伸有一对第一散热鳍片140及若干对第二散热鳍片142,每一对散热鳍片140、142对称地分布于该导热臂14两侧,且这些对散热鳍片140、142相互平行且间隔设置。每对第一散热鳍片140位于所述散热器10的最外侧且对称地分布于该导热臂14的末端,且每对第一散热鳍片140的外表面形成一矩形平面144以供所述发光二极管模组20贴设。位于同一导热臂14上的第一散热鳍片140的长度短于与其相邻的第二散热鳍片142的长度。位于同一导热臂14上的第二散热鳍片142的长度由该导热臂14靠近该导热体12的一端向远离该导热体12的另一端递增。该散热器10导热臂14的两端均开设有一螺纹盲孔146。一呈方形的导热片90盖于该散热器10的顶端,并于对应该散热器10顶端的螺纹盲孔146的位置处开设若干穿置孔92。该导热片90由导热性能良好的材料制成,以便更好地将散热器10上的热传递到所述上灯盖40上。
请参阅图2,所述发光二极管模组20包括一矩形状电路板22及安装于该电路板22上的若干发光二极管24。该电路板22的底端设有供该发光二极管模组20与所述驱动电路模组70电性连接的接头26。该发光二极管模组20通过若干螺钉80锁固于所述散热器10上并使电路板22贴置于该散热器10的平面144上。
请参阅图2,所述灯罩30由透明或半透明材料一体形成,如玻璃等。该灯罩30为一上端开口大且下端开口小的筒形。若干条形凸起32由该灯罩30的内壁沿着该灯罩30的中心轴线方向延伸且同时沿着该灯罩30的径向向内延伸而成。这些条形凸起32关于该灯罩30的中心轴线对称分布。这些凸起32起到散光的作用。该灯罩30的顶部边缘向外水平延伸有一折边34以供所述上灯盖40搭接之用。该灯罩30将所述散热器10和发光二极管模组20罩设其中。
请同时参阅图3,所述上灯盖40包括一呈圆盘形的板体42及自该板体42向上垂直延伸的若干散热片44。这些散热片44以该板体42的中心为轴心均匀且呈放射状的分布于该板体42的上表面。这些散热片44的内缘远离该板体42的中心而形成一位于该板体42的中心且其横截面大致呈方形的开口46。与该开口46对应的板体42上开设有若干通孔420,且这些通孔420与所述导热片90上的穿置孔92相对应。每一散热片44的高度沿着由该开口46到该板体42边缘的方向递减。该板体42的底部靠近边缘处开设一收容槽422用以收容所述灯罩30的折边34。一密封圈100夹置于该上灯盖40收容槽422与该灯罩30的折边34之间起到密封的作用。
请同时参阅图2和图3,所述下灯盖50为一圆盘壳体。该下灯盖50的顶部中心处向下凹陷形成一容置槽52用以收容所述散热器10的底部。与该容置槽52对应的下灯盖50开设有若干通孔502,这些通孔502与所述散热器10的底端的螺纹盲孔146对应。在这些通孔502与容置槽52的侧壁520之间对应开设有方形孔504以方便所述驱动电路模组70的接线穿过这些方形孔504进而与贴设于该散热器10的发光二极管模组20的接头26电性连接。一槽口朝上的收容槽54形成于该容置槽52的外围,且与该容置槽52间隔设置。一圆环形的密封圈110收容于该收容槽54内。所述灯罩30的底端插入该收容槽54内,并将该密封圈110夹在该灯罩30的底端与收容槽54之间以起到防水密封的作用。该下灯盖50的底部靠近边缘处设有若干凸柱56,每个凸柱56的中心开设有螺纹孔560。这些凸柱56均匀对称地分布于该下灯盖50的底部。
所述灯座60包括一底座62及一收容于该底座62内的容置筒64。该容置筒64包括一筒体640及自该筒体640顶端向外水平延伸的一筒边642,该筒边642均匀间隔开设若干定位孔644、646。这些定位孔646与所述下灯盖50底部凸柱56的螺纹孔560相对应。
所述底座62为一筒状壳体结构而形成一容置空间620,该容置空间620用以收容所述容置筒64的筒体640。该底座62的顶端设有供容置筒64的筒边642搭接之用的若干承载柱622,这些承载柱622与所述容置筒64的定位孔644对应。每个承载柱622开设有螺纹孔6220。
请参阅图2至图4,所述发光二极管灯具还包括若干将所述散热器10与所述下灯盖50固定的紧固件120。在本实施例中,每一紧固件120包括一螺纹杆体122,一套置于该螺纹杆体122上的弹簧124及一容置该弹簧124的壳体126。在其他实施例中,该紧固件120可缺少容置该弹簧124的壳体126。在本实施例中,该壳体126包括一围绕于该弹簧124外围的圆柱形侧壁1260及自该侧壁1260上下两端垂直向内一体延伸的一顶壁1262和一底壁1264。该弹簧124抵靠于该底壁1264上。该螺纹杆体122的一端一体连接有一头部128,其另一端穿过该壳体126的底壁1264。该头部128包括一操作部1280及自该操作部1280的底部水平向外延伸的一挡止部1282。该挡止部1282容置于该壳体126内。当该紧固件120处于倒置状态,该操作部1280凸露出该壳体126的顶壁1262,该挡止部1282抵靠于该顶壁1262上。该紧固件120通过壳体126将弹簧124套设于该螺纹杆体122上,使得弹簧124、螺纹杆体122和壳体126成为一体。在该紧固件120使用过程中,该螺纹杆体122可根据实际情况需要在壳体126内沿着该壳体126的中心轴线移动。该紧固件120的弹簧124可以换成其他弹性元件。
本发明一实施方式的发光二极管灯具装配过程中,所述散热器10和发光二极管20通过螺钉80锁合在一起,并将该发光二极管20的接头26对准所述下灯盖50的方形孔504使该散热器10与该发光二极管20的接头26收容于该下灯盖50的容置槽52内。若干紧固件120穿过该下灯盖50的通孔502并与开设于该散热器10底端的螺纹盲孔146相锁合,使该散热器10固定在该下灯盖50上。所述容置筒64的筒体640收容于所述底座62的容置空间620内,并使该容置筒64的筒边642搭接在该底座62的承载柱622上,同时将该容置筒64的定位孔644与开设于承载柱622上的螺纹孔6220相对应。若干螺钉穿过定位孔644与螺纹孔6220螺锁,这样,所述灯座60安装完成。然后,所述驱动电路模组70安装于该容置筒64的筒体640内,并将下灯盖50底部凸柱56的螺纹孔560与该容置筒64筒边642的定位孔646对应,螺钉穿过该定位孔646与该螺纹孔560锁合,这样装有散热器10和发光二极管模组20的下灯盖50即安装于底座60上。所述灯罩30的底端收容于该下灯盖50的收容槽54内,并将所述密封圈110夹在该灯罩30的底端与收容槽54之间。若干螺钉48依次穿过所述上灯盖40板体42上的通孔420和所述导热片90上的穿置孔92与所述散热器10顶端的螺纹盲孔146锁合,从而使该导热片90夹置于上灯盖40的板体42与散热器10的顶端,并同时与上灯盖40的板体42和该散热器10的顶端紧紧贴合。同时,该上灯盖40搭接于该灯罩30的折边34上并将所述密封圈100夹置于该上灯盖40与该灯罩30的折边34之间起到密封的作用。此时,该散热器10与发光二极管20容置于上灯盖40、灯罩30和下灯盖50所组成的密封的空间内。此时,本发明发光二极管灯具组装完成。
与现有技术相比,所述发光二极管灯具的螺钉48与紧固件120将该上灯盖40、下灯盖50和灯罩30组成一空间以收容散热器10及发光二极管模组20,密封圈100压在上灯盖40与灯罩30的折边34之间;密封圈110通过灯罩30底端压在下灯盖50的收容槽54内,从而将上灯盖40、下灯盖50和灯罩30组成的空间变成密封的空间,以防止雨水、灰尘等影响发光二极管模组20工作性能或者寿命。所述发光二极管灯具在散热器10顶端与上灯盖40的板体42之间夹置一由导热性能良好的材料制成的导热片90,该导热片90同时与上灯盖40的板体42和该散热器10的顶端紧紧贴合,使得由发光二极管模组20产生的热从散热器10很快地传递到上灯盖40的板体42上,进而散发到周围的空气中。由于所述紧固件120的螺纹杆体122在壳体126内沿着该壳体126的中心轴线移动,在该上灯盖40的板体42未与导热片90和散热器10的顶端紧密贴合的情况下,或者在该上灯盖40的板体42未压紧密封圈100的情况下,再或者该上灯盖40的板体42即未与导热片90和散热器10的顶端紧密贴合又未压紧密封圈100的情况下,旋拧锁合上灯盖40的螺钉48,使得紧固件120的螺纹杆体122相对于壳体126向上移动,并使上灯盖40的板体42即与导热片90和散热器10的顶端紧密贴合又压紧密封圈100,这样螺钉48与紧固件120的配合使得本发明发光二极管灯具即具有良好的散热效果又具有良好的密封性。

Claims (10)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括若干发光二极管模组,一供所述发光二极管模组贴设的散热器,其特征在于:还包括分别安装于所述散热器相对两端的一上灯盖及一下灯盖以及一将发光二极管模组及散热器罩设其内且位于所述上灯盖及下灯盖之间的灯罩,若干螺钉穿设于所述上灯盖及散热器的一端,若干紧固件穿设于所述下灯盖及散热器的另一端,所述紧固件包括一螺纹杆体、套设于该螺纹杆体上的弹性元件、位于该螺纹杆体一端的头部及包覆该弹性元件与头部的壳体,所述螺纹杆体穿过所述壳体,二密封圈分别夹置于所述灯罩与上灯盖及灯罩与下灯盖之间;当朝向所述散热器旋拧所述螺钉时,所述螺纹杆体相对于壳体向上移动,进而使所述散热器与所述上灯盖和下灯盖紧密贴合以及二密封圈夹紧于所述灯罩与上灯盖及灯罩与下灯盖之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述上灯盖及下灯盖均开设有收容槽,所述二密封圈分别收容于所述上灯盖及下灯盖的收容槽内,所述灯罩的相对两端分别容置于所述收容槽内并将所述二密封圈夹置其间。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:还包括一导热片,所述导热片夹置于所述上灯盖与散热器之间用以将所述散热器上的热量传递到所述上灯盖。
4.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述上灯盖包括一呈圆盘形的板体及自该板体向上垂直延伸的若干散热片,这些散热片以该板体的中心为轴心均匀且呈放射状的分布于该板体上。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热片的内缘远离所述板体的中心而形成一位于该板体的中心的开口。
