Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架、位于该灯架上的一散热器、贴设于该散热器底面上的若干发光二极管模组及盖置于所述散热器的底面上并罩设所述发光二极管模组的一灯罩,所述灯罩周缘向外延伸形成有一结合缘,所述灯架包括一端部及由端部两侧同向延伸而出的二侧边,灯架相对于端部的另一端形成一开口部,灯架的底端向内延伸出一承载部,灯架内侧向内凸伸出若干凸片,所述灯罩及散热器从灯架开口部插入灯架内,且所述散热器与灯罩结合缘夹置于灯架承载部与凸片之间。与现有技术相比,上述发光二极管灯具的散热器及灯罩一同穿设于灯架上,该灯架的凸片与承载部对应夹置该散热器及灯罩,从而固定散热器及灯罩,使得发光二极管灯具的整体密封性良好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,简称LED),它利用半导体芯片作为发光源,通过载流子发生复合放出过剩的能量而引起光子发射,而产生红、蓝等各种颜色的光,发光二极管照明产品就是利用发光二极管作为光源器件制造出来的,其具有工作寿命长、节能、环保等优点。目前由发光二极管组成的模块已经可以产生大功率、高亮度的光源。发光二极管作为一种新兴的第三代光源,被市场普遍所看好,将取代现有白炽灯而广泛用于室内外照明。
在一些专业用途如作为户外照明设备时,发光二极管模组接触水、灰尘等杂质会导致使用寿命缩短甚至损毁,因此,发光二极管灯具通常会经过密封处理以能在诸如雨、雪天气等自然环境下正常工作。现有的发光二极管灯具在使用中一般通过胶水将灯罩固定到灯架或散热器上,并实现密封灯罩与灯架之间的缝隙从而起到密封作用。虽然现有的发光二极管灯具的密封结构具备一定的密封功能,但是这种通过胶水将灯罩固定至灯架或散热器的方式不便于发光二极管灯具的组装,且在胶水密封后,灯罩基本不能从灯架或散热器上拆除,而不便于该发光二极管灯具的维修保养。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种便于拆、装且密封良好的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架、位于该灯架上的一散热器、贴设于该散热器底面上的若干发光二极管模组及盖置于所述散热器的底面上并罩设所述发光二极管模组的一灯罩,所述灯罩周缘向外延伸形成有一结合缘,所述灯架包括一端部及由端部两侧同向延伸而出的二侧边,灯架相对于端部的另一端形成一开口部,灯架的底端向内延伸出一承载部,灯架内侧向内凸伸出若干凸片,所述灯罩及散热器从灯架开口部插入灯架内,且所述散热器与灯罩结合缘夹置于灯架承载部与凸片之间。
与现有技术相比,上述发光二极管灯具的散热器及灯罩一同穿设于灯架上,该灯架的凸片与承载部对应夹置该散热器及灯罩,从而固定散热器及灯罩,使得发光二极管灯具的拆、装便捷,且配合牢固,不仅整体密封性良好,而且便于维护保养。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1及图2,本发明一实施例的发光二极管灯具包括一灯架10、穿设于该灯架10上的一散热器20、贴设于该散热器20底面上的若干发光二极管模组30、对应覆盖所述发光二极管模组30的一导光板40及穿设于所述灯架10内并罩设所述发光二极管模组30与导光板40的一灯罩50。
请同时参阅图3,上述灯架10由一金属片体一体弯折而成,其包括一纵长框架12、由该框架12底部向内延伸而出的一承载部14及由该框架12的内侧壁向内凸伸而出的若干凸片16。所述框架12整体上呈U形,其包括一竖直的矩形端部120及由该端部120相对两侧同向弯折延伸而出的二相互平行的竖置侧边122。该框架12于端部120相对的另一端形成一矩形开口部124。所述承载部14由框架12的整个底部边缘水平向内延伸,用以承接所述灯罩50。所述凸片16由该框架12的内侧壁靠近底部处相互间隔垂直凸伸而出。这些凸片16处于同一平面(未标示)上且靠近并平行于所述承载部14。每一凸片16上形成有一垂直贯通该凸片16的通孔160,用以供固定件如螺钉100穿过而将所述散热器20及灯罩50固定安装于所述灯架10上。在本实施例中,所述凸片16的数量为十六,其中两个凸片16形成于框架12的端部120的内侧壁上,其它十四个凸片16分别均匀形成于框架12的二侧边122的内侧壁上。
上述散热器20由导热性能良好的金属如铜、铝或合金等材料一体制成,其包括一矩形基板22、由该基板22的顶面延伸而出的若干散热鳍片24及由该基板22的底面凸伸而出的若干支架26。所述散热鳍片24沿所述基板22的纵长方向延伸且相互平行间隔设立。每一所述支架26包括由所述基板22底面向下相向倾斜延伸的二支板(未标示)。该二支板相交于基板22的中间位置,从而使所述支架26的横街面呈V形。所述发光二极管模组30对应贴置于所述支架26的二支板的外侧面上,使得发光二极管模组30的照射范围加大。在本实施例中,所述支架26的数量为三,相互间隔且沿所述基板22的纵长方向排成一列,每一支架26的一侧壁上并排设置二发光二极管模组30。
上述每一发光二极管模组30包括一矩形电路板32及贴置于该电路板32上的若干发光二极管34。这些发光二极管34沿所述电路板32的纵长方向呈线形排列,以将发光时产生的热量均匀地传递至所述散热器20上。
上述导光板40在形状上与所述支架26相对应,以盖置于所述散热器20的支架26上并对应覆盖所述发光二极管模组30。该导光板40上形成有若干向内凹陷的导光孔42。这些导光孔42在数量上及位置上与装置于支架26上的所述发光二极管34相对应,以使每一发光二极管34对应穿置于一导光孔42内,从而改变其出光方向。
上述灯罩50为一长方体状罩体54,其面向散热器20的一面开设有开口(未标示),该灯罩50的顶部边缘向外水平延伸有环绕所述开口的矩形环状结合缘52。所述结合缘52的顶面上开设有沿该结合缘52延伸的一矩形环状的连续凹槽(未标示),一密封垫圈56刚好容置其中。所述灯罩50可由玻璃、塑料等透明材料一体制成。
请同时参阅图1至图4,组装上述发光二极管灯具时,所述发光二极管模组30及导光板40与所述散热器20相固定安装,所述灯罩50对应盖置于该散热器20的底面上并罩设所述发光二极管模组30及导光板40,该灯罩50及散热器20一起自所述灯架10的开口部124穿入并滑行直至抵靠该灯架10的端部122,其中灯罩50的结合缘52的底面抵压在灯架10的承载部14的顶面上,所述散热器20压置于所述灯罩50的结合缘52的顶面上,所述凸片16与承载部14对应夹置所述散热器20的边缘及灯罩50的结合缘52,十六个螺钉100对应螺合于并穿过十六个凸片16的通孔160,而抵压在所述散热器20的顶面上,从而将所述散热器20及灯罩50固定于所述灯架10上。
与现有技术相比,上述发光二极管灯具的散热器20及灯罩50一同穿设于所述灯架10上,该灯架10的承载部14及凸片16相配合对应夹置该散热器20的边缘及灯罩50的结合缘52,通过螺钉100的锁固即可固定该散热器20及灯罩50,拆、装便捷,且配合牢固,不仅发光二极管灯具的整体密封性良好,而且便于该发光二极管灯具的维护保养。
Claims (10)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,包括一灯架、位于该灯架上的一散热器、贴设于该散热器底面上的若干发光二极管模组及盖置于所述散热器的底面上并罩设所述发光二极管模组的一灯罩,其特征在于:所述灯罩周缘向外延伸形成有一结合缘,所述灯架包括一端部及由端部两侧同向延伸而出的二侧边,灯架相对于端部的另一端形成一开口部,灯架的底端向内延伸出一承载部,灯架内侧向内凸伸出若干凸片,所述灯罩及散热器从灯架开口部插入灯架内,且所述散热器与灯罩结合缘夹置于灯架承载部与凸片之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯罩结合缘承接在承载部上,所述散热器的边缘贴合于灯罩的结合缘之上且压制在凸片之下。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一凸片上对应穿设有螺钉,该螺钉与凸片相螺合并穿过该凸片而抵压在所述散热器的顶面上。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器及灯罩自所述灯架的开口部穿入,并沿灯架的承载部滑行至抵靠该灯架的端部。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述承载部由所述灯架的整个底部边缘水平向内延伸而出。
6.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述凸片分别由所述灯架的端部、二侧边凸伸而出。
7.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述凸片相互间隔设置,处于同一平面上且平行于所述承载部。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一矩形基板,由该基板的顶面延伸而出的若干散热鳍片及由该基板的底面凸伸而出的若干支架。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一支架包括由所述基板底面向下相向倾斜延伸的二支板,该二支板相交于基板的下方,从而使所述支架的横街面呈V形,所述发光二极管模组对应贴置于二支板的外侧面上。
10.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述结合缘的顶面上开设有沿该结合缘延伸的一环状凹槽,该凹槽中荣置有一密封垫圈。
