Claims (12)
- LED素子と、このLED素子をドライブするための電子ドライブ装置と、ヒートシンクとを備え、
前記ヒートシンクは、
前記電子ドライブ装置のためのケースを形成すると共に、
定められた配向に前記LED素子を前記ヒートシンクに結合し、よって前記ヒートシンクに直接前記LED素子を取り付けるための多数の第1基準要素を備えた、前記ヒートシンクの前面上に設けられたレセプタクルと、
前記電子ドライブ装置の少なくとも一部を囲むためのキャビティと、
LED照明モジュールを二次光学系に結合するための多数の第2基準要素とを備え、
前記第1基準要素は、前記LED素子と前記ヒートシンクとの間の前記レセプタクルのノッチであり、
前記第2基準要素は、前記ヒートシンクの前記前面に平行な基準平面内に位置する少なくとも3つの基準突起を備える、LED照明モジュール。 - 前記ヒートシンクの前記前面と反対の背面に前方キャビティが位置する、請求項1記載のLED照明モジュール。
- 前記電子ドライブ装置を囲む前記キャビティをカバーする後部カバーを備える、請求項1又は請求項2記載のLED照明モジュール。
- 前記後部カバーに前記電子ドライブ装置が取り付けられている、請求項3記載のLED照明モジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンク要素に前記後部カバーが強固に接合されている、請求項3又は請求項4記載のLED照明モジュール。
- 前記後部カバーは、前記LED照明モジュールを電源に電気的に接合するためのコネクタを備える、請求項3乃至5の何れか1項に記載のLED照明モジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクを通って前記ヒートシンクの前面まで突出するリード要素により、前記電子ドライブ装置に前記LED素子が電気的に接続されている、請求項3乃至6の何れか1項に記載のLED照明モジュール。
- 前記ヒートシンクと共に前記後部カバーを組み立てるときに、前記電子ドライブ装置と前記LED素子とを電気的に接続するための剛性コンタクト要素、または前記LED素子と前記電子ドライブ装置との間にリード要素を機械的に支持する剛性支持要素を前記後部カバーが含む、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載のLED照明モジュール。
- 単一のLED素子を備える、請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載のLED照明モジュール。
- 前記単一のLED素子は、前記ヒートシンクの前面の中心に配置される、請求項9記載のLED照明モジュール。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載のLED照明モジュールを備える照明アセンブリ。
- 前記照明アセンブリは、前記基準平面内で前記LED照明モジュールに対する基準となるように前記LED照明モジュールの第2基準要素に対応する溝を備える、請求項1記載のLED照明モジュールを備えた、請求項11記載の照明アセンブリ。
