Abstract
一种发光二极管灯具包括一灯框、固定于该灯框上并由内到外逐圈套设的若干散热器及若干发光单元,该若干发光单元与该若干散热器一一对应,每一散热器包括固定至灯框的安装面以及与该安装面相对设置的吸热面,每一发光单元设置于相对应的散热器的吸热面上,每一内圈的散热器的吸热面沿远离灯框方向突出于相邻的外圈散热器的吸热面。与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具光源整体呈倒锥形立体状,使得整个发光二极管灯具的照射范围扩大,且每一散热器均可直接将相应的发光单元所产生的热量传递到灯框上,这可提高每一发光单元的散热效率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明装置,特别涉及一种发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管光源作为新兴光源,其具有工作寿命长、环保、省电、寿命长等诸多特点。而且,目前由发光二极管组成的模块能产生大功率、高亮度的光源,因此将广泛地、革命性地取代传统的白炽灯等现有光源,进而成为符合节能环保主题的主要光源。
通常,发光二极管灯具中的发光二极管分布于一个平面上,其整个灯具为二维平面光源,其照射范围较小。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种照射范围更大的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具包括一灯框、固定于该灯框上并由内到外逐圈套设的若干散热器及若干发光单元,该若干发光单元与该若干散热器一一对应,每一散热器包括固定至灯框的安装面以及与该安装面相对设置的吸热面,每一发光单元设置于相对应的散热器的吸热面上,每一内圈的散热器的吸热面沿远离灯框方向突出于相邻的外圈散热器的吸热面。
一种发光二极管灯具,包括第一散热器、第二散热器、第一发光单元、第二发光单元、灯框及灯罩,灯罩罩设于灯框上以在灯罩与灯框之间形成容纳第一散热器及第二散热器的空间,第一散热器及第二散热器分别包括相对设置的吸热面及安装面,第一发光单元设于第一散热器的吸热面上,第二发光单元设于第二散热器的吸热面上,第一散热器开设自其吸热面贯通至其安装面的通孔,第二散热器收容于第一散热器的通孔中,第二散热器的吸热面突出第一散热器之外且朝向灯罩,每一散热器的安装面分别固定于灯框上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管灯具光源整体呈倒锥形立体状,使得整个发光二极管灯具的照射范围扩大,且每一散热器均可直接将相应的发光单元所产生的热量传递到灯框上,这可提高每一发光单元的散热效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,发光二极管灯具10包括灯杆11、灯框12、发光模组15及透明灯罩14。灯杆11位于灯框12的上方,作为发光二极管灯具10的悬挂连接部。透明灯罩14位于灯框12下方且罩设于灯框12的外缘,灯框12与透明灯罩14共同形成一收容空间141以收容发光模组15。
请一并参阅图2,灯杆11包括基板111及连接柱112,连接柱112由基板111的中央向上延伸而成,连接柱112的中央开设收容孔113。基板111设置三个安装孔114,该三个安装孔114对称分布于连接柱112的周围。
灯框12由铝等导热材料制成,灯框12呈圆板状,其包括相对设置的第一安装面121及第二安装面122,第一安装面121朝向透明灯罩14一侧,其用于固定发光模组15。第二安装面122的中央设置筒状收容部123,驱动电源(图未示)收容于该收容部123中,收容部123的外圆周面124沿径向向外延伸形成若干散热鳍片125。灯框12的第二安装面122设置三个固定部126,该三个固定部126对称分布于该收容部123的周围。
请一并参阅图3及图4,发光模组15包括三个发光单元16及三个由内到外逐圈间隔套设的散热器(第三散热器19、第二散热器18及第一散热器17),其中第三散热器19位于最内圈,第一散热器17位于最外圈,第二散热器18嵌设于第一散热器17及第三散热器19之间。该三个发光单元16与该三个散热器17、18、19一一对应,每一发光单元16设置于相对应的散热器上。每一发光单元16包括电路板161及若干发光二极管162,每一电路板161呈圆环状,其贴附于相对应的散热器的吸热面上,该若干发光二极管162间隔环设于电路板161上。每一散热器17、18、19分别包括本体171、181、191及若干散热鳍片172、182、192,本体171、181、191呈圆筒状,其包括相对设置的吸热面175、185、195及安装面176、186、196,每一散热器17、18、19的安装面176、186、196均直接固定于灯框12上,每一散热器17、18、19的吸热面175、185、195均朝向透明灯罩14一侧,每一内圈的散热器的吸热面沿远离灯框12方向突出于相邻的外圈散热器的吸热面,即第三散热器19的吸热面195沿远离灯框12方向突出于第二散热器18的吸热面185,第二散热器18的吸热面185沿远离灯框12方向突出于第一散热器17的吸热面175。本体171、181、191的中央开设一通孔173、183、193,该若干散热鳍片172、182、192分别由本体171、181、191的外圆周面174、184、194沿径向向外延伸而成。第二散热器18的外径小于第一散热器17的通孔173的直径,第二散热器18收容于第一散热器17的通孔173中,且其吸热面185突出于第一散热器17之外,第二散热器18的散热鳍片182与第一散热器17的内壁177之间相互间隔一定距离。第三散热器19的外径小于第二散热器18的通孔183的直径,第三散热器19收容于第二散热器18的通孔183中,且其吸热面195突出于第二散热器18之外,第三散热器19的散热鳍片192与第二散热器18的内壁187之间相互间隔一定距离。
灯杆11的基板111与灯框12的固定部126通过螺钉(图未示)固定连接,每一散热器17、18、19的安装面176、186、196均固定于灯框12的第一安装面121上,由于三个散热器17、18、19的吸热面175、185、195沿灯框12到透明灯罩14的方向逐一靠近透明灯罩14,故三个发光单元16的发光二极管162沿灯框12到透明灯罩14的方向逐一靠近透明灯罩14,整个发光二极管灯具10的光源整体呈倒锥形立体状,使得整个发光二极管灯具10的照射范围扩大。另,每一发光单元16分别与一个独立的散热器17、18、19连接,且每一散热器17、18、19的安装面176、186、196均固定于灯框12上,每一散热器17、18、19均可直接将相应的发光单元16所产生的热量传递到灯框12上,这可提高每一发光单元16的散热效率。
Claims (10)
1.一种发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,包括一灯框、固定于该灯框上并由内到外逐圈套设的若干散热器及若干发光单元,该若干发光单元与该若干散热器一一对应,每一散热器包括固定至灯框的安装面以及与该安装面相对设置的吸热面,每一发光单元设置于相对应的散热器的吸热面上,每一内圈的散热器的吸热面沿远离灯框方向突出于相邻的外圈散热器的吸热面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,每一散热器包括一本体,该本体呈筒状,每一本体的外周面沿径向向外呈放射状突设形成若干散热鳍片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,所述灯框由导热材料制成,其包括相对设置的第一安装面及第二安装面,该若干散热器均固定于灯框的第一安装面,第二安装面设置若干散热鳍片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,所述灯框的第二安装面中央设置筒状的收容部,灯框的散热鳍片由该收容部的外周面上沿径向向外延伸形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,该灯具还包括一灯杆,灯框的第二安装面设置若干固定部,该若干固定部对称分布于该收容部的周围,灯杆与该若干固定部固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,还包括一透明灯罩,该透明灯罩罩设于灯框上,该透明灯罩与灯框共同形成一收容空间以收容该若干散热器,每一散热器的吸热面朝向透明灯罩。
7.根据权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,每一发光单元包括电路板及若干发光二极管,电路板呈圆环状且贴附于相对应散热器的吸热面上,该若干发光二极管间隔设置于电路板上。
8.一种发光二极管灯具,包括第一散热器、第二散热器、第一发光单元、第二发光单元、灯框及灯罩,灯罩罩设于灯框上以在灯罩与灯框之间形成容纳第一散热器及第二散热器的空间,第一散热器及第二散热器分别包括相对设置的吸热面及安装面,第一发光单元设于第一散热器的吸热面上,第二发光单元设于第二散热器的吸热面上,其特征在于,第一散热器开设自其吸热面贯通至其安装面的通孔,第二散热器收容于第一散热器的通孔中,第二散热器的吸热面突出第一散热器之外且朝向灯罩,每一散热器的安装面分别固定于灯框上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,每一散热器由其外周面沿径向向外延伸形成若干散热鳍片,第一散热器的通孔的直径大于第二散热器的外径,第二散热器的散热鳍片与第一散热器的通孔内壁间隔。
10.根据权利要求8所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于,灯框由导热材料制成,其包括相对设置的第一安装面及第二安装面,第一散热器及第二散热器均固定于灯框的第一安装面,第二安装面设置若干散热鳍片。
