背景技术
在大电流应用中,发光二极管(LED)散发大的热量,所述热量明显减少了发光二极管的使用寿命,并且此外限制了发光二极管的使用可能性。 
为了适当地散热,能够使用大的冷却体。但是这相对于小且轻的发光二级管将导致相对大且不轻便的照明装置。 
在WO 2005/060309中提出,由发光二极管产生的部分热量通过照明装置的灯座散出。 
但是在这种情况下存在的缺点是,热量散发在确保发光二极管工作的供电电路板上,并且因此这些如设置在供电电路板上的部件也相应地受到热负载。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于,避免上述缺点并且尤其是提供一种照明装置,允许发光二极管应用于轻便且耐热的照明装置中。 
该目的根据独立权利要求的特征得以实现。本实用新型的改进方案可从从属权利要求中获得。 
为了实现该目的,提供一种照明装置,其包括: 
-至少一个照明单元; 
-冷却体,其中所述冷却体设置为使得热量可从至少一个照明单元中散出; 
-供电电路板,所述供电电路板设置成与所述照明单元分离。 
该解决方案允许从至少一个照明单元中通过冷却体有效地散热,其中有利的是,用于使至少一个照明单元工作的供电电路板分开地设置,并且因此减轻至少一个发光二极管的大的热量。 
一种改进方案是,冷却体具有至少一个用于供电电路板的夹持机构。 
就这方面来说,冷却体能够具有用于供电电路板的机械的夹持件,并且因此确保供电电路板设置成与至少一个照明单元隔开。例如这样的机械的夹持件能够以在冷却体上或在冷却体内的切口的形式来实现。有利的是,机械的夹持件构成为夹紧结构,使得只是冷却体的小的表面与供电电路板直接接触,并且因此只是少量甚至几乎没有热量从冷却体传导到供电电路板上。 
另一个改进方案是,至少一个照明单元设置在电路板上。 
尤其是不同类型和特征(例如工艺、尺寸、颜色)的多个照明单元能够设置在电路板上,使得照明装置的发光强度相应地减弱和/或增强。 
作为附加的改进方案,照明装置的电路板为双面电路板,所述电路板的底面与冷却体热耦联。尤其是电路板的底面能够具有至少一个与冷却体直接接触的铜表面。同样可以的是,所述电路板的所述底面借助于至少一个铜表面热耦联。 
在这种情况下有利的是,通过电路板(塑料)本身在电路板的上面和底面之间产生电绝缘。 
一种构造是,照明装置具有与冷却体热耦联的灯座。 
可能的是,通过与灯座的热耦联,热量从至少一个照明单元通过冷却体传导至灯座并且由此向外散出。 
一种构造也可以是,借助于冷却体可调节至少一个照明单元在照明装置中的位置。 
其优点是,尤其是使照明装置的光学发光特性达到最佳程度。因此通过至少一个照明单元,具有规定的光学性质的透明的塑料泡壳设置 成,使得由至少一个照明单元发出的光线以确定的发光特征离开照明装置。在此,冷却体的设计例如允许至少一个照明装置的在塑料泡壳内的定位。 
另一个构造是,冷却体一体地或多部分地构成。尤其是冷却体能够构成为冷却翼片,并且/或者包括一个或多个冷却翼片。冷却体能够附加地包括至少一个夹持机构。 
因此冷却体的柔性的构造允许多种多样地实现在这里描述的优点。基于有效地减轻至少一个照明单元的热负载,可以延长照明装置的使用寿命或提高其最大的光功率。 
另一个构造是,至少一个照明单元包括下列组成部分中的至少一个: 
-发光二极管; 
-灯。 
在这种情况下能够设有照明单元的例如尺寸、颜色、工艺的不同类型的组合。 
一种附加的构造是,冷却体具有用于至少一个光学系统的夹持装置。尤其是光学系统能够具有用于将光线散射在泡壳上的透镜。优选的是,能够使用透镜来有针对性地散射光线。在此,光学系统最好设置在至少一个照明单元的上方。

具体实施方式
图1示出照明装置的示意的分解图。 
在图1中构成为发光二极管的照明单元101设置在双面的电路板102上。电路板102的底面具有大的铜表面并且与冷却体103导热地连接。 
发光二极管101通过最好至少部分透明或磨砂的泡壳108发光,所述泡壳最好包括塑料或玻璃。 
由发光二极管101产生的热量至少部分地传导到冷却体103上。冷却体103包括多个冷却翼片104,所述冷却翼片最好牢固地与冷却体103连接并且由导热的材料制成。尤其是冷却翼片104由与冷却体103的一样材料制成。 
供电电路板106例如包括用于发光二极管101的供电,并且供电电路板106与该发光二极管隔开地设置。冷却翼片104具有用于固定供电电路板106的机械的夹持机构107。 
机械的夹持机构107例如能够通过冷却翼片104接合到供电电路板106的为之设置的切口中来实现。在冷却翼片与该切口接合后,冷却翼片104能够具有弯曲部(例如缩小部),其允许供电电路板106的夹紧保持。 
在进一步的伸展中,冷却翼片104具有热接触部分109,所述热接触部分形成与灯座105的热连接并且因此允许发光二极管101朝着灯座105散热。 
因此有利地达到,热量从发光二极管101向外,尤其是沿着或朝着灯座105的方向传导。此外冷却体103包括用于机械地夹持和/或锁定供电电路板106的冷却翼片104。能够使用冷却翼片104或者附加的冷却翼片或夹持件110来机械地固定电路板102。 
优点也在于,借助于在这里提出的解决方案,照明单元101的更换或改变是轻松的:在不改变供电电路板106的情况下能够更换电路板102。此外,因为供电电路板106最好包括电源,所以任意数量的发光 二极管能够设置在待更换的电路板102上。 
借助于有效的散热,除了提高照明装置的使用寿命外,还可达到较高的光功率。 
图2放大地示出根据图1的具有冷却翼片104的冷却体103。 
冷却体103具有三个冷却翼片104和三个紧固机构110。在此,冷却体103由同样的导热材料多部分地构成。 
紧固机构110设计成用于固定电路板102。冷却翼片104具有用于固定供电电路板106的夹持机构107。此外,冷却翼片104示出用于与灯座105接合的热接触部分109。 
图3示出通过在组装状态下的照明装置的剖视图。参考标记的说明相当于图1和图2的参考标记的说明。 

Claims (11)

1.一种照明装置,其特征在于包括:
-至少一个照明单元(101);
-冷却体(103),其中所述冷却体(103)设置为使得热量能够从所述至少一个照明单元(101)中散出;
-供电电路板(106),所述供电电路板(106)设置成与所述照明单元(101)分离。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其中所述冷却体(103)具有用于所述供电电路板的至少一个夹持机构(107)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的照明装置,其中所述至少一个照明单元(101)设置在电路板(102)上。
4.如权利要求3所述的照明装置,其中所述电路板(102)为双面电路板,所述双面电路板的底面与所述冷却体(103)热耦联。
5.如权利要求4所述的照明装置,其中所述电路板的所述底面借助于至少一个铜表面热耦联。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的照明装置,包括灯座(105),所述灯座(105)与所述冷却体(103)热耦联。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的照明装置,其中借助于所述冷却体(103)能够调节所述至少一个照明单元(101)在所述照明装置中的位置。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的照明装置,其中所述冷却体一体地或多部分地构成。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的照明装置,其中所述至少一个照明单元包括下列组成部分中的至少一个:
-发光二极管;
-灯。 
10.如权利要求1或2所述的照明装置,其中所述冷却体具有用于至少一个光学系统的夹持装置。
11.如权利要求10所述的照明装置,其中所述光学系统具有用于将光线散射在泡壳上的透镜。
