Description

背景技术

根据本发明,进一步推荐封装件设计成通过机械焊接使得捆扎件的连接生效。通过机械焊接,例如通过摩擦焊或者振动焊,例如能够在捆扎件由热塑性塑料制成的捆扎件的情况下获得很稳定的连接,而不需要诸如胶粘、夹子等等之类的额外帮助。机械焊接能够比相对复杂的热焊接进行的更快。所需要的能量也能够以有目标的方式得到,并且如果合适,在环绕系统上的热载荷能够显著地进行限制。特别地,可以在很短时间内为具有相对紧凑结构的精确焊接获得足够的和精确适合数量的能量。
特别优选的是如果封装件以如下方式构造:在超声波的基础上使得焊接生效。例如在封装件精确适应于特定超声波频率的情况下,能够在很有限的空间内获得精确限定数量的能量。
具有推荐的超声波封装件,捆扎件能够有益地围绕所述捆扎件的交叉区域、在窄的区域内牢固地进行焊接,并且特别地,能够获得具有直到每分钟100次封装以及更大封装速度的高周期速率。在该连接中,封印能够应付例如几毫米的行程,例如应付大约5mm的行程。
特别有益的是如果封印和/或头部件具有焊接外形。以此方式,特别能够获得邻接焊接外形的捆扎件的区域的成形或起皱。用于不同捆扎件的接触部分能够相对彼此偏置例如捆扎件厚度的高度或者捆扎件厚度两倍的高度,使得捆扎件在封装位置能够在封印和头部件的接触部分之间进入最佳的表面接触。
根据一种通过可以交叉放置在包装品上的至少两个捆扎件来捆扎包装品的装置的优选实施例,该装置具有用于将包装品移动到捆扎位置的传送单元,具有用于至少两个捆扎件每个的导向设备,其用于围绕包装品布置捆扎件,导向设备为每个捆扎件限定移动的相交区域,并且,对于捆扎件来说,具有用于插入和/或拉紧捆扎件并用于连接捆扎件的重叠区域的打捆设备,其特征在于,封装件以如下方式设计:通过使用单个封印允许捆扎件和/或两个捆扎件彼此连接。以此方式,具有仅仅一个结构组件,提到的所有连接能够有益地同时生效。另外,封装件所需的空间能够进一步减小,并且仅仅一个结构组件必须进行操作,特别是进行控制、移动和保养。
从而能够获得一种装置,其与已知装置相比特别是在成本因素和操作速度例如相对更高的封装速度方面具有显著的优点。

具体实施方式
图1是已知的用于捆扎包装品的交叉捆扎装置1的部分俯视图。箭头P示出包装品(未示出)的传送方向,该包装品由示意性示出的传送器2、3、4和5移动到捆扎位置,并且在捆扎后移出该位置。为了相对于传送方向P横向捆扎包装品,提供分配有打捆设备7的带导向槽6。附加提供具有相关打捆设备9的进一步的带导向槽8。打捆设备9的部件设计成能够围绕垂直轴10旋转,仅仅带导向槽8的部件概略性地示出。打捆设备9的旋转部件的旋转方向由双箭头S指示。
当包装品已到达捆扎位置时,捆扎带(未示出)特别是经由打捆设备7、9而插入带导向槽6、8,捆扎带拉紧并从带导向槽释放,以便将它们自身围绕包装品布置。为了施加在传送方向P上前行的纵向捆扎带,打捆设备9的部件旋转进入相应的旋转位置。打捆设备9处在距离旋转轴10的特定距离,使得相应部件的旋转运动不被打捆设备7阻碍。在两个带导向槽的交叉处,必须进行布置以确保外部带能够通过在内部带导向槽内的间隙。
通过这种布置,通过打捆设备7、9围绕包装品所施加的横向带或纵向带的连接仅仅在如下情况是可能的:仅仅在相距两根带的交叉区域特定的最小距离以外,例如,仅仅在近乎水平面中由围绕旋转轴10的交叉点的半径r所限定的区域以外。
图2详细示出处在交叉区域13中具有宽度b的两根相交捆扎带11和12,同时封装头的封印14的接触表面15处在封装位置。由捆扎带11、12局部隐蔽的接触表面15具有基本正方形形状,并且上述捆扎带11、12在接触表面15上行过。接触表面15具有接触部分15a和进一步的接触部分15b,捆扎带11的下侧位于上述接触部分15a上,捆扎带12的下侧位于上述接触部分15b上。捆扎带11的端部在下带端11a和上带端11b之间的区域重叠。以同样方式,捆扎带12在下带端12a和上带端12b之间的区域重叠。通过搁置在接触部分15a和15b上的每个捆扎带11、12的重叠部分例如通过超声波进行各个捆扎带11、12的重叠区域的机械焊接。该焊接重叠区域通过一些彼此相邻的波状线表示。焊接区域的长度例如对于宽度8mm的捆扎带来说例如是大约10到40mm,特别是大约20到30mm。
同时也示出了捆扎带11和12相交的交叉位置16。在该交叉位置16,同心圆环表示焊接区域17,在该焊接区域17内,上捆扎带11和下捆扎带12穿过特定表面积彼此进行焊接。
图3示出图2中封印的上部的俯视图。可以清楚地看到,接触表面15具有两个接触部分15a和15b,上述两个接触部分15a和15b提供有呈肋状的结构,以便确保结构焊接并因此确保将要焊的捆扎带的良好连接。这里仅仅示出一部分的封印例如能够制成整体的并由金属制成。
设计为头部件或上滑块并且供接触表面15使用的封装件的配合件未示出。
在接触表面15的角区域具有进一步的接触部分15c,当相交的捆扎带处在交叉区域的焊接位置时,两根捆扎带的下部搁置在该接触部分15c上。在两根捆扎带的交叉区域中,接触部分15c相对于接触表面15的搁置位置可以从一个或两个接触部分15a、15b稍微向下偏置,或者可以与两个接触表面15a、15b中的一个一起向下偏置。
具有说明性的大约30mm边长并且具有接触部分15a、15b和15c的接触表面15形成基本正方形的接触板18的上面。理论上,许多不同设计的接触板18和接触表面15也是可以的。

Claims (10)

1.一种通过可以交叉放置在包装品上的至少两个捆扎件(11、12)来捆扎包装品的装置,具有用于将包装品移动到捆扎位置的传送单元,具有用于至少两个捆扎件(11、12)每个的导向设备,其用于围绕包装品布置捆扎件(11、12),导向设备为每个捆扎件(11、12)限定移动的相交区域,并且,对于捆扎件(11、12)来说,具有用于插入和/或拉紧捆扎件(11、12)并用于连接捆扎件(11、12)的重叠区域的打捆设备,其特征在于,提供连接机构以便在捆扎件(11、12)的交叉位置(16)的紧接外围处和/或在交叉位置(16)处连接捆扎件(11、12),连接机构具有接触表面(15),其中,在接触部分(15a、15b)上进行各个捆扎带(11、12)的重叠区域的机械焊接。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,连接机构设计成围绕交叉位置(16)在如下区域内连接捆扎件(11、12),该区域由围绕交叉位置(16)的中心点的半径(r)进行限定,半径(r)小于50mm。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,连接机构以如下方式设计:将两个捆扎件(11、12)在它们交叉位置(16)处彼此连接。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,连接机构以如下方式设计:在交叉位置(16)的紧接外围处和/或在交叉位置(16)处连接至少一个捆扎件(11、12)。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,连接机构同时以如下方式设计:在交叉位置(16)的紧接外围处和/或在交叉位置(16)处连接至少一个捆扎件(11、12)并且也将捆扎件(11、12)在它们交叉位置(16)处彼此连接。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,为了连接捆扎件(11、12),对每个捆扎件提供具有封印(14)的封装件。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,连接机构以如下方式设计:在一单独操作步骤中使得捆扎件(11、12)的连接生效。
8.如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,封装件以如下方式构造:在超声波的基础上使得焊接生效。
9.如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,封印(14)和/或封装件的头部件具有焊接外形。
10.如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,封装件以如下方式设计:通过使用单个封印(14)允许捆扎件(11、12)和/或两个捆扎件(11、12)彼此连接。
