背景技术

如图1所示,每个包装1a-b被示出为具有从第一横向端2延伸到第二横向端3的纵向密封4。纵向密封4在包装材料的平整幅材形成为管的过程中、在包装被填充产品并被分割成单个包装之前,以在制袋-装填-封口包装机或者在由申请人制造的无菌灌装机(例如TetraA3/Flex或TetraA1)中普遍的方式形成。
因此,每个包装1具有通过横向密封包装材料管的两端2、3而形成的具有四面体形状的主体5。
如上所定义的包装1a-b优选以交替的方式连续地形成为两种不同的类型,一种类型是第二种类型的镜像。在图1中,左边示出了第一包装件1a,右边示出了第二包装件1b,其具有与第一包装件1a成镜像的形状。可以将三个包装,即两个第一包装1a和一个第二包装1b组合成三棱柱。两个这样的三棱柱可以组合成一个矩形盒。矩形盒可以通过两种方式形成:1)将两组1a-1b-1a棱柱组合,或者2)将一组1a-1b-1a棱柱与一组1b-1a-1b棱柱组合在一起。在第二种情况下,使用相同数量的第一种类型1a和第二种类型1b的包装。
现在将描述本实用新型的包装的制造。在图2中,包装材料的幅材10的一部分被设置成如上所述的层压型。使包装材料的平整幅材10通过成形部分(未示出),其中幅材10形成为包装材料的圆筒形管12。在管成形期间提供形成纵向密封的重叠区域14。重叠边缘以本身已知的方式密封在一起,典型地,通过加热边缘然后将它们压在一起而密封在一起。重叠区域14可以设置有塑料条带(未示出),该塑料条带被密封到重叠区域14的内表面上,并且该条带从包装材料的幅材10的一个侧边缘突出。该条带用于以本身已知的方式覆盖包装材料的内部纸板边缘,否则该边缘会吸收包装1a、1b内的液体食品。
在图2中,所示的装置以交替的方式从包装材料的单个管12提供第一包装1a和第二包装1b。为此,需要密封夹爪装置20。密封夹爪装置20包括:至少第一对相对的密封夹爪22a、22b和第二对相对的密封夹爪24a、24b,所述第一对相对的密封夹爪22a、22b可以相对于彼此移动以向管12提供第一横向密封6a,所述第二对相对的密封夹爪24a、24b可相对于彼此移动以向管12提供第二横向密封6b。第一横向密封6a设置成形成包装1b的上部横向端部2和其相邻包装1a的底部横向端部3(参见图1),而第二横向密封6b设置成形成包装1a的底部横向端部2和其相邻包装1b的上部横向端部2。
密封夹爪组件20被构造成使得,当在垂直于管12的纵向延伸Z的平面内测量时,第一对夹爪的第一夹爪22a与第二对夹爪的第一夹爪24a之间的角距小于90°,并且当在垂直于管12的纵向延伸Z的同一平面内测量时,第一对夹爪的第一夹爪22a和第二对夹爪的第二夹爪24b之间的角距大于90°。这将参照图4进一步解释。
密封夹爪22a-b、24a-b将被操作成使得它们在密封期间相对于与包装材料管12的纵向轴线垂直的平面以约22.5°的角度相交。如果管12的纵向延伸Z沿竖直方向布置,则密封夹爪22a-b、24a-b在密封期间相会时相对于水平面倾斜。
如在每个夹爪22a-b、24a-b上用箭头表示的那样,成对的密封夹爪22a-b,24a-b被安装成彼此之间相互朝向或远离地往复运动。一对公用夹爪在彼此相向移动时起压缩和压扁包装材料管12的作用,从而将包装材料的相对的内表面粘合在一起。一旦启动时,公用的一对密封夹爪的夹爪沿着与管12的纵向轴线Z相交的接缝线或密封轴线实现管状材料的密封。
相邻的成对的夹爪22a-b、24a-b被定向成在相互成角度(即,由附图标记Y1指示的方向相对于由附图标记Y2指示的方向)的横向方向上相遇并且进行密封。特别地,如同将参照图4进一步解释的那样,第一对密封夹爪22a-b不垂直于第二对密封夹爪24a-b。应该注意,横向方向Y1、Y2之间的角度是在垂直于管12的纵向轴线Z的平面内测得的。
为了实现包装1a、1b的四面体形状的独特的不规则性,每一对夹爪22a-b、24a-b构造成是可移动的,使得第一对的夹爪22a、22b朝向和远离彼此移动,并且第二对的夹爪24a、24b朝向和远离彼此移动。当夹爪22a-b、24a-b相遇以提供密封时,它们被定向成位于与包装材料管12的长度方向具有预定角度关系的平面中,使得由每对夹爪实现的横向密封6a、6b的纵向轴线Y1、Y2具有与包装材料管的纵向轴线Z相同的预定角度关系。为了这个目的,每个密封夹爪22a-b、24a-b当被设置在它们各自的工作位置上,以提供密封6a、6b时相对于垂直于管12的纵向轴线Z的平面倾斜大约22.5°的角度。这将导致横向密封6a、6b将具有相对于与包装材料管12的纵向轴线Z正交的平面倾斜大约22.5°的角度的纵向轴线Y1、Y2。
如图2所示,沿着包装材料的管12的纵向轴线Z测量,成对的夹爪22a-b、24a-b可以彼此纵向间隔开。然而,第一和第二对密封夹爪22a–b、24a-b也可以沿管12的纵向延伸方向布置在相同的位置上,由此以使得当管12向前(或者在图2中向下)输送时密封6a、6b将以固定的间隔提供这样的方式来控制相应的成对的夹爪的启动。
图3示出了根据本文的描述以交替方式制造的一系列包装1a-b。
图4是夹爪系统的示意图,其中第一和第二对密封夹爪22a-b、24a-b被布置成,例如通过使所有的夹爪22a-b、24a-b布置在管12的相同的纵向位置处,向管12提供横向密封。
这个夹爪系统因此可以通过使用两对链组件来实现,在这两对链组件上可以安装许多夹爪。这是用于制造Tetra包装的灌装机的典型设置。夹爪系统也可以通过仅具有由一些驱动装置驱动的两对夹爪来实现,类似于在Tetra Pak A3/Flex灌装机或TBA/19灌装机中使用的夹爪系统。
当然可以理解的是,在制造横贯包装材料管12的横向密封6a、6b的过程中,在相同的操作中,每对夹爪22a-b、24a-b为单独的包装1a、1b中的一个制造顶部横向端部,并且为单独的包装1a、1b中的另一个制造底部横向端部,随后包装材料管12通过任何合适的装置(未示出)沿着每个横向密封6a、6b的大致中线切割,以将条带材料分成单独的包装1a、1b。
在图2中可以看出包装材料管12是静止的,夹爪22a-b、24a-b在不同的位置制造横向密封6a、6b。然而,在正常生产中情况并非如此,其中每个密封夹爪22a-b、24a-b在几乎恒定的位置(沿着纵向轴线Z的位置)与包装材料管12接触,然后管12被拉下,以允许新的密封夹爪再次在与前一个夹爪相同的纵向轴线Z上的相同位置处进行横向密封。密封夹爪22a-b、24a-b在管12上的拉动作用是将包装材料幅材10进给通过机器。有时,在灌装机的更上游设置附加的进料辊,以减小幅材10中的张力。
现在回到图4,每个密封夹爪22a-b、24a-b在密封方向(即,图2所示的方向Y1、Y2)上具有延伸部分。共用对的两个密封夹爪22a-b、24a-b彼此相对,即它们彼此相对地布置。每个密封夹爪22a-b、24a-b的法线因此垂直于其相关的密封方向Y1、Y2。
在图4中用标记α表示的第一对夹爪的第一夹爪22a和第二对夹爪的第一夹爪24a之间的角距小于90°,优选地在75-80°之间,甚至更优选地为78.5°。在图4中由标记β表示的第一对夹爪的第一夹爪22a和第二对夹爪的第二夹爪24b之间的角距大于90°,优选地在100-105°之间,甚至更优选地为101.5°。因此,如图4所示,在相应的密封夹爪22a-b、24a-b的法线之间测量角距。应该注意的是,上述角距优选地在夹爪22a-b、24a-b被布置在它们的密封位置中时(即,当共用对的两个夹爪彼此相遇时)测量。
在图5中,示出了包装1a的示例,用于进一步解释由图4所示的密封夹爪组件提供的横向端部2、3的定向。密封夹爪22a-b、24a-b如前所述相对彼此成角度,使得横向端部2在与管12的纵向轴线Z垂直的平面中的投影不垂直于底部横向端部3在相同平面中的投影。此外,密封夹爪22a-b、24a-b相对于垂直于管12的纵向轴线Z的平面倾斜,使得横向端部2、3沿着不垂直于管12的纵向延伸Z的方向延伸。如图5所示,横向端部2、3相对于垂直于管12的纵向方向Z的平面倾斜角度γ。优选地,倾斜角度γ在15-30°之间,优选在20-25°之间。
在图6中以横截面的方式示出了包装1a的一个示例。横向端部2、3相互不垂直,如角α、β所示。因此,第一横向端部2和第二横向端部3被布置在平行平面中,并且第二横向端部3到第一横向端部2的平面中的投影与第一横向端部2相交的角度α小于90°。
在图7中示意性地示出了用于向包装材料管提供横向密封的方法100。该方法包括提供可相对于彼此移动的第一对相对的密封夹爪的第一步骤102,和提供可相对于彼此移动的第二对相对的密封夹爪的第二步骤104。执行步骤102、104,使得第一对夹爪的第一夹爪与第二对夹爪的第一夹爪之间的角距小于90°,以及第一对夹爪的第一夹爪与第二对夹爪的第二夹爪之间的角距大于90°。方法100还包括启动所述第一和第二对密封夹爪的第三步骤106,使得包装材料管具有横向密封。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于向包装材料管提供横向密封的密封夹爪组件,所述密封夹爪组件包括:
第一对相对的密封夹爪,所述第一对相对的密封夹爪能相对于彼此移动以向所述管提供第一横向密封,和
第二对相对的密封夹爪,所述第二对相对的密封夹爪能相对于彼此移动以向所述管提供第二横向密封,其中
所述第一对夹爪的第一夹爪与所述第二对夹爪的第一夹爪之间的角距小于90°,并且所述第一对夹爪的第一夹爪与所述第二对夹爪的第二夹爪之间的角距大于90°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述第一对夹爪的第一夹爪与所述第二对夹爪的第一夹爪之间的角距在75°至80°之间,并且所述第一对夹爪的第一夹爪与所述第二对夹爪的第二夹爪之间的角距在100°至105°之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封夹爪组件,其中所述第一对密封夹爪和第二对密封夹爪的密封夹爪布置成相对于彼此移动,使得所述第一对密封爪夹的密封夹爪在密封过程中在第一密封平面相遇,并且所述第二对密封夹爪的密封夹爪在密封过程中在第二密封平面相遇。
4.根据权利要求3所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述第一对密封夹爪和所述第二对密封夹爪的所述密封夹爪在密封过程中相遇所在的所述密封平面相对于垂直于所述管的纵向轴线的平面以倾斜角度倾斜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述倾斜角度在15-30°之间。
6.根据前述权利要求1-2中任一项所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述成对的密封夹爪被配置成提供对所述包装材料的感应加热。
7.根据权利要求3所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述成对的密封夹爪被配置成提供对所述包装材料的感应加热。
8.根据权利要求4所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述成对的密封夹爪被配置成提供对所述包装材料的感应加热。
9.根据权利要求5所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述成对的密封夹爪被配置成提供对所述包装材料的感应加热。
10.根据前述权利要求1-2中任一项所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述成对的密封夹爪被配置成相对于每一对夹爪同步或异步地操作。
11.根据权利要求3所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述成对的密封夹爪被配置成相对于每一对夹爪同步或异步地操作。
12.根据权利要求4所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述成对的密封夹爪被配置成相对于每一对夹爪同步或异步地操作。
13.根据权利要求5所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述成对的密封夹爪被配置成相对于每一对夹爪同步或异步地操作。
14.根据权利要求6所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述成对的密封夹爪被配置成相对于每一对夹爪同步或异步地操作。
15.根据权利要求7所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述成对的密封夹爪被配置成相对于每一对夹爪同步或异步地操作。
16.根据权利要求8所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述成对的密封夹爪被配置成相对于每一对夹爪同步或异步地操作。
17.根据权利要求9所述的密封夹爪组件,其中,所述成对的密封夹爪被配置成相对于每一对夹爪同步或异步地操作。
