Abstract
往复式活塞压缩机在其公共压缩机外壳(3)内具有多个平行的气缸-活塞部件(7,8),并且活塞(8)凭借围绕滑动衬垫(12)的联轴器托架(9)通过旋转摇摆盘(11)而移动。为了修改摇摆盘倾斜度使得在压缩机外壳内压力的调整,摇摆盘通过在驱动轴(4)的凹进处(29)上的两个铰接支架(23,24)旋转固定。将凹进处(29)和与摇摆盘(11)的两侧连接处之间的间距相结合,所述铰接支架(23,24)形成一四连杆机构,该四连杆机构的几何结构确保了性能合适的旋转运动。四连杆机构的四个接合部处(25至28)由单轴旋转接合部所形成,这些连接处的低摩擦阻力导致在控制压缩机的传输速率上的改善的控制性能。
Description
背景技术
本发明涉及一种往复式活塞压缩机,该压缩机具有多个位于一公共压缩机外壳内的气缸-活塞部件,这些部件相互平行且与驱动轴平行,驱动轴被摇摆盘所包围且与其旋转接合,该摇摆盘通过铰接滑动联轴器与活塞相连,
由DE4139186可知这种类型的压缩机。在后者中,摇摆盘在由驱动轴所支撑的球形体上被旋转导向,并且通过销(dog)以径向间隔方式与所述的驱动轴相连。为了能够实施对于改变活塞冲程长度必要的旋转运动,凭借在所述销的拉伸孔中导向的连接螺栓能够产生与销的连接。
当摇摆盘倾斜能够基于作用在活塞上的调整压力不同来设置时,具有限制摩擦阻力的旋转运动的实施对于控制的响应敏感度是特别重要的。本发明的目的就是为了提供一种往复活塞式压缩机,该压缩机具有一改善的控制行为,其结果是在实施旋转运动时具有较低的摩擦阻力,并且该压缩机在紧凑的尺寸情况下具有相对最大的活塞冲程长度,从而能允许较高的传输率,并且该压缩机结构相对简单,因而制造便宜。
发明内容
在上述类型的压缩机的情况下,本发明解决了该问题,因为摇摆盘凭借具有旋转铰接支架的单独或者双重四连杆机构与驱动轴相连接,并且在任何情况下单轴向实施的四接合部中的两个都两侧的提供在摇摆盘上,同时其它两个接合部以轴向间隔方式提供在驱动轴上。

具体实施方式
例如,提供给车辆的空气调节系统的压缩机1具有一驱动轴4,该驱动轴通过在压缩机外壳3内的减磨轴承2中心安装,并且在驱动轴的外端带有皮带轮5从而与车辆发动机产生驱动相连。外壳3围绕着一内部壳体部分6,在内部壳体部分6中以圆周分配的方式提供了,例如七个气缸孔7,并且在该内部壳体部分6中固定有减磨轴承2。
在气缸孔中被导向的活塞8在其驱动侧端提供有一具有联轴器托架9的铰接滑动联轴节,在联轴器托架9中容纳摇摆盘11的外部圆周区域10,并且在联轴器托架9中摇摆盘11通过球形部分滑动衬垫12,13与活塞8驱动相连。对于在联轴器托架9中旋转安装滑动衬垫12,13所必需的两边球形表面14,15根据上述的现有技术插入(work into)分离的,附加的中间部件,并且该中间部分被插入在联轴器托架中。
根据图9和图10,在本发明的一个有利的进展中,球形表面14,15能被旋转驱动的,切割工具16,17所产生,其中联轴器托架9的至少一个轴向侧边界壁18具有一开口21,该开口允许工具16,17的切割头19,20插入到联轴器托架9中。有利的是所述开口21位于远离活塞8的联轴器托架9的边界壁18中,因为面对着相对球形表面15和围绕着所述开口21的球形表面14仅仅在活塞的吸气运动中被加载,并且相应的负载力比在压缩冲程中产生的力小。
活塞8可通过深冲压以与套筒加工相类似的方式作为单独部件生产出,并且随后固定到联轴器托架9上。如该加工方式相对的,联轴器托架9可作为挤制叶型的一部分较容易的预成形。
根据本发明,通过由旋转安装在驱动轴4上的两个铰接支架23,24形成的四连杆机构22,轴侧接合部25,26之间的间距,以及在四连杆机构22的摇摆盘侧接合部27,28之间的间距,可以发生对于控制活塞冲程长度所必需的摇摆盘11的旋转引导和对于旋转驱动所必需的驱动轴4上的铰接。
为了在相对较小的摇摆盘11的直径的情况下活塞8冲程长度的较大调整范围以及作为其结果的较高传输率,轴侧接合部25,26提供在相反于其它接合部27,28的轴线30的一侧,并且该其它接合部,例如,在驱动轴4的直角的凹进处29上,从而使得凹进处通过偏心的提供在摇摆盘11内的开口33延伸。作为结果的是摇摆盘11与活塞8铰接的所述的结构,所述的摇摆盘在其整个径向延伸范围上能相对较薄的制造,这样进一步有利于具有最大传输率的压缩机的结构。
梯形的四连杆机构22的接合部27,28的间距小于轴侧接合部25,26的间距,并且由从摇摆盘11两边突出的类似颊板的接合部支承部31,32的高度所确定。
优选四连杆机构22两边都提供有凹进处29,例如是复制的,所述的凹进处或者弯曲处29被平行表面34,35横向限制,从而使得表面34,35也能横向引导扁平的铰接支架23,24。两边铰接支架23,24优选通过横杆36刚性相连,该横杆也能在驱动轴4上形成一停止,以用于铰接支架23,24的最大旋转运动以及相应的摇摆盘11的运动。
如果四连杆机构是单独而不是双重形式提供,直角轴弯曲和提供在摇摆盘11上的接合部支承部31,32不会显示用于扁平铰接支架两边导向的中心引导槽。
图6和图8表示双重四连杆机构22的接合部25到28的三个实施例。
根据图6,铰链销37或者通过压力装配固定在铰接支架23中的孔38,39中,从而使得在接合部支承部31的同轴孔40中具有一滑动轴承或者铰接支架23的孔38,39形成一滑动轴承,从而铰链销37在接合部支承部31中通过压力装配被固定。
根据图7,提供有顶部41,42的铰链销43,44以类似压钉子的方式被压在两者任何一侧上。根据图8中的实施例,一贯穿铰链销45被采用并且一端通过销顶部46轴向固定,另一端通过定位环47固定。
当四连杆机构22所述的接合部25至28作为旋转接合部从而实施时,在调整运动期间,相对于至今为止的传统的滑动接合部摩擦阻力显著减少,从而以这种方式,上述设定的改善控制行为的问题被解决。
Claims (11)
1.一种往复式活塞压缩机,该压缩机具有多个位于一公共压缩机外壳(3)内的气缸-活塞部件(7,8),这些部件相互平行且与驱动轴(4)平行,驱动轴(4)被摇摆盘(11)所包围且与其旋转接合,该摇摆盘(11)通过铰接滑动联轴器(12,13)与活塞(8)相连,其特征在于摇摆盘(11)通过单独或者双重四连杆机构(22)与驱动轴(4)相结合,该四连杆机构包含旋转铰接支架(23,24),并且在任何情况下单轴向实施的四个接合部(25至28)之一(27,28)都提供在摇摆盘(11)两侧,同时其它两个接合部(25,26)以轴向间隔方式提供在驱动轴(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压缩机,其特征在于提供在驱动轴(4)上相互轴向间隔的接合部(25,26)提供在轴线(30)的一侧,与在驱动抽(4)的一凹进处(29)上的摇摆盘侧接合部(27,28)的一侧相反,从而使得相对于驱动轴(4)旋转的铰接支架(23,24)向驱动轴线(30)横向运动,并且凹进处(29)通过摇摆盘(11)的偏心开口(33)延伸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压缩机,其特征在于与颊板相类似的侧向突出的接合部支承部(31,32)两侧提供在摇摆盘(11)上,并且在自由端的每一侧设置有单独或者双重四连杆机构(22)的接合部(27,28)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的压缩机,其特征在于与颊板相类似的侧向突出的接点支承部(31,32)两侧的提供在摇摆盘(11)上,并且在自由端的每一侧设置有单独或者双重四连杆机构(22)的接合部(27,28)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的压缩机,其特征在于接合部支承部(31,32)和驱动轴(4)的凹进处(29)为两侧扁平的,通过这些支承部和凹进处延伸有铰链销(37;43,44;45),以用于双重四连杆机构(22)的扁平铰接支架(23,24)的旋转安装。
6.根据权利要求4所述的压缩机,其特征在于四连杆机构(22)的接合部(25至28)为单轴旋转接合部(图6至图8)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的压缩机,其特征在于双重四连杆机构(22)的每一铰接支架对(23或24)通过一连接杆(36)形成一刚性组合件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的压缩机,其特征在于在摇摆盘(11)和活塞(8)之间的铰接滑动接合部具有球形部分滑动衬垫(12,13),这些衬垫两侧接合在摇摆盘(11)上,并且固定于球形轴承表面(14,15),这些球形表面插入在与活塞(8)相连的联轴器托架(9)的侧向界壁(18)内。
