Claims (11)
- 공통의 압축기 케이싱(common compressor casing, 3) 내의 드라이브 샤프트(drive shaft, 4) 및 서로 평행하게 위치된 다수의 실린더-피스톤 구성장치(cylinder-piston units, 7, 8)를 가지며, 상기 드라이브 샤프트(4)는 상기 드라이브 샤프트(4)에 회전할 수 있도록 결합된 워블플레이트(wobble plate, 11)에 의해서 받아들여지고(embraced), 피스톤(piston, 8)이 관절식 미끄럼 커플링(articulated sliding coupling, 12, 13)에 의해 상기 워블플레이트(11)에 연결되는 왕복 운동하는 피스톤 압축기(piston compressor)에 있어서,상기 워블플레이트(11)는 회전할 수 있는 관절식 브래킷(23, 24)을 가지는 단일 또는 이중 4개-바 링크장치(four-bar linkage, 22)에 의해 드라이브 샤프트(4)에 연결되어지고, 상기 관절식 브래킷(23, 24)은 4개의 조인트들(25 내지 28)을 포함하며, 상기 4개의 조인트들중 2개의 조인트(27, 28)는 워블플레이트(11) 상에 쌍방으로 제공되어지고, 2개의 다른 조인트들(25, 26)은 드라이브 샤프트(4) 상에 축방향으로 간격을 두는 방식으로 제공되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 드라이브 샤프트(4) 상에 상호 축 이격(mutual axial spacing)이 제공되는 조인트들(25, 26)은 드라이브 샤프트(4)의 리세스(recess, 29) 상의 워블플레이트-측부 조인트들(wobble plate-side joints, 27, 28)의 맞은 편 샤프트 축(shaft axis, 30)의 측부상에 제공되어져서, 드라이브 샤프트(4)에 대해서 회전할 수 있는 관절식 브래킷(23, 24)은 드라이브 샤프트 축(drive shaft axis, 30)을 가로질러 진행하고, 리세스(29)는 워블플레이트(11)의 편심 개구부(opening, 33)를 통해 연장되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 볼과 비슷한(cheek-like), 측면으로 돌출되는 조인트 지지구조(joint supports, 31, 32)는 워블플레이트(11) 상에 쌍방으로(bilaterally) 제공되어지며, 각각의 자유 단부(free ends) 상에는 단일 또는 이중 4개-바 링크장치(22)의 조인트들(27, 28)이 위치되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 볼과 비슷한, 측면으로 돌출되는 조인트 지지구조(31, 32)는 워블플레이트(11) 상에 쌍방으로 제공되어지고, 자유 단부(free ends) 각각에는 단일 또는 이중 4개-바 링크장치(22)의 조인트(27, 28)가 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤 압축기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 드라이브 샤프트(4)의 리세스(29) 및 조인트 지지구조(31, 32)는 측면이 편평하고, 각각의 상기 리세스(29)를 통하여 이중 4개-바 링크장치(22)에 대한 편평한 관절식 브래킷(23, 24)의 로터리 장착(rotary mounting)을 위하여 힌지 핀(37;43,44;45)이 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤 압축기.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 4개-바 링크장치(22)의 조인트들(25 내지 28)은 하나의 축을 가진 회전하는 조인트들(uniaxial swivel joints, 도 6 내지 8)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 경우에서 연결 바(connecting bar, 36)를 통한 이중 4개-바 링크장치(22)의 하나의 관절식 브래킷 쌍(23 또는 24)은 강성 구성장치(rigid unit)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤 압축기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 워블플레이트(11) 및 피스톤(8) 사이의 관절식 미끄럼 커플링(articulated sliding coupling)은 상기 워블플레이트(11)와 쌍방으로 맞물리는 구형 세그먼트 미끄럼 패드(spherical segmental sliding pads, 12, 13)를 가지며, 상기 구형 세그먼트 미끄럼 패드(12, 13)는 피스톤(8)에 연결되는 커플링 브래킷(9)의 측면 경계 벽(lateral boundary walls, 18) 내로 가공된(worked) 구형 베어링 표면(spherical bearing surfaces, 14, 15)내에서 유지되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤 압축기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 구형 베어링 표면(14)은 커플링 브래킷(9)의 인접한, 측면 경계 벽(18) 내의 개구부(21)를 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는, 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤 압축기.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 개구부(21)가 피스톤(8)으로부터 멀리 떨어진 측면 경계 벽(18) 내에 제공되어지며, 상기 개구부를 통하여 커플링 브래킷(9) 내의 베어링 표면(14)의 로터리 가공(rotary working)을 위한 도구(tool, 16, 17)가 도입될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤 압축기.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 피스톤(8)은 디프 드로잉 슬리브(deep-drawn sleeve)를 포함하고, 돌출된 프로파일(extruded profile)의 부분을 포함하는 커플링 브래킷(9)에 고정되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 왕복운동을 하는 피스톤 압축기.
