Abstract
一种通过将液态香料或香料混合物吸附在固体或固体混合物中来制备固态香料浓缩物的方法,使用一种或多种在常温下为固态的表面活性剂和/或辅助表面活性剂作为固体或固体混合物,所述方法通过在温度高于固体或固体混和物的固化温度下将液态香料或香料混合物溶解在所述的固体或固体混合物中,然后通过冷却进行固化。所述固体或固体混合物包括脂肪醇、或脂肪醇与脂肪酸和/或脂肪醇乙氧基化物和/或聚乙二醇形成的混合物。
Description
本发明涉及一种制备固态香料浓缩物的方法,该固态香料浓缩物可有利地用来使固态肥皂,粉末状、粒状、片状或块状的固态清洁剂和织物柔软剂,及其他固态家用化学品或化妆品具有香味。
大多数香料或香料混合物为液态物质,且在室温下通常挥发性较高,当将它们加入到家用化学品或化妆品,如固态肥皂或粉末状、粒状、片状或块状清洁剂和织物柔软剂中时会带来一些问题。
用于增香固态肥皂的现有技术基于,例如,在挤出或切割以及后续压制成皂片的步骤之前,将精制粗肥皂与液态香料浓缩物充分混合。如果向精制粗肥皂中引入更多量的液态香料,那么对肥皂的均匀性会有负面影响。
将香料引入挥发相对较快的固态肥皂也是不利的,因为碱性皂类物质实际上仅有极少量与香料结合,因此经过长时间储存后,以这种方式制备的大部分固态肥皂已经损失了其绝大部分芳香气味。
根据现有技术,在产品包装前,即,在产品被制备成块状、片状等形状之前,将粉状固态清洁剂和织物柔软剂与微喷雾液态芳香浓缩物充分混和。当香料喷雾时,由于蒸发,制备中已经损失了大量芳香物质。另外,通常具有高挥发性和易燃性的芳香物质与空气会形成爆炸性气体/空气混合物,因此在制造设备中会发生小规模的爆炸和燃烧。
为了避免上述缺点,试图制备固态香料浓缩物,因为例如粉状沉积的硅酸、或具有高内表面积的其他粉状载体材料可被液态香料或香料混合物湿润,从而使液态香料或液态香料混合物被粉末状材料吸附,且结合到这些材料的内表面。这些粉状载体材料确实能够吸附和结合相对较高比例的液态香料,但由于它们不能很好地溶于水,故它们不是所期望的惰性组份,特别是对于清洁剂和织物柔软剂而言,会在被清洗和软化的物质上、以及在设备和管线内会形成有害的沉淀物,从而它们不适于作为传输香料、特别是将香料引入固态肥皂以及固态清洁剂和织物柔软剂的载体材料。另外,这些现有物质的粘附量过大,在某些情况下由于它们大的内表面而使香料在洗涤和漂洗过程中不能被释放发挥它们的作用,从而在没使用的情况下被冲洗掉。
因此,本发明的任务是开发一种通过将液态香料吸附在固体或固体混合物中来制备固态香料浓缩物的方法,其中的固体或固体混合物能够吸收液态香料或液态香料混合物到一定的程度,且不会过度结合到其上,固体或固体混合物也不是难溶性惰性物质。
该目的可通过权利要求1的技术方案来实现。本发明有利的实施方式是根据从属权利要求2~10的特征。
本发明将通过优选实施方式在下面作更详细的描述。
大多数香料在20℃常温下为液体聚集态。能够被消费者使用的香料在大多数情况下是香料混合物,其在个别情况下由40种甚至更多的单个香料成分组成。根据本发明,为了能够以相对较高的浓度和方便的方式,将这些在常温下为液态的液态香料或香料混合物引入固态肥皂、或引入粉末、或引入固态清洗剂和织物柔软剂、或其他固态家用化学品或化妆品中,而不会显著损害制品的质量、或在制备过程中导致不足或发生危险,可将液态香料溶解在常温下为固态的表面活性剂或辅助表面活性剂中。通过如下步骤:将适当的固体表面活性剂或辅助表面活性剂加热至温度稍高于这些材料的固化点,随后将液态香料或香料混合物引入到液化的固体表面活性剂或辅助表面活性剂或固体表面活性剂/辅助表面活性剂的混合物中,随后冷却至高于室温20℃的某一固化点温度,据此固体表面活性剂或辅助表面活性剂或固体表面活性剂/辅助表面活性剂的混合物与溶解于其中的至少一种香料固化,得到本发明的固态香料浓缩物。
通过本发明的方法,可将高达60wt.%的液态香料溶解在固体表面活性剂或辅助表面活性剂或固体表面活性剂/辅助表面活性剂的混合物中。
在具体实施例中,将40wt%的液态香料混合物溶解在60wt%的液化脂肪醇C22中,其中醇被加热至稍高于其固化点70℃的温度。当被冷却至54℃以下时,脂肪醇/香料溶液固化,形成本发明的固态香料浓缩物。
在另一个具体实施例中,将40wt%的液态香料混合物溶解在30wt%脂肪醇C22和30wt%脂肪酸(硬脂酸)的液化混合物中,其具有固化点68℃。当被冷却至47℃以下时,脂肪醇/脂肪酸/香料溶液固化,形成本发明的固态香料浓缩物。
在另一个具体实施例中,在温度为80℃时,将40wt%的香料溶解在30wt%脂肪醇C22和30wt%聚乙二醇的液化混合物中,其具有固化点60℃。当被冷却至54℃以下时,脂肪醇/脂肪酸/香料溶液固化,形成本发明的固态香料浓缩物。
利用已知方法通过上述方式可制备块状或粒状的固态香料浓缩物,此时在制备固态肥皂,粉状、粒状、或片状的清洗剂和织物柔软剂,或其他固态家用化学品或化妆品的过程中,固态香料浓缩物容易被加入且可准确测量。

Claims (8)
1.一种通过将液态香料或香料混合物吸附在固体或固体混合物中来制备固态香料浓缩物的方法,所述香料浓缩物包括一种或多种在常温下为固态的表面活性剂和/或辅助表面活性剂,所述方法通过在温度高于固体或固体混和物的固化温度下将液态香料或香料混合物溶解在固体或固体混合物中,然后通过冷却溶液而固化,其特征在于所述固体或固体混合物为脂肪醇、或脂肪醇与脂肪酸和/或脂肪醇乙氧基化物和/或聚乙二醇形成的混合物。
2.如权利要求1的方法,其特征为在高于脂肪醇C22的66~70℃固化点下,将10~60wt.%的液态香料或香料混合物溶解在90~40wt%的脂肪醇C22中,然后通过将溶液冷却至常温使其固化。
3.如权利要求1的方法,其特征为在温度高于脂肪醇/脂肪酸混合物的固化点下,将10~60wt%的液态香料或香料混合物溶解在45~20wt%的脂肪醇C22和45~20wt%的脂肪酸的混合物中,然后通过将溶液冷却至常温使其固化。
4.如权利要求1的方法,其特征为在高于脂肪醇/脂肪醇乙氧基化物55~60℃固化点下,将10~60wt%的液态香料或香料混合物溶解在45~20wt%的脂肪醇C22和45~20wt%的脂肪醇乙氧基化物的混合物中,然后通过将溶液冷却至常温使其固化。
5.如权利要求1的方法,其特征为在高于脂肪醇/聚乙二醇混合物55~60℃的固化点下,将10~60wt%的液态香料或香料混合物溶解在45~20wt%脂肪醇C22和45~20wt%聚乙二醇的混合物中,然后通过将溶液冷却至常温使其固化。
6.如前述任一项权利要求的方法,其特征在于香料浓缩物在成形过程中固化。
7.如权利要求6的方法,其特征在于将香料浓缩物制备成片状。
8.如权利要求6的方法,其特征在于香料浓缩物是粒状的。
