Abstract
本发明提供一种图案裁剪器,包括基座和刀刃,刀刃位于基座上,刀刃形成所需裁剪的图案形状,所述基座与刀刃为一体式结构,通过压铸工艺一次性加工成型;一种图案裁剪器的制备方法,直接利用模具压铸成型出连接在一起的基座与刀刃,所述刀刃形成所需裁剪的图案形状;一种应用于上述制备方法的模具,模具内设置有刀刃成型腔,所述刀刃成型腔为三角形或为三角形与矩形或三角形与梯形相结合的形状,刀刃成型腔的深度大于或等于2.5mm,刀刃成型腔的尖端夹角小于或等于60°。本发明结构简单、合理,制造方便、成本低,产品精度高、一致性好,适用范围较广,市场前景较好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及图案裁剪技术,特别涉及一种图案裁剪器及其制备方法与模具。
背景技术
传统的剪纸工艺品是一种深受大众喜爱的艺术品,其造型多样,千变万化,艺术欣赏价值高,非常适合于儿童的启蒙教育,在国外这类剪纸图案已广泛应用于儿童教育;如在美国,这类剪纸类图案产品就很普及,一般都是用纸、塑料片、橡胶片或类似的材料裁剪成字母、卡通、动物、或人型图案等造型来培养儿童的认知力和辨识力,但采用传统手工剪纸的方法来制作这种剪纸图案产品效率较低,图案一致性差,不适合于大批量生产,为了克服这个缺点,人们采用了一种适用于大批量生产的方法,亦即是先加工裁剪图案的图案裁剪器,这种图案裁剪器是将弯成要加工图案的带锋利刀刃的薄刀片嵌入平板内并固定,然后用这种图案裁剪器来压切纸或类似的平片材料,所切下的材料形成与薄刀片图案相同的单个艺术图案,即为所需产品,如要生产不同形状的产品,只需改换不同形状的图案裁剪器即可;这种图案裁剪器的生产,需要将薄刀片弯成所需的图案形状,现有的用于成型这种刀片的方法一般为人工弯制,这样生产效率极低,加工精度较差,而采用专利号为01127727.0的中国发明专利公开的“图案裁剪刀片的成型方法及其装置”来加工所需刀片则可大大提高刀片的成型速度及降低生产成本;但是这种先加工出刀片再装配成图案裁剪器的工艺过程不可避免地增加了加工、装配步骤,所需的材料及人工成本仍然相对较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,提供一种结构简单、合理,便于生产、应用,制造成本低,产品一致性好的图案裁剪器。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种制备上述图案裁剪器的工艺方法。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种实现上述制备方法的成型模具。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:本图案裁剪器包括基座和刀刃,刀刃位于基座上,刀刃形成所需裁剪的图案形状,所述基座与刀刃为一体式结构,通过压铸工艺一次性加工成型。
所述刀刃位于基座上的高度大于或等于2.5mm;所述刀刃刃口的尖角小于或等于60°。
所述刀刃的截面形状为三角形或为三角形与矩形或三角形与梯形相结合的形状。
所述基座表面与刀刃面相平行;两者可同为平面或弧形曲面。
所述基座上与刀刃所在表面相对的另一面一体加工有固定块,所述固定块用于与其它配件相连接,亦可直接手持使用。
一种成型上述图案裁剪器的工艺方法,其特征在于:直接利用模具压铸成型出连接在一起的基座与刀刃,所述刀刃形成所需裁剪的图案形状。
所述工艺方法可包括如下具体步骤:(1)根据所需产品的形状加工压铸模具;(2)将压铸模具设置于压铸机上,利用压铸机将合金熔液注入压铸模具的模腔中,冷却成型后取出压铸件;(4)将压铸件进行表面硬化处理。
所述表面硬化处理的目的在于提高图案裁剪器刀刃的硬度,延长其使用寿命;具体操作可在压铸件刀刃表面镀上硬度较高的金属材料,如铬、镍、锌等,其中镀铬的工艺条件是:铬液的浓度为150~250g/L,操作温度一般为50~60℃,电流密度一般为40~60A/dm2。一般经表面硬化处理后可将压铸件刀刃的硬度从HRC10左右提高至HRC30以上。
所述合金包括铝合金、锌合金或其它合金,优选锌合金。
实现上述方法的压铸模具内设置有刀刃成型腔,所述刀刃成型腔为三角形或为三角形与矩形或三角形与梯形相结合的形状,刀刃成型腔的深度大于或等于2.5mm,刀刃成型腔的尖端夹角小于或等于60°。
所述刀刃成型腔的尖壁可由两个模具块结合形成;亦可仅在一模具块上加工形成,对于一个模具块的情况,刀刃成型腔需设置有排气孔,用于在合金液填充入腔体时排出空气,避免出现夹杂有气孔的压铸件或合金液没有填满腔体形成的压铸件。
所述压铸模具的定模或动模固定连接有可更换的芯块,所述芯块上开有孔,在芯块的孔内设置有镶块,所述镶块的端面加工有对应于图案裁剪器的刀刃形状的刀刃成型槽;采用这种结构的模具,由于其镶块可以根据加工图案的不同而灵活更换,所以适用性较好。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:(1)结构简单、合理;本图案裁剪器由基座和刀刃一体式构成,与现有的图案裁剪器需要分别加工基座与刀片然后再嵌合安装的结构形式相比,其结构得到了进一步简化,而且与现有技术相比更加合理,不会出现由于嵌合质量不好而使刀片脱出基座的意外,使用更加安全;(2)制造方便、成本低;本发明采用压铸方法制备图案裁剪器,加工速度快,一般的产量为每小时每台机240件,利用本发明可大大提高劳动效率,降低产品成本,提高经济效益;(3)产品精度高、一致性好;本发明采用模具进行生产,只要保证模具的加工精度及相应的生产条件,即可使所制备的产品具有较高的加工质量,产品误差小,一致性好;(4)适用性好;本发明只要改变模具内芯座的的形状就可成型裁剪各种不同形状图案的图案裁剪器,适用范围较广。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
图1~图2示出了本发明图案裁剪器的具体结构,由图1可见,本图案裁剪器包括基座1和刀刃2,基座1为有一定弧度的弧形板块,刀刃2位于基座1上,其刃口所在的表面与基座1表面相平行(都是弧形曲面),刀刃2围成所需裁剪的企鹅图案形状,所述基座1与刀刃2为一整体式结构,具体的截面结构如图1中E-E视图所示,刀刃2的截面形状接近三角形(准确形状为三角形与梯形相结合的形状),刀刃2位于基座1上的高度为3mm,刀刃2刃口的尖角为30°;在刀刃2的表面设置有镀铬层15;在基座1上与刀刃2所在表面相对的另一面一体加工有固定柱3,如图2所示,所述固定柱3用于与其它配件相连接,亦可直接手持使用。
用于加工前述企鹅图案裁剪器的压铸模具的具体结构如图3~图5所示,由图3可见,本压铸模具包括动模4、定模5,在动模4上安装有B芯块6,所述B芯块6上表面为对称的两个上凸的弧形表面6-1,在弧形表面6-1上设置有凹柱孔6-2用于成型图案裁剪器背面的固定柱3;在定模5上安装有A芯块7,在A芯块7上的两个方形通孔中分别设置有相同的方形镶块8,每个方形镶块8的一端加工有企鹅形状的刀刃成型槽9,如图5所示,在靠近方形通孔边缘位置的刀刃成型槽9由镶块8与A芯块7的方形通孔边缘部分相配合形成,如图4所示,刀刃成型槽9的其余部分单独在镶块8端面上加工形成,全部刀刃成型槽9的截面尺寸及形状与所要成型的刀刃相同;所述A芯块7与B芯块6相对配合形成完整的模腔,模腔包括相连通的刀刃成型腔和基座腔,顶针10与模腔相连接,用于在压铸件成型后顶出压铸件,横腔还设置有排气孔,用于在合金液填充入腔体时排出空气;基座腔同时通过浇注流道11连接浇注口12,所述浇注口12对称设置于A芯块7的中央圆形通孔的对称轴上,所述浇注流道11接近圆锥形结构,由轴对称的浇口块13和C芯块14配合构成。
利用上述模具成型图案裁剪器的工艺方法,具体包括如下步骤:将模具装配完成后安装于压铸机上,压铸机将400℃的锌合金熔液在25~40MPa的压力下从浇注口注入模具内的模腔中,保压冷却成型后取出压铸件,然后将压铸件镀铬,镀铬的溶液浓度为200g/L,操作温度为55℃,电流密度为50A/dm2;镀铬后将图案裁剪器刀刃的硬度提高至HRC30以上。
实施例2
图6示出了本发明图案裁剪器的另一种结构,如图6所示,本图案裁剪器包括基座1和刀刃2,基座1为一平板,刀刃2位于基座1上,其刃口所在的表面与基座1表面相平行(都是平面),刀刃2围成所需裁剪的圆形图案形状,所述基座1与刀刃2为一整体式结构,具体的截面结构如图6中G-G视图所示,刀刃2的截面形状为三角形,刀刃2位于基座1上的高度为4mm,刀刃2刃口的尖角为40°;在刀刃2的表面设置有镀铬层1 5。
本实施例的制备方法除下述特征外同实施例1:所采用的合金材料为铝合金,压铸件从模具中取出后对刀刃进行表面镀铬处理,镀铬的溶液浓度为250g/L,操作温度为60℃,电流密度为60A/dm2;镀铬后将图案裁剪器刀刃的硬度提高至HRC30以上。
Claims (10)
1、一种图案裁剪器,包括基座和刀刃,刀刃位于基座上,刀刃形成所需裁剪的图案形状,其特征在于:所述基座与刀刃为一体式结构,通过压铸工艺一次性加工成型。
2、根据权利要求1所述的图案裁剪器,其特征在于:所述刀刃位于基座上的高度大于或等于2.5mm,所述刀刃刃口的尖角小于或等于60°。
3、根据权利要求1所述的图案裁剪器,其特征在于:所述刀刃的截面形状为三角形或为三角形与矩形或三角形与梯形相结合的形状。
4、根据权利要求1所述的图案裁剪器,其特征在于:所述基座表面与刀刃面相平行,两者同为平面或弧形曲面。
5、根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的图案裁剪器的制备方法,其特征在于:直接利用模具压铸成型出连接在一起的基座与刀刃,所述刀刃形成所需裁剪的图案形状。
6、根据权利要求5的图案裁剪器的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:(1)根据所需产品的形状加工压铸模具;(2)将压铸模具设置于压铸机上,利用压铸机将合金熔液注入压铸模具的模腔中,冷却成型后取出压铸件;(4)将压铸件进行表面硬化处理。
7、根据权利要求6的图案裁剪器的制备方法,其特征在于:所述表面硬化处理是在压铸件刀刃表面镀铬、镍、锌。
8、根据权利要求5~7任一项所述的图案裁剪器制备方法应用的模具,其特征在于:模具内设置有刀刃成型腔,所述刀刃成型腔为三角形或为三角形与矩形或三角形与梯形相结合的形状,刀刃成型腔的深度大于或等于2.5mm,刀刃成型腔的尖端夹角小于或等于60°。
9、根据权利要求8所述的模具,其特征在于:所述刀刃成型腔的尖壁由两个模具块结合形成或在一模具块上加工形成。
10、根据权利要求8所述的模具,其特征在于:所述压铸模具的定模或动模固定连接有可更换的芯块,所述芯块上开有孔,在芯块的孔内设置有镶块,所述镶块的端面加工有对应于图案裁剪器的刀刃形状的刀刃成型槽。
